The Murray

From the beginning to my journey up until this point Heather and Carmen have always been so supportive and on my side. They gave my daughter and I an opportunity to have housing again. They are so understanding and transparent and they will work with you in anyway they can. Any issue or call I’ve made they follow up promptly or will even come out themselves to ensure that the task is completed. Overall, for this to be my first time getting an apartment this has been a blessing of an an experience and I hope to continue to be apart of this community.

Heather has been very helpful since she has arrived. She takes care of issues that need to be resolved in a timely manner. The maintenance men, Nick and Henry are amazing as well and always on point. The staff here at the leasing office has been through so much. They all have Outstanding customer service!!! Thank you so much to all of you for caring about improving this community. We appreciate your hard work.

I want to first start off by saying this is the first time that I have lived alone in awhile. The entire experience from moving in to renewing lease has been pleasant and seamless. The managers are very responsive and maintenance tries to keep it clean as best as possible but sometimes the ppl can overwhelm you. For my first place it's really a nice A** apartment seriously. Kitchen nice, Stainless steel appliances, bathrooms decked out, bedrooms nice size for just me and me mate (nah me and bae buying our home together D.C.😜)Lol. Seriously tho Pretty quiet for the most part of the day. Family friendly place. Huge filed next to the complex all the kids play football and race and just reminds me of being a kid. It's pretty safe out here. I've never had an issue and I have been out late or early and its pretty chill. Recommend 10/10

I had such a great experience touring the community! Heather and the leasing team were absolutely amazing — friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived. They answered all my questions and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I’m really looking forward to moving in and becoming part of this awesome community!

I would like to share my experience with Mrs. Heather at the Murray. She has giving me the best experience from beginning to now! Very professional, communication top tier and responsive also very understanding to make our move smooth as much as possible. Very detailed and helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend the Murray also the staff is also wonderful and professional and kind as well. Greeted me with open arms and I’m grateful to be part of the community.

The Murray is a blessing to me I love everything about especially the rent office staff and My Favorite Special Lady Ms . Heather she's a whole vibe, very patient, loving, friendly, smart, intelligent I can go on and her staff a whole vibe also this is the place they keep the outside clean, the maintenance alway fixing the problem 😀 I just love being here....very comfortable 😀

DO NOT MOVE HERE! The quality of the apartments are poor and I never felt safe. I was in one of the “newly renovated apartments” and while it looks nice in the model, it’s more like the “landlord special”holes in the wall everywhere, weird smells and stains. one of the cabinet doors looked like it was replaced by a couple 2 by 4s then painted white. Found multiple dead cockroaches (contacted maintenance and they did nothing). As for safety, multiple things happened while I was there, gun shots nightly, the first floor apartment was broken into and boarded up, watched my neighbor get arrested. There were always people loitering in the staircases which made me uncomfortable. As others mentioned I believe they were leasing apartments as half way houses. Lots of drug use. I had a 6 month lease that I only ended up living here for 2 of those months because of safety concerns. Reconsider moving to the murray. edit after owner comment: I use an anonymous name for safety reasons. I WISH I didn’t live there.

From the time we got approved to the move in was great but some lady came to my door late at night talking about thumping from earlier in the day when I was setting up my kids beds. I thought that was very disrespectful. People move and have to put up things so be respectful of that. Other than that Tony and the people at the office has been very helpful but my first night was not okay. I am a very private and calm person and I hope she will not be a problem. An update since The Murray took over. I am not happy. I renewed my lease and since then they came up with this insane tech package that is added onto your rent and now paying over 1800 a month. I don’t even watch the trash cable that they made people sign an addendum for that package causing the rent to go up. Instead of the owners investing in appliances they should have invested in other things but they did that so they can raise the rent to market value. I have so many complaints. Every month something is going up bottom line just don’t move here for the love of whom ever you worship don’t tie yourself to this place. I’m so miserable. All of both my paychecks goes to this trashy place. If I could give it no stars I would
