We had a lovely 3 night stay at the Mouses House and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We stayed in the prince charming cabin which was clean and provided great amenities including an indoor and outdoor shower and spa! We really enjoyed being able to hear the stream flowing as we fell asleep each night. Very relaxing. One suggestion I might add is instead of a microwave oven, an airfryer might enhance the space as we had some issues with the convection oven working. Thank you for having us! We will definitely be back 😊😊

Beautiful place and a gorgeous environment. The cabin was outstanding, fireplace, spa, modern kitchen and bathroom…just perfect! We even played a little Tennis game at the small tennis court! We were at the Sleepy Cabin right next to the stream and the sound was just beautiful. It was clean and comfortable. Totally recommend

Absolutely amazing. I'll start by saying that we stay in a lot of accommodation in our travels and we are always very picky about where we stay. that being said, we absolutely loved our stay in the Cinderella cabin. It wasn't just the fireplace, the modern bathroom with spa or the lovely kitchen, it was more the little things you don't get at other places. The hot tub on the deck with the stream running by and fairy lights overhead. The bathrobes folded on the bed with a little toffee on them. The cute little table and chairs made out of tree branches with a decanter of port and 2 glasses. Candles in the bedroom. An ipad to look up local walks etc. The quality toiletries, but also providing pump soap on the sink and shower. An oven that can be microwave, air fryer or regular oven. It shows that thought has gone into making peoples stay more comfortable. Now apart from that, it is one of the most romantic places I have ever stayed. My wife kept saying how it felt like we were staying in Snow Whites cabin. Make sure you bring plenty of wine to sip in the hot tub, we sat out there for hours drinking, chatting and listening to the stream trickle past. Do your relationship a favour and book a night or two here and do the 2 different waterfall walks while you're in Springbrook.

We had a lovely stay here for our anniversary. We stayed in the ‘Cinderella’ and it was absolutely perfect. Location was stunning, cabin and amenities were a beautiful and clever mix of rustic and modern. Extras available to purchase that put a nice touch to our stay - we had to try the picnic and breaky packages and they exceeded our expectations! Was so nice sitting in the hot tub on our porch, listening to the water behind us, surrounded by trees. We will absolutely be returning!

We loved every minute of our 2 night getaway to The Mouses House Retreat. We have stayed at many places over the years and have rarely visited the same place twice, We will definitely be coming back here next year though. Everything you could possibly want or need is catered for in a beautiful serene setting and is a real credit to Wayne and his staff.

Wow, our stay here was incredible, from the moment we arrived we fell in love with the place. We had the Cinderella chalet, it was very well appointed with everything you could need with the added luxury of Hot Tub, spa tub, fireplace. If you get the opportunity to stay here, take it we enjoyed every second and will return.

We were very excited about our break after being recommended mouses house by friends. The rain forest location is fabulous. We stayed in Doc which was right by the stream. Was quite loud but that didn’t bother us. The chalet was very quaint with leather sofas, a very modern fully equipped kitchen and two beautiful modern bathrooms. The spa bath was awesome which was nice due to the fact the communal hot tub and sauna was not in use due to the building works, which we were warned about prior to our stay. What was extremely disappointing was the state of the outside sofa and some of the soft furnishings. They were filthy. We had to find something to cover them just so we could sit outside. This was really disappointing as all they needed was a wash. One of the duvets in the loft room also had stains which is so unnecessary. Luckily we didn’t need to use that bed but come on guys just check and wash the bedding and soft furnishing. I also feel a 3 night minimum is too much unless you are a hiker as there is not enough to do, 2 nights would be ample. We enjoyed the look outs, the twin falls walk was spectacular and loved the gem shop. We did have a lovely relaxing stay despite the lack of cleanliness in a few areas.

Driving up felt like we were entering a story book land, then walking into our cabin confirmed it. We were in our very own log cabin dream land. We escaped to pure relaxation, wonderful service, gorgeous architecture, and bliss in the middle of a private rainforest retreat by a springwater stream. Nearby we walked Purling Brooke falls, tasted the must try local fudge and took in this unique gorgeous town. Wayne and the team were wonderful, this place is a must if you are in need of relaxation, rest and connecting with nature along with loads of creature comforts of a fire, a couple spa inside and out, an outside shower, & the best massages in town by beautiful locals that come to you. Pure bliss awaits you here.
