This is one of those rare companies where the owners really care about customer service and satisfaction. The clothes and styles are amazing with so much choice, and love the styling side of it and how personalised the service is. It's really a one stop shop so you can feel fashionable for any occasion and they take the thinking out of it by choosing the most awesome pieces based on your style profile! Their customer service is so great too, they are timely, friendly and so incredibly easy to use. I have tried so many companies in the past and found these guys to be the best! Highly recommend!

This service is honestly a must have. Clothes, like cars are a depreciating asset and ownership is really not in your best interest, investment wise. I tried this service and love getting a pack of clothes to wear for a few weeks and then get a new set! You can return faster / slower depending on your preference. Their Customer service and stylist are awesome and work with you to meet your needs!

I legit love The Mr. & Ms. collection! They really cater to you and I love that their customer service and the stylist are on top of everything. From personalized little notes to any inquiries and or questions you may have. They actually read what you write them. I think that shows that they care about who they are styling because every person is different. But more than anything I love when you drop them a compliment they sometimes write back little notes in your next pack. Eye to detail and that shows a lot in this world of automatic robot responses. I’m definitely glad I found you guys.

The fashion they send you is just perfect! Well put selection and they send you items that are to your measurements (of course as close as possible too). This is an amazing service with phenomenal customer service, they have been absolutely helpful. They have my seal of approval for having fashion delivered to you! -Your Local Guide Reviews Life Lesson: Personally, I never read a negative review from a person who has 3 or less reviews. Why? I see them as a crazy ex who spreads rumors and blows things out of proportion from a simple understanding. Find more creditable sources, from a person who takes the time to review with a minimum of 20 reviews because they are honest.

Big fan of the company and service they provide. I never had an item that I didn't like or was unwilling to try out and they're very attentive to your requests. Personalized messages with each pack adds a nice personal touch to the virtual styling service.

I've really enjoyed renting with the Mr. Collection. I get such glee when someone compliments me on my clothes and I get to say "it's a rental!" One of the few male-clothing rental services out there. I DO wish the stuff was a little more creative, but I do find that I like almost everything I get. Plus, dressing up while working from home makes me feel more like a human.

For folks like me who have zero sense of fashion nor the time to shop for new clothes regularly that fit well, this service is a Godsend. Customer service is absolutely on point and they are incredibly responsive to any and all inquiries. Would recommend to a friend.

I tried the service out of curiosity and at the urging of my wife and assumed that they would have a hard time finding things that I'd actually want to wear but I was quickly impressed. Pretty much any other service I looked at failed. I think I left a note for them that said something to the effect that I wanted to look like I was plucked off a hike and then forced to up my game by style conscious friends and loved ones before being placed in an office. I think they nailed it. Only used it for a few months but only because I wanted to simplify and cut costs where I could. Over the long term though I'd love to come back and do it again and i wouldn't choose any other service - maybe I'll sell all but a couples pieces of clothing or something and just rock what they give me. Hmmm - like it.
