The Naviti Resort

Lovely resort. I enjoyed the buffet food. They have different themed dinners every night. My room was very outdated but it was large and spacious. I would recommend leaving the resort and actually exploring Fiji. There is so much to see.

Perfect. The inclusive bundle is super perfect for families. Would recommend. Staff is very friendly and rooms are extremely clean. Couldn't find a spec if dirt anywhere. Would give the room 4 stars only because of the bathroom showers door having a slight gap with seal and wall so a little water would get out which is not a big deal. Wonderful location and beautiful man made islands which has a beautiful sunset view from beachfront rooms. Would 100 percent recommend

STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS! Stay away from this property! This property is full of scammers. It felt like they will do everything within their capacity to make sure you have a terrible experience. First, we had booked a King suite ocean view room. They had "categorized" a room that had no ocean view as an "ocean view" room. Just because it was categorized as an ocean view room in their system, they gave us the room. When we asked them there was no ocean view, they gave the option of moving to a queen ocean view room but were not willing to refund the difference in the room price. When we requested to at least give us meal vouchers during the stay to make up for part of the difference, they were not willing to do it. Additionally, the resort servicing team showed no empathy for our situation and was extremely rude in their response. The service in the restaurants were terrible. They took their own time to deliver the food. They also missed one of our food orders and try to charge us for it. Worst yet, someone else has used our room number and successfully purchased $100 worth of drinks which the resort tried to charge to us. They don't even check if people are misusing room numbers and try to pass along the charges to someone else. SCAMMERS! STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESORT! There are many good resorts in the area that provide much better service! This has got to be the worst resort in Fiji! Stay away!!!

We were in Naviti 5 days ago. We are very satisfied. The rooms definitely need updates,but they were clean.The service was very good, and staff was very friendly,especially Vika who works at the bar such a great person,very cheerful and with good sense of humour. Anna who was in the restaurant also was very friendly.We think it was good stay.

This place is an absolute joke. 9 of us went for NYE, purchased the all inclusive, which is the biggest rip off.|Ice cream is only for kids, but the icecream at the pool bar is extra. Some drinks are included, but then others are discounted for all inclusive. Nye they held a function which was 179pp for regular guests and 100 pp all inclusive. And all other food offering were closed unless you wanted a outrid burger in your room. That is the definition of extortion.|Vika S, the rudest staff member I have ever come across in all my travels around the world. And because I asked her not to be rude to me, that made the rest of the bar staff rude to me. They would say hi to my husband and ignore me 🤣💀 food is prison slop at best we all lost weight at an all you can eat buffet. Pool is great, fun activities, rooms are clean, aircons dowt work properly and one of our 3 rooms flooded. And we played golf, the buggy was 50, the clubs 22 and each ball 5. 🤡 do not stay here, if you do you will regret it.

great stay for the entire family will definitely go again, the staff especially Lucy from kids clubs are very friendly, Mue from hospitality team gave us the warmest welcome and farewell ever, and Anna from the bar was great host for the entire stay as well. pool is clean and nice for kids and the activity program was always packed with fun activities for all ages.

Took us 3 hours to get to the Naviti resort from the airport by the resort transport, the food was poor for selection with leftovers every day offered and if you wanted eggs you would have to wait for a while. Their equipment was dated and while we were there one of their two boats broke down on the coral sightseeing tour some of the passengers had to jump into the water and help to paddle and push the boat back to the dock. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the television reception was very poor and there was no female hygienic equipment in the room, the lock on the glass door was broken. There was no mini bar fridge with stock in it.

Nice place, friendly staff. Nothing happens too quick service wise, the saying “no hurry, no worry” is used a lot. All inclusive is a bit confusing or not totally up front you have to sign for everything. Great and safe snorkeling if you walk just past the local village, everyone in the village is very friendly, I went pig hunting with a Ronnie from the pink hut, his brother who is a captain on one of Naviti’s snorkeling boats invited us to his house for Kava, really nice family. We got our laundry done by the purple hut, another lovely lady there but for $25 you get your washing back not the cleanest and not folded or pressed, beware the village is pretty much shut Sunday for church so make sure you pick your laundry up before Sunday if you have a Sunday flight.|All in all, nice family friendly holiday spot
