My husband and I held our wedding at The Naka Phuket in March, and it was truly the most magical and unforgettable experience of our lives. I booked this resort for seven nights for our babymoon, and even though we’re only on our second night, I had to write this. The place is absolutely stunning. From the moment we arrived, everything has felt effortless and peaceful. The villa is beautiful and spacious, the private and resort pools are a dream, and the views around the property are just breathtaking. Breakfast has been full of variety and flavor, and the spa and gym classes have made the experience even more relaxing. One thing I really appreciate is the hotel’s app, which gives you access to everything you need during your stay. It’s fast, helpful, and keeps you updated on everything happening around the resort without having to ask. So far it’s been the perfect escape, and I can already tell it’s going to be a stay to remember.

The design is very good, the staff is enthusiastic, and the room environment is excellent. The hotel has separate communication software where you can input your own language, which is very convenient. The food is delicious. Unfortunately, it rained, so I will have to come back to try the barbecue next time.

We came for one night, arrived late with my best friend, and Dee was so lovely. Really looked after us and made us feel very welcome and special. The villa with pool was amazing! Even with poor weather the villa was perfect. We had a delicious breakfast and did a spa treatment. Kay was fantastic and I floated out. And Lookkate gave the best massage my friend had ever had. The spa and room were our highlights. Amazing!

We had an amazing stay at The Naka Phuket. The attention to detail in our room and throughout the entire resort was truly impressive. Everything felt well thought out and beautifully designed.||||Breakfast was a highlight, lots of variety every day and the items of Thai authentic flavors that I absolutely loved. :):)||||A big thank you to the team who took care of us from the very first booking conversation through to check-out. Everyone was so kind and professional. Special thanks to Khun Jin - Front Office Manager for looking after us so well. Khun Beer - the wonderful Caption Driver who not only handled the buggy service but also gave us great tips on sightseeing, where to eat and places to explore. Also. Khun Tong who greeted us with such a positive attitude and helped with our luggage when we arrived — much appreciated!||||And to the restaurant team, we are so sorry we didn’t catch all your names, but your service was outstanding. I had a wonderful stay at The Naka Hotel. The hotel was beautiful and all the staff were so kind. I also tried the yoga class for the first time, and even without a reservation, they welcomed me warmly. Thank you so much, Tom! Thanks to you, I want to keep learning yoga after I return to Korea. I felt so relaxed and healed during my stay.

Two nights at this property were an absolute dream. I booked my stay here as part of a longer Thailand trip and wasn’t sure what to expect but the service, staff, property, restaurants and every aspect of our stay were a dream. We received an upgrade to a pool villa after a minor snafu with a taxi booking, which was so deeply appreciated on our end. The villa was stunning and spacious and we loved it so much we didn’t even leave the property for our 3 days at all. The restaurant was wonderful for dinner and it was also the best breakfast buffet we’ve had since arriving in Thailand two weeks ago. Ying the manager was particularly gracious, as were all of the restaurant staff, and the man who helped us beachside with kayaks and snorkeling. I also had a wonderful two hour massage at the spa. Overall I can’t say enough good things about the Naka!
