An excellent place. The staff is incredibly friendly and the place is clean. I really loved it. I was in a difficult situation mid-way through my stay awaiting my replacement credit card, and the staff was more than helpful and friendly to accommodate me as I had already paid for some of my stay. Every person I met here on staff was really great. I absolutely appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms, the location, and the wonderful demeanor. I will most definitely be returning someday. It's gone under some of my favorite hotels list.

This is a great little hotel in St-Gilles with easy public transport to the centrum. They offer a great check-in service after 10PM which is very practical because late check-ins are rare. I personally loved their breakfast buffet because they had the complete English Breakfast set of bacon, eggs (perfectly cooked scrambled) and beans. The room I was in was spacious but I was disappointed by the bed. I had booked a ‘Comfort Single Room’ and the bed size they showed on the website was bigger than what I actually got. What I got was a small single bed. It was comfortable though. Cleanliness wise, I have nothing to complain about. Everything looked clean. Bravo. Overall I would definitely go back to this hotel. Price and quality wise it’s really good.

Horrible customer service. Accidentally booked on a Tuesday for a weekend rhe following week, needing a room for the weekend. No refund, no change. Arrived to brussels and had to book another hotel. 300 euros down the drain, horrible business.

Staff is friendly and helpful. the hotel doesn't have American electric outlet. They lend me an adapter so that I can charge cellphones.

Good value for money for the bedroom. Staff were friendly and location was fine, but a little out of the way. Bedroom was a bit too dark during the day. Would recommend for a cheap stay in Brussels. Bathroom facilities were excellent. 7.5/10.

Very friendly staff (seriously, I mean I was in many hotels, but here is the best staff I have seen). At the evening they giving away bakery that was left from breakfast (it still tastes good) Rooms are smaller than I have excepted, but clean, well equipped and cozy. It's around 15-20 minutes on foot to Old city, so location is good

I had worked on hotels when I was young, so most of the time I have annoying standards, but during my stay I was surprised by the professionalism, charisma and welcoming performance of the hotel staff. Clara is a great hostess, providing great information, a pleasing service and a great experience, even after my checkout. The rooms are simple but clean, the breakfast was delicious and fresh and my experience was not even worsened by a fire alarm that sounded early morning during my stay, probably waking up all guests. Thank you and I will come back every time i visit Brussels

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! Woke up in the morning to the ceiling caving in. It crumbled into my suitcase and my shoes 😭 When I got up to go look closer, more started to fall. the front desk took my information down for a refund for the night. I didn’t hear from them for a few days so I sent an email. Another few days and still nothing. I had to have all of my clothes re-laundered since they were covered in ceiling dust too. I’m so disappointed in this place. Also, there was no water leaking and it was not water damaged. I had someone look at the photos and the place looks structurally unsound, as there doesn’t appear to be any screws in the studs so it’s probably held up with drywall tape and mud. SAVE YOURSELF.
