Staying at Nattika Beach Resort was one of the most grounding and healing experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely taken care of — not just as guests, but as people. There’s a calm energy in this place that’s hard to describe, but you feel it right away. Every single person we met — from the therapists and doctors to the gardeners and restaurant staff — treated us with such kindness and genuine attention. You can feel that the team really loves what they do, and that makes all the difference. The Ayurvedic treatments were thoughtfully tailored to each of us, and we felt seen and supported throughout the process. The yoga, the food, the peaceful setting — everything worked together in such a beautiful rhythm that we didn’t even realize how much we needed it until we were there. Nattika is not just a resort. The ambiance, the beachfront, the Ayurveda treatments, and the overall hospitality have always been exceptional. Most of the staff continue to maintain the warm and professional service Nattika is known for.......

We stayed at Nattika for 4 nights and enjoyed every moment. The staff were very nice and helpful. The property and rooms were very well maintained. The beach was beautiful. We had a truly relaxing time and felt thoroughly rejuvenated with the yoga, meditation and treatments.

The best blend of Health & leisure - The Nattika Beach Ayurveda Resort Nestled along the postcard-worthy Nattika Beach, carpeted with luscious greenery and blessed with myriad native fauna, the retreat focuses on reconnecting with nature, relinquishing control and surrendering to self-care. This had been a week of seeing what we could gain by abstaining from common vices - coffee, alcohol, sugar and technology. It all started with an hour journey from Kochi with driver Ramesh explaining the areas around in a very impressive and friendly way. Once I reached resort, was welcomed with traditional warm Indian way with thirst quenching coconut water. Full marks for the first impression. Thank you Vignesh. With planned check-in, we entered to the room which was well organised and fulfilling all needs. Surrounding was mesmerising as mine was front row villa. Inviting sound of waves from the sea in front made tempted to be on sun-bed in front of the villa. Very cordial and helpful Docter’s consultation by Dr. Suhas and Dr. Leshma was an eye opener. They guided me on my week’s treatment process and dos and don’ts during stay. My treatment was well taken care by Zulfi and partner. Ayurveda restaurant ‘Vapika’ was another venue to be admired with utmost care taken by the Team specially Praveen and Healthy yet tasty cuisines set up based on the treatment required prepared under the guidance of Chef Joshy. Without the distraction of constant phone notifications, it’s funny how quickly you can come to know a group of people. We talked about careers and kids, stresses and lessons, grief and beliefs. They are the kind of conversations you do not always have the time to have back in ‘daily routine’. Whilst everything is optional, the activities at Nattika are one of the best parts. From long walks by the beach, Meditation and Yoga at Moksha, Ayurvedic cooking demo classes, traditional musical concert, pool workouts, trips around retreat, there was always something interesting to do every day, if you felt like it. Certainly, place to visit again and with purpose.

I visited in Aug-Sept 2023.Investing in a three-week stay at Nattika was undeniably the best investment on myself considering how steep it is on the pocket. There is no compromise of the value one gets from this experience. Total paisaa vasool :) While the recommended period of 3 weeks guarantees optimal results, even a shorter stay here is worth every penny. I left totally rejuvenated after my 3 week stay here. My body and soul felt more aligned. It was the perfect break from the usual mundane life has to offer. The staff really cares about every need be it the amazing doctors, admin staff, housekeeping or the restaurant staff. Its such a nice vibe. Even the gardening staff are so friendly that it adds up to such a beautiful stay. Being a die hard non vegetarian it was slightly difficult for me to stick to vegetarian meals but I am so grateful to the Doctors, Chef Joshy, restaurant manager Kalai and team for teaching me the importance of the combinations of food that best suits me and general advice. I was able to stick to the planned meals after the initial struggle. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for investing in their health.

Their expertise and attention to detail ensured that each treatment was tailored to my specific needs, resulting in a profound sense of well-being. The hospitality at Nattika Ayurveda Beach Resort is second to none. Kalai and the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. Their warmth and genuine care made me feel truly valued as a guest. And let's not forget about the food! Chef Joshy and his team deserve special mention for the delicious culinary delights they served up each day. The flavors of Kerala cuisine were expertly showcased in every dish, leaving me eager to return for more. Overall, my experience at Nattika Ayurveda Beach Resort was nothing short of exceptional. It's a place where you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and truly focus on your well-being. I can't wait to return for another rejuvenating retreat.

This is one beautiful place to take a break from your routine..mentally and physically. Their ayurvedic treatments are worth dying for. Very humble and courteous staff. 16acres of land facing the Snehatheeram beach. Exquisitely designed rooms. Safe haven for everyone. We did not even lock doors while we went out. They have taken all the adequate Covid protocols. Will surely visit again. Worth every penny you spend.

Very good service, quality of products, organic food, juices and fruits. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious enough. And overall a great help and kindness of the whole staff. Newspaper and library available. Boats (sea kayaks) available, great to use! Little minus : the price ^^
