The Mou Hotel

My room had a great view of the city. It's a quiet hotel but located in a vibrant part of the city. When I left my Kindle device in the room, they returned it to me even though I was in Vietnam. That's remarkable service! 6 stars 🤩🤩🤩

As price not too bad. There is restaurant in front of the hotel.also they do sell some drinks at a reception.

We chose to stay here for a couple days while vacationing with my family we had a bad experience the first night we stayed my daughter woke up itching all over due to bed bugs the room was very infested with bed bugs and fleas. We did contacted the front desk and informed them what was happening they seems not care about the situation. While we were there a guest staying at the hotel got mugged and seriously hurt with head injury and the staff at the hotel refused to help him and use the phone not a safe environment for the family and kids.

The room is very clean and nice… a big space, and a great experience! Hotel is very close to the supermarket and convenience stores, bus stations etc. employees are kindness and respect of the service. The best experience I ever had of the hotel in Phnom Penh Cambodia…

Scamed by owner not honest. Knew Travel agents were calling to change date on my stay. I prepaid 550. For 28 Days , he would not work with me on arivel dates when i was finely able to reach him, he was very rude on phone. I stayed in area were Host were very nice and helpful not this person

Certainly one of the cheapest hotels in the city center. The hotel room is fine, but it is very dirty once you step outside the room. The elevator is never clean during my week-long stay. I asked the front desk receptionists twice just to clean up the room, but they never come to clean up until 3pm or 4pm. It will be my first time staying in this hotel, and it is definitely my last time. If you are short of budget, don't mind dirty place, then this is the place for you.

Incredible stay. This hotel is spectacular in every way. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly and upgraded to one of their bigger rooms—hooray! The room was very well equipped—with toothbrushes, shaving kits, and an assortment teas among other amenities. They offer daily housekeeping . Would not hesitate to stay here and will be recommending The Mou Hotel to my family when they come!

Not a fancy hotel but quite proper. Big room with twin bedding which each of it on queen size bed. So yes, it can occupy up to 4 adults. The bedding was hard, so be used by that. There room was clean, the air con works, the hot water running well, there's also fridge and water boiler. TV works well with several channels. Location is 15 minutes walk from Central Market, and around 1-2 USD with TukTuk to everywhere. It also near the Central Bus Operator which cheaper if you wanna made a journey to Siem Reap, VN, or Bangkok by direct booking. But this hotel needs to improve their elevator, which something scary for me to be honest. The view from top floor of this hotel was amazing. Overall, the price I paid was decent to what I got.
