This hotel was absolutely lovely. The interior design was fantastic from the lobby to the rooms; everything looked really high-class, especially for the price. Not only were the rooms beautiful, but they were ridiculously spacious. As soon as I walked in, I couldn't believe how large our room was. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and, honestly, I kind of wish I could have stayed in there a little while longer. Also, there was always coffee available down in the lobby, and I swear, it was the best cappuccino I've ever had. I drank at least seven cups in the two days I was there. They offer a continental breakfast, as well, which isn't bad, just small; it mostly consists of pastries.
The only complaints that I have are that there was no air conditioning in the rooms (I went in the middle of summer, and I'm American, so I'm used to every establishment being fifty degrees the second you walk in) and the friendliness of the employees at the desk was only so-so (also could be a cultural thing, because I'm used to overzealous customer service). And another thing that's not so much as a complaint as it is a comment: the room that I was in was really, really dark when you turned the lights out. I'm not kidding, it was like being in a sensory deprivation room. So, you know, if that bugs you, finding a place with better lighting is probably preferable. Or just leave the bathroom light on like I did.
