Kinda sad that the company is moving just when I discovered it, but I hope to see more productions at the eventual new home. On 26 March 2022 I saw the play Opposition and it exceeded all my expectations. The cast was well talented and all gave impactful performances. The blend of stage and multimedia worked brilliantly, as did creative lighting techniques. And the message of the story hit home on many different levels - ultimately as there are several worthy messages in there. Bravo to all and see you one day in the new digs!

I always leave with lots to think about. TNS' Black Box can be a little tough to find: from the Marine Parade library's main entrance, turn left and walk along the outside, keeping the building to your right. Look for the small door with a flight of stairs laying down and a small sign with The Necessary Stage in it.
