We visited the restaurant on Thursday afternoon. When we arrived, there was a sign asking guests to wait to be seated, which we did — for quite a long time — before anyone came to assist us.
Later, I ordered a drink, which unfortunately came in a glass that was dirty and had lipstick marks on it.
I calmly went to the counter to show the issue while the server was on the phone. I waited quietly without interrupting, but she abruptly asked, “What?” with a clear attitude. When I mentioned that the glass was dirty, she replied, still irritated, that she was on the phone.
Even when she later brought the replacement drink, her tone remained unfriendly. This was not the first moment during our visit when her attitude felt disrespectful.
I understand that everyone can have a busy day, but as paying customers, we expect basic courtesy and cleanliness. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression.
