So I've been wanting to stop in here and try this Cuban I hear about! I'm glad I did it was sooo good! Fresh, hot, yet soft crispy bread - the way a Cuban is to be! I also got the Devil crab and a side of collards. It was all great! One of the best part is the owner, Mr. Jim Anderson himself shares all his family treasures, lifestyle, music, and stories with guest. The decor in the restaurant is musician heaven with different instruments and artifacts - very jazzy/blues feel. Come to find out from the very informative lady working, that Saturday afternoons they have live acoustic music from one of the band members?!? I need more info tooooo- ! I was there on my lunch break, so I need to go back to update more photos and hidden gem stories I just know this man has! This is the kind of history I love and cafes I want to keep around!! He also does tours and will walk you through his shop, which from the outside looks small but there's a whole area you didn't even know exist, with I believe, every machine that helped develop the history of printed production. Kinda cool! Very Personal and Real Education on REAL history!
