This was a nice little inn. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. There was a little refrigerator if needed. They had a very nice complementary breakfast in the morning, including things like waffles and eggs. The receptionist was very pleasant. The communication was good I would return again.

I love everything about this place. Chill vibe. The staff were warm and welcoming. Food was wonderful. The rooms cozy. The grounds are beautiful...and as a musician playing a gig, other venues should take note. They treat you right, here. Highly recommended stop on your travels through beautiful NM.

We stumbled upon this place a fell in love. It is clean, affordable, friendly, and has such a cool vibe. We were able to check in after hours with ease and immediately went to the on-site bar/restaurant. Annette was our bartender and she was so friendly and chatted with us during our meal and drinks. We will absolutely stay there again when we are back in Santa Fe.

This motel has been renovated from a vintage motor inn into a hipster vibes experience. I love the motel model because you can pull your vehicle right up to the room door to unload your stuff and keep a good eye on your car all night. I liked that they had a security gate. When we arrived that night, they were having a jazz band in the bar/eatery which is at the front of the property and people were enjoying the evening. The front desk, restaurant and cleaning staff were impeccable. The rooms are tiny because this is a vintage structure and that’s part of the charm. I loved the shower. We couldn’t get our tv working, which turned out to enhance our experience. The room was immaculate and tastefully decorated. It was quiet overnight and the beds were comfortable. They have a complimentary breakfast fit for a king. They know how to cook bacon. The property is beautifully landscaped and has some cool outdoor spaces. We chose the lodging because it was both pet friendly and high vibe. This place is conveniently located nearby anything you could want and about 10 to 15 minutes from downtown. We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay and would like to stay longer. Santa Fe is beautiful.

Pleasantly surprised with The Mystic! It was vibey, chic, clean, and super cute. The linens and bed were comfortable. Breakfast was great! More than the usual “continental breakfast” that you find at most places. Staff was friendly and warm. The back yard was super cute with fire pit, stage for live music, games, and plenty of seating, I’d definitely stay here again.

If you want to be stolen from and harassed in the middle of your wedding this is the place to be. In the middle of my wedding, my guess were being told they needed to move their cars. My aunt and uncle are very disabled and they were told they had to go park down the road at big five because they were parked in someone’s parking spot, but it clearly was a disabled parking. Right before me and my husbands first dance I was told that I needed to move my vehicle, apparently it was parked in “the owners spot” I had been parked there since the night before and hadn’t been told anything. There was NO SIGN that said owners parking.. and to wait till literally the MIDDLE OF MY WEDDING to ask me to move it is crazy. All of this could have been told to me prior to the wedding, it didn’t even start till 3pm in the afternoon. At any point prior, I could’ve been told to move my vehicle, but I am a guest at the hotel so I don’t know what the problem is.. The next morning @8am my husband and family woke up to clean venue and pack up decor. We then realized decor was stolen.. This has left me distraught. I have repeatedly ask to see there cameras, and no one will respond to me. I let them know that if my property could not be recovered will have to file a police report with Santa Fe police for my property being stolen. In response they were extremely passive aggressive and said I was “bold” for accusing them of taking my property and that they would be “thrilled” to help me find it if it was in there property. I’m attached photos of my stuff stolen. When we arrived then morning all the pampas grass was taken from my arches and vases with pampas in it. I sent hours putting this together and about $520 on this decor and for this to be take on a day that is supposed to be so special is just disgusting and unprofessional. Not to mention they catered the food it wasn’t very good and the beds are hard as a rock. I’m also not saying the venue themselves stole my decor but they haven’t helped me at all. Said they would review there cameras and then never heard from them again. The pictures are of the property I haven’t been able to recover. (ALL OF MY PAMPAS GRASS) and emails. Update I have filed a police report and business as refused to respond and check cameras.

Loved our entire stay and would stay here again. Very clean! Felt safe. Amazing breakfast (waffles, yogurt, granola, eggs, sausage, bacon, oatmeal, fruit, coffee, juice). Micheal was so helpful and professional. |The bar had nice drinks and quiet live music. We turned in early and did not hear anything from our room.

I truly thought I loved my stay here until my checkout time at 11am. I always stay in Santa Fe when I go to and from NM and CO. Upon my checkout I was told that I owed $55 for my dog even though the Hotels.com website and the subsequent email The Mystic sent me never said anything about a pet fee only that “pets are always welcome”. I was told if I didn’t agree they’d charge me $200. The girl at the front desk also didn’t mention a pet fee when I checked in and asked her where the pet area was for my dog. When I called and asked what this was about, Emilio, the manager, refused to understand me and just kept insisting I paid and eventually said good day and just hung up on me. You should not be able to surprise people with additional charges upon checkout if they are not listed in a 3rd party booking site, otherwise it’s swindling and false advertisement. Had I known it was a $55 pet fee, I would have stayed somewhere else where it’s usually $20. $55 is a bit steep for a place that’s rated 1 star anyways. I have nothing bad to say about the motel itself. The room was nice and clean. No microwave or normal amenities a hotel has, but a good place to sleep for 1 night. There was a good breakfast in the morning and the cook was super nice (he needs a raise) and the outside space in the back was very nice. However, I do not think I will be staying here again due to the poor management and transparency and the way I was spoke to over the phone. If you don’t have an animal maybe this is the place for you.

Yelp
We enjoyed staying at the Mystic so much over the Holiday weekend! Conveniently located next to Jackolope on Cerrillos Rd, this boutique hotel is full of design inspo! We arrived early and grabbed a delicious bite at their cafe. Our server was very kind and helpful. They have a great little menu for the afternoon, and a happy hour starting at 5. The seating area in the cafe or lounge is comprised of several different spaces, plenty of space for groups and fireplaces. The room itself was sparse but had all the essentials for one night. We also enjoyed their delicious breakfast in the morning, which is included in your stay. This is an affordable option for Santa Fe and although it is quaint, I feel they have maximized their outdoor spaces well. We will be back!

Yelp
The Mystic Hotel and Restaurant is an absolutely stunning new addition to Santa Fe! The location is perfect for exploring the city's many attractions. I love how the hotel is fully gated, including secure parking for your car. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with an especially cozy bed and pillows--I'm still wondering what brand those pillows were because I need them at home! The grounds are meticulously maintained, and the plants in the back courtyard are fabulous. I brought my dog Mocha on this trip, and she had a blast roaming and playing in the secure backyard. It was great to have amenities like poop bags readily available. The complimentary breakfast at the restaurant was a delightful surprise. Having grown up in Santa Fe, I was thrilled to find the breakfast tacos and waffles perfectly satisfying my cravings. For dinner, my wife and I enjoyed nachos and a cheese board that were both fantastic. The customer service was outstanding throughout our stay. We will definitely be back to experience more of what The Mystic Hotel has to offer!

Yelp
We recently had an event at The Mystic. The weather was not good and they did their best to help make the day special. It was great. There was a lot of water and mud but we all made the best of it. I wasn't thrilled with the rooms which were very overpriced No iron, hair dryer, or coffee maker in the rooms. Pretty ordinary basic stuff. Beds and pillows were pretty comfortable. Even with the discount for the event. We had an issue where we had booked the rooms for an amazing deal. Then they figured out the issue and charged us full price again. We tried to see if there was a compromise but we were told no and we could cancel our reservations. The issue they had was not our fault, problem on website, and they should have worked with us to maybe meet in the middle? They were kind of rude and knew because of the event we weren't going to cancel. The "Santa Fe" experience was lost on us since we are natives to the area.

Yelp
I love this place! The best ambiance and design, amazing events, great food and drinks (I love the snake charmer mezcal drink), and I always meet the best people here. They also have a huge back space for the coolest events and nice sweet rooms. I also met the owners and they are super helpful and down to earth, they clearly put their heart into everything and care so much about people having a good experience here. Definitely 5 stars, it's a total gem in Santa Fe.

Yelp
The Mystic Santa Fe is a picturesque gem, beautifully resurrected from the historic Silver Saddle Motel. Its delightful rooms, adorned with charming décor and comfy beds, offer a serene retreat. The customer service is superb, adding a touch of warmth to the stay. The restaurant's delectable cuisine is a delight, and Juno's mixology skills at the bar are truly enchanting. A real treat is their late-night opening on weekends, perfect for unwinding after exploring Santa Fe. Waking up to a snowy day, the breakfast was a culinary marvel--especially the remarkable Cottage Cheese Comeback Kid dish. A return visit is eagerly anticipated!

Yelp
I loved everything about The Mystic! The food, service, and design! My friend and I went there for lunch yesterday and it was outstanding! I was blown away by the interior design and the attention to detail from the silverware, art, food presentation, and the delicious food. Great job, Mystic! I can't wait to bring my hubby here!

Yelp
Mystical for sure! Who knew this gem existed??? Was a bit difficult to find, no fancy exterior. Gated park which is a plus. My room was very clean, apparently a recent refurbishment. Only caveat: ROOMS ARE TINY!! no closets or full view mirror. The restaurant had fresh delicious food. This place is a definitely amazing!!

Yelp
Met friends there for Happy Hour and the staff was exceptional. Margaritas are a little small, but tasty. Nachos had fresh Jalapenos, delicious.

Yelp
The food and cocktails are fantastic. Very beautiful restaurant with lounging areas and outdoor space. Incredible back area that is used for events but otherwise available to hotel guests. I cannot say enough about the friendly and competent staff. They were very patient and accommodating of us and our wild little neurodivergent kids. Our room was minimalist, immaculate, and comfortable. It was smaller than we expected, but hey, it's still a motor lodge. I was so impressed with the transformation. Fair price when considering the full breakfast available to guests every morning. Pastries were incredible. Good coffee. Overall this was such a nice treat for our family's 3 day getaway. We will be back, at least to the restaurant/bar. Loved it!

Yelp
I first visited The Mystic a couple of months after they opened. I was optimistic, their interior design was stunning, and I met the owners, CA transplants who were inspired. That night my friends and I experienced the worst cocktail waitress I'd ever met. After asking 4x for our drink order she left and came back after a long time and asked "can I get you order again, this time i have paper and a pen," she then delivered our drinks - not the drinks we'd ordered - when we pointed this out she asked, "can you keep them so I don't get in trouble." We did but wow. It didnt help that each time she confronted us she said, "hey guys," like she was a part of our party, ignorant of the terrible service she was providing. I thought I'd give them another chance, they were new. I waited 6 MO's and returned. Oh jezzz. We were the fist to arrive that night to an empty restaurant. We ordered drinks which took a long time to arrive. The waiter never returned for our food order. It was almost an hour. I got to up ask, "may we order please," and the waiter responded with defensiveness and anger, "I'm the only one here!" Now the place is full, people all around us are eating. He returns to get our order, we took a check and went home to eat left overs.

Yelp
The restaurant servers are less than friendly and welcoming at the High Desert restaurant! They are the reason this place hasn't caught on.
