What an amazing stay! Most certainly the best hotel I have ever stayed in. We had room 461 and it not only had an amazing and big swimming pool but the view was simply out of this world. The private beach was also great, service was great and generally I loved our stay. If I HAD to change something then the food for both lunch and dinner was average at best and taking into consideration the location of the hotel it forced us to always have dinner out of the hotel. I really think that such an amazing hotel should have significantly better food to keep people inside whereas like mentioned I was always forced to dine outside. A great example of what I would expect is a restaurant like Jaras in the nearby Intercontinental. Add that and you are the worlds best hotel <3 Miss you already!

We stayed here for over 5 days and had an amazing experience. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, and the food was really good throughout our stay. They have a lovely breakfast buffet with a great spread. I also got a deep tissue sports massage at the spa and it was truly amazing. The property is very peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. They also offer snorkeling and kayak equipment free of charge on a first come, first serve basis, which was a great bonus. Would definitely recommend The Naka Phuket for a calm and comfortable getaway.

Stayed here for 4 nights. The property's location is quite special since it's in a small private cove. The hotel is a bit aged and the rooms and common areas need a lot of love. The overall hotel just lacks finesse and quality that you would expect from a place with this stunning location. The spa needs a bit of an upgrade, and the building that the spa and the Napa Suites are in really feels like it was left incomplete. The beach is lovely, but the beach beds need an upgrade, as do the amenities at the beach to make it more inviting and feel more like a beach resort than a business hotel with a beach. The property is quite steep and hilly so it's not particularly walkable. Staff is friendly, no real issues there. Hire a graphic designer armed with your brand manual and have them go through all your menus and spa catalogues and signage!

The service never felt forced or overly formal – just natural, thoughtful, and full of heartfelt hospitality. You can clearly feel how much they value creating a personal and memorable experience for every guest. A very special thank you goes to Pok and the entire breakfast team. They turned every morning into a highlight of our stay. The breakfast was not only delicious, but served with such care, attention, and friendliness that it became a truly memorable moment each day. The property itself is stunning: modern, stylish, and extremely well maintained. Everything feels thoughtfully designed, from the beautiful rooms to the small touches that elevate the entire stay. The surroundings are breathtaking, and from the very first moment, you feel welcomed, relaxed, and completely taken care of. In short: everything was perfect. If you’re looking for a place where luxury, warmth, and exceptional service come together, The Naka is the ideal choice. « A Truly Private Luxury Experience at The Naka » Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t on our side during our stay—it rained heavily almost every day, and we had very little sunshine. However, staying at The Naka made up for it completely. The service and the staff were like sunshine for us—warm, welcoming, and always with a smile. Our mornings started with a nice and varied breakfast, accompanied by a stunning 180-degree sea view—what a way to begin the day! The pool is large and beautiful, located right next to a peaceful and quiet private beach. The villa concept truly offers privacy and space. Surrounded by lush greenery and shaded trees, it feels relaxing and serene—perfect for unwinding. Even on rainy days, there were activities available like the Kids Club and gym, turning gloomy days into fun and enjoyable ones. Dinner at the hotel was excellent every night whether international or Thai cuisine, everything was good. A special mention goes to the Thai food , delicious. But what stood out the most was the exceptional service from all staff, across every department. Everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we were well taken care of at all times. My family and I had a lovely time at Naka. The rooms are modern with stunning views of the private beach. All the rooms are spacious. The service was also great. Dang from food and service was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure all of our dining experiences were easy and enjoyable.

Booking the 4-room villa for my family of 8 pax and 1 baby was nothing short of awesome. Everyone enjoyed themselves. The rooms are huge with a great view of the compound and house reef. If you enjoy kayaking or snorkeling, this place is a great place to go. Just jump into the water during high tide to enjoy looking at the beautiful corals. You can even free dive. I went down to 10m, saw a curious squid and juvenile moray eel. ||They have a hotel app which helps to communicate with the staff to bring you from point A to B and you can request buggy service for your luggage and transport. I highly recommend this place for couples and families! ||Thank you NAKA Phuket!

We had an amazing stay at The Naka Phuket. The hotel is truly beautiful, with stunning rooms and great views. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful, and they always greeted us with a smile. A special thank you to Mahdee at the reception for the warm welcome, and to Aoh, the porter, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations and we truly enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended!
