The Nevada Hotel

We are so happy we chose to stay at the Nevada! It has a happy atmosphere with its updated rooms, ocean views, kind and attentive staff and great location. We were able to use this as our home base while visited several towns nearby (we got to enjoy 4 different beaches in 3 days)! The food at the hotel restaurant, Lulu’s, was outstanding! We loved all the little thoughtful details that the management put into the design and decor of the hotel. The beds were comfy and that really matters to our family! We definitely plan to return. Thanks for the hospitality!

This place was just such a treat. The rooms are very nice, super comfortable with an awesome bed. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Great views and vibes all around. My four month old loved the light fixtures in the room. I Would recommend a room on third floor for best views. We didn’t get to try the restaurant but it looked good. We would be lucky to have a chance to stay here again in the future.

Just wanted to say that we stayed there Monday night. 1st floor, our deck was right in front to watch and view everything. It was Great! The room was very clean and had an amazing look with the lights hanging down. The bathroom and shower was big and like new. Even staying on the first floor, I never heard any noise above us or beside our room from other guests. Definitely worth it!

Nice remodel - Very cool vibe and friendly staff. Room was bigger than it looked online which was a nice surprise. Unfortunately, I found the bedding to be only moderately comfortable and became frustrated with the window/door shades and automatic bathroom light. Small nuisances but at the price point I would have expected slightly better attention to detail. That said, hard to beat waking up with an ocean view and a beach steps from the door. The restaurant on site is really good - had a great meal there and sunset drinks both nights we stayed.

This is a great renovated hotel with modern appliances and the location is just perfect....with an on-site restaurant. E loved our food there. Now they're also serving breakfast on the weekends. Just only a minor thing: I was there for 2-nights but the Housekeeping didn't service the room even when I put the sign on my door to clean. Well, we managed anyway. I recommend the place.

This property is SO beautiful and unique! We LOVED the vibe of this place so much. The room was stunning and SO clean! We had an issue with a small leak in our ceiling and after bringing it to the front desks attention, they immediately came up and checked it out and moved us to a different room with absolutely no issues. All the staff were incredible and so polite and helpful! I couldn’t recommend this place anymore!

Entire experience was terrific. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, right across from the beach. Accommodations were very comfortable with nicely upgraded rooms. Would have preferred balconies were sectioned off for more privacy, but not a major issue. The remodel was nicely done, inside and out. Would definitely stay there again.

We stumbled upon this very sheek, clean and modern hotel and boy are we glad we did! Thankfully it was a mid-week stayover so it was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant on site and it was amazing! Service was perfect as well! The bed might be a tad too puffy for those who like a firm bed (us) but overall we really enjoyed our stay and would choose The Nevada again.

Damn Lulu's at the Nevada is so good I'm half inclined to come back in 45 and order the exact same thing and maybe several more tacos. That trompo slaps

First off I would like to say this Motel-is absolutely stunning! Next I could not believe the extraordinary hospitality by ALL the staff! The views were exceptional!,, The food was AMAZING! Would absolutely return and bring more people to enjoy as much as we did! Look forward to enjoying this during on season. I can only imagine how great It will be. Thank you for such great service and being so accommodating!

Celebrated my wife's 70th birthday with 12 friends at the Nevada Hotel on Long Sands Beach in York, Maine. What a wonderful time. Passed this hotel for many years, and watched the hotel being renovated this past year(s), new hotel from the ground up. Has all the amenities with ample parking. Inside restaurant with very nice staff who are very accommodating. Large window view right of Long Sands Beach. Outdoor area for relaxing within view of the beach. Highly recommended.

Shoutout to the Nevada Motel in York Me. A long standing fixture that was recently refurbished beautifully. I made a reservation for this past weekend without checking if they allow pets (they do not). After a very long, traffic-filled drive upon checking in with dog, or attempting to do so, learned we could board our dog or find another motel. a very kind and patient woman, Valerie, I think, called every possible hotel in the area until she found us a pet-friendly place to stay. What could have been a disastrous encounter was not due to my not losing it and believing we would find something with her amazing help! we will definitely stay there in future without dog if we have occasion to do so!

Absolutely loved it!! Delicious food and drinks, super friendly service. Beautiful ocean view. We had the buttered hawaiian rolls, green beans + broccoli, spicy tuna crispy rice and loved all of it. Portion size aren't too huge so you don't feel overly full afterwards

My husband, myself & our 5 month old had a fabulous stay at the Nevada motel. The hotel is newly renovated, I was looking forward to staying here because it looked amazing. It did not disappoint, the staff was so great welcoming you in their retro reception area, super attentive, & offering champagne upon arrival. We requested early check in, & late check out & they were able to accommodate to both. The room was super clean, with waterfall shower, private seating on deck, complimentary coffee, & water & by far had the BEST views your gonna get on the whole strip. Loved the retro vibes throughout the whole hotel. The restaurant Lulus down stairs was also great. Lawn fire pits, heat lamps for outdoor seating, & also getting those same ocean views. We enjoyed our dinner, nice menu switching it up from all the fried seafood you're gonna eat while away. The hotel was fairly quiet, but also fun and spunky once dinner time rolled around. Thank you for making our family vacation extra special, this hotel is 100% worth the money, we spent a lot of time in the room since we have an infant and just enjoying the room and the views were the best part of our trip.

Jeeze so disappointed with the food and cocktails. We're locals and enjoy its sister restaurant stones throw but they have a lot of work to do to bring it up to par. Cocktails were inconsistent. DO NOT do the ceviche, lobster rangoon or the mahi. Blah (sorry). Al pastor was solid. Service was ok and the view is amazing. Will try again next year.

My sisters and I love this place. First came many years ago with our parents. Not alot has changed and that is why we love it. The staff is great and the beach access is perfect. It's like going back to revisit great memories and making some new ones. Hope to go again soon!

If you want to feel like a guest, DO NOT go here. The owners make you feel like you are doing you a favor. They are totally rude and clearly unhappy people- they need an attitude adjustment. Giving one star only because it is right across the street from the beach. The place and rooms are a dump. Towels are like sandpaper and it is completed out dated. You pay all this money to stay there then they make you pay $10 to park there for the beach on your last day. They are very cheap on ice and give you a hard time if you ask. You have to buy your own ice. Look elsewhere if you want to enjoy, relax and feel like a guest!!!!
