We visited on a Tuesday in mid-June 2025 for breakfast before our National Park Cruise with Sea Princess Cruise out to Cranberry Island. This place was open early enough that one of my cousin wanted to grab a quick breakfast sandwich. I did not order anything myself but wanted to check it out. it's actually a very nice restaurant with a market. The one staff lady that was there was super nice and accommodating constantly talking with us as our items were being prepared. Super friendly. I didn't actually buy any food so I can't really rate it but the service was nice and there were a couple groups in there in the early morning but it was pretty quiet. I bet it could be a little more rowdy during lunch or dinner. I would certainly consider coming back here to grab something to eat and/or sit down for a meal.

Had a 8:45pm reservation for a group of 7 - ate dinner post sunset hike. We were struggling to find a spot that stayed open past 9pm in Bar Harbor / Mt Desert. Nor’Easter was still busy this late on a Monday. Food took a while to come out; the server was friendly but very busy with lots of tables. Food was fine - very fried, and meal rounded out to over $350 for everyone to have an entree, a drink and we split a few appetizers. Shared the lobster Mac and cheese which I do not recommend it was not very hot and noodles were dry. Crab cakes on the Cesar salad were fine - not great, not bad. Would recommend this restaurant for splitting an app and one drink, not a full dinner.

Google
Nice and clean environment near the harbor, plenty of parking space. Food was decent but nothing to call home about. On the expensive side for the quality and quantity of food. Clam chowder was not creamy instead a bit starchy. Fried fish tasted good.

Google
This market has a large food and drink menu, and everything was delicious that we ordered. The prices were more than reasonable ($42 for 6oz lobster roll, $33 for 4oz). Excellent location with a big patio, environment inside is open and spacious and not too loud. Great store too!

Google
Pappardelle Alfredo with lobster was to die for! Perfectly paired with a whoopie pie sundae for dessert. Fish tacos were yummy but would have preferred a bit more sauce as they were a tad dry. To be fair I could have asked for more. We ordered a side Caesar salad and side of broccoli, which were fine but nothing of note. The broccoli was not very tender. We had a small mishap with our meal but our server took care of us very kindly. We would come back to enjoy the delicious food and views!

I have stopped by all the restaurants around this area and Nor’Easter was the most polite, best views, and accommodated to my food needs. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner!! Due to being here for only a month and a lack of ways to cook my own food I eat here or get takeout everyday. Variety is top notch. You’re hungry and want the best go to Nor’Easter.

Google
We ate lunch here on Aug 13 after a nice hike at Acadia NP. Low key place, great service from everyone, especially our server Angie. We both had hardshell steamed lobsters and they were perfect. No crowds to deal with, great beer menu. Highly recommended!

Google
We bought several lobsters here today after calling around to many area seafood places for prices. I couldnt believe how reasonable the prices were here. $8.75/lb for 1 1/4 pounders and $9.75/lb for 2 lbs and more. Every place else was almost twice the price. We got back to the cottage we were renting and cooked up the absolute best lobster meal ever. The lobster shells were stuffed full with meat and so delicious. I cannot thank the staff enough for their friendly and courteous service. This has to be the best lobster pound in the entire area. I highly recommended Northeast Lobster Company. They are a 5 star without hestitation.

Yelp
This is the type of place that probably shouldn't be this good, but surprise, it is! We went for a date night when in NE Harbor and what a great experience we had. We started with two drinks - dark and stormy and espresso martini. This is really the only part of the meal where we wouldn't order it again. Drinks were fine, but we only chose them for the special occassion. We also ordered a beer, which was good. We shared everything, starting with the summer salad (very good), the crab dip (amazing), lobster stew (great), muscles (only had one, but wife enjoyed them), stuffed haddock (outstanding), lobster roll (yummy yummy), and finishing with the blueberry pie with ice cream (perfect way to end the meal). Service was attentive, and the view couldn't be beat. We wanted a special experience and got one! Hope to make it again some day.

Yelp
Service from Heidi was top notch. Such strong recommendations with a friendly vibe. Lobster ramen was delicious! They didn't skimp on the lobster, broth was made from local ingredients, and the ramen was total comfort food. Jameson orange bust cocktail was underwhelming. Balance wasn't there. Back patio on a gorgeous night was perfect!

Yelp
This restaurant was attached to our hotel while staying in the area. After a day of visiting Acadia we were just going to get something to eat. Why a great find. This is a very nicely decorated and super clean restaurant. It's very modern compared to most we have e visited in this trip. We were seated after a slight wait and our waiter was on top of things. Wr started with some local very fresh oysters. I had the haddock stuffed lobster and it was delicious and a very large portion. My wife got a beet salad and added a delicious crab cake to it. The dessert menu looked good but we had no room at all to eat after the main course. I would highly recommend this restaurant if anywhere close at all.

Yelp
A local referred to Nor'Easter as a "hidden gem" when asking around for restaurant recommendations. He was not wrong. We had a really positive experience and would definitely return. We went around 6:30pm on a Monday in May. It wasn't peak season yet, so we got seated immediately without a wait. I can see this place getting much busier during the summer months however. Depending on when you visit, you may want to see if they take reservations. Our server was fantastic. Super friendly and approachable. She gave us solid menu recommendations and make sure we had everything we needed during the meal. For food we started with an order of the Baked Crab Dip. Then we both got the Baked Haddock. All the food was excellent. We felt the piece of haddock stuffed with lobster was a really good size for the price. Neither of us left hungry! We wanted to try the Salted Caramel Creme Brûlée for dessert, but unfortunately they had just run out. It sounded divine though, and came highly recommended by our server. Oh well, just another reason for us to come back here next time! Nor'Easter is super convenient if you're staying in Northeast Harbor, and only about 20 mins from Bar Harbor. Definitely check this place out!

Yelp
Came here for late lunch, very friendly people. Good selection of beers and drinks. We had the lobster ceviche very fresh but a little on the sweet side we asked for jalapeños on the side to garnish it, we also had fish tacos with a perfect flavor, we also had lobsters roll 6" amazing flavor, lobster was soft-buttery and perfect to finish out afternoon.

Yelp
Surprisingly delicious and perfect spot for lunch after hiking in Acadia. Not every lobster spot has such great service, fresh seafood and nice views. They clearly take a great deal of care with the food and the ambiance - butter poached lobster, garlic-cream mussels and fresh flowers on the table?!? Say yes to the crab dip!

Yelp
My husband had the clam chowder, very bland, lobster, he said it was pretty good. I ordered the steak and fries. My steak was over cooked and had to be returned. It took forever to get another one. My husband had finished his meal by time I got a new one. The waiter discounted it 50%. With the amount of wait time it should have been free, but I didn't say anything. It was just ok. No seasoning so I had to add salt and pepper. The sirloin at a local chain is better and half the price. Service was ok. We ate outside on the patio which was a nice atmosphere.

Yelp
Stopped by The Nor'Easter Pound & Market on a recent trip to the area and enjoyed our experience! We started things off with cocktails. I got a gin cocktail that was new to their specialty cocktail list called the bramble. I like my cocktails spirit forward and this was more fruity. So, if you prefer cocktails on the lighter and fruiter side, this may be the one for you! For my lunch, I started things off with the clam chowder, which was a solid good. I also got a lobster roll, which was excellent. The roll was perfectly buttered and grilled and the lobster was plentiful. We ended things by sharing a whoopie pie that was outta this world. It was my first whoopie pie and I lucked out. I've had a few now and theirs was one of the best! It also came with your choice of ice cream. My dining companion opted for the blueberry ice cream and it was great! Get to it!

Isabell D.

Yelp
Simply not good. This is my first day in Bar Harbor extremely disappointing visit. I was looking forward to some clam chowder. I wanted a lobster roll, but they didn't have any gluten-free options so I got the corn tortilla tacos. What a disappointment. The clam chowder was chewy and bland. The lobster tacos were again chewy bland, and just not good. The service was terrible. All the servers were complaining about working and unhappy to be there. cost me almost $70 for nothing The restaurant was very cute on a positive note.

Yelp
We had been down in Northeast Harbor visiting the gardens and wanted a spot to sit and also see the water. We're we happy with what we stumbled upon! The kids were thrilled to have fruit cups that weren't just melon, I enjoy some lobster tacos and my mom had the haddock bites. We all really enjoyed the food and the servers were very kind and attentive. The only thing I would say is if you like the taste of lobster, you may want to try one of their specialty rolls as the tacos had a lot of other (delicious) flavors going on and the lobster flavor got a little lost. We will definitely be back.

Tim W.

Yelp
Food was excellent and the service great. Some of the best lobster and oysters we've had in this trip. Go Birds!

Yelp
We waited 20 minutes to sit inside and we were early, then 20 minutes to get drinks and 20 minutes to get food which was tasty but I had serious food poisoning 4 hours later. Very sick that night. Short staffed like everywhere in Bar Harbor and this was on September 10. Better take a picnic to bar Harbor. Long lines and not enough parking. Summer must be terrible.

Beth N.

Yelp
We were thrilled with our food! We were hungry so we sat at the bar to avoid a wait on a Monday night. We were promptly waited on by our bartender. The food arrived a short time later. We shared the seafood paella special and the hot crab dip. Both items were 10s! The portions were generous and plenty for sharing. We are staying at the hotel that the restaurant is attached to. We will be back!!

Yelp
We made a reservation at 2pm for a party of 5 , the restaurant picked the time for us since 6 wasn't available. When we showed up we were told they couldn't fit us, asked if we would sit at the bar, we were flexible. Then we were told that it was a limited menu, literally 75% of the menu was unavailable again we were flexible. When our food came we were no longer flexible. We ordered the fried chicken sandwiches, it came with 12 fries and about an ounce of chicken with no 'breading". When the bartender asked how it was we were honest, she did give us a discount, thank God because we were all still very hungry, we understand it wasn't her fault but when you are offering 2 sandwiches they better be incredible.

Yelp
This spot was recommended by a local resident as we were getting directions. Very helpful staff to seat seven bicyclists arriving at slightly different times. Wonderful outdoor seating overlooking the marina. The crab cakes are excellent, especially with the chimichurri sauce to add a touch of heat. The haddock tacos are also really well planned out, with soft corn tortillas being an excellent feature. They have a varied cocktail list to complement the beer and wine.

Yelp
Mainly came here just because it was connected to the motel I was staying at. Was seated immediately with about half the tables (maybe a bit less) full. Service was a bit slow at first, but our waitress did get our stuff immediately when she did swing by. There was also some live music going on which was nice to have while eating. Food-wise I ordered the bowl of clam chowder and fried haddock sandwich. The clam chowder was way too thick in my opinion and had only one or two pieces of seafood. It felt like 95% potato and was more like a loaded baked potato soup then actual chowder. Just wasn't a big fan. The haddock sandwich was also a bit of a dud. Although the fish was super crispy, the fish just wasn't well seasoned. Asked for tartar sauce and that helped, but also I feel like it pretty watery? Or maybe just because it was mostly mayo without the addition of lemon juice, relish, herbs etc. Either way, it still didn't really hit the mark for me. I think the rest of the group also had similar sentiments. Overall, if you're staying in Northeast Harbor and don't feel like going to Bar Harbor, you won't necessarily have a bad meal, but it might be a bit disappointing. However, it's a pretty no frills place and not having to wait compared to literally everywhere in Bar Harbor is a nice plus. Seems like a solid place too if you have a bigger party.

Yelp
I really enjoyed dinner at Nor'Easter Pound and Market this evening! We came here after a beach day as my brother in law decided on this restaurant for the local seafood, specifically mussels. We were a table of 6, without a reservation, and we were seated and greeted within minutes around 4:45pm. Our server, Jaylene, was so amazing to us from start to finish. She was friendly, funny, speedy, and gave us great suggestions for food and beverage. We ordered a bunch of appetizers to split and everything was delicious! The food came out so quickly and everything was perfect. The mussels were delectable and the french fry flight was so fun and tasty! We also tried a couple of desserts - the s'mores torte was to die for. I enjoyed speaking with Adam when I bought a t shirt on the way out. This is definitely on our restaurant list for our next trip to Bar Harbor! Thank you Jaylene and Adam!

Yelp
We spent an extra day in Bar Harbor visiting the Northeast Harbor, and were hungry for lunch. We found our way here and were glad we did! The location is nice in that it's right at the marina, but also a little strange to feel nearly swallowed up in a motel. The food here was good-- what stood out most was the oyster service and selection. I really appreciated our waitress's help choosing which varieties of oyster to order, and enjoyed all the ones I got to try. Fries were also good, and the whole experience felt very local. We'd certainly be back if we were ever back in the area!

Yelp
My wife and I stopped in for a lobster dinner and brought our pet dog along as well. They have a nice outdoor seating area, which is pet friendly and that made the whole evening so much easier. The weight staff was phenomenal, she was really great and gave us lots of great tips from a local perspective on things to do in the park. The best part of this meal was obviously the lobster dinner. We started off with a cup of the clam chowder, which was fantastic, my wife had a Mojito, which she loved, and I had a local beer. The lobster dinner was as expected and delivered with a bang! The one thing that really surprised me is the price is so much lower than I would dream it was in Ohio. This was a very affordable dinner, and the quality of the lobster would match the finest dining restaurants anywhere in the Midwest.

Kayla B.

Yelp
Food, service and ambiance were exceptional! Highly recommend! I had the crab cakes and my husband had the smash burger. We also had crab dip as an appetizer. All were amazing!
google avatar

Jack D.

Yelp
The most wonderful sea food. The lobster roll was full of lobster and very tasty. My son had a fish sandwich and salad. The halibut was a large piece and tasted great. We also were impressed with the salad.
google avatar

Yelp
So happy to find this when we did. Beautiful restaurant, has a bit of an upscale feel to it. Came at an odd time so we were seated immediately. The staff here is exceptional in making people feel welcomed and happy. The front desk woman went out of her way to provide lots of coloring for the kids. The clam chowder was very hearty with lots of ingredients, not too thick or oceany tasting. The haddock and chips were cooked perfectly and for some reason the tartar sauce and coleslaw were simply delicious. We've had lots of coleslaw now in Maine and this was excellent. The coleslaw was also very tangy, seemed to have more mustard or something, I really liked it. We enjoyed this place very much!
google avatar

Rickie L.

Yelp
It's near the sea lion beach. The waiter was friendly. The lobster stew and blueberry pie was great!

Emily N.

Yelp
We came here tonight and it was delicious. Says two folks from south Louisiana who are used to Cajun crawfish. This is not the same. If you go, make sure you talk to Michelle - maybe she's a hostess, maybe she's a manager. I don't know. She's amazing. And she'll let you hold a lobster. Our server was great too. He was fun and witty and very friendly. Our party of 6 ordered the large lobster, the clams/mussels, blueberry gimlet; the blueberry lemonade, the burger, the chicken Caesar... all was delicious. Come here.
google avatar

Bryan C.

Yelp
We had breakfast here after staying at the place next door for the night. This was the best Bacon Egg and Cheese sandwich I've ever had. The service was tremendous and the res itself is really clean and nice.
google avatar

Lecia C.

Yelp
What a nice option if you want to avoid the crowded Bar Harbor downtown area. Service was amazing. And the bartender was top notch. The clam chowder was delightful and the small side salad was incredibly generous in size and toppings. Hubby had the Highliner combo fried platter and found it quite tasty. And don't skip the blueberry pie. One of the best pieces I've ever had! Highly recommend!

Yelp
4.5/5 Went in on a rainy saturday in October and was sat quickly. Ordered 2 drinks which did take a few minutes to come out, but the bar was backed up. However, the bartenders choice (a pina colada) and the buzzed blueberry lemonade were excellent. For food, we got a 1 1/4 lb softshell lobster and a fish and chips. The lobster was great, but kinda small. The focaccia that came with it seemed stale and lacked any flavour of a true focaccia. As for the fish and chips, there were a few dry spots throughout but tasted great. Our server was very kind and overall we had a good experience.

anne s.

Yelp
This is a wonderful place for good food, lobster specialties, great service, and they are open for breakfast - dinner. The outdoor views are excellent and they offer indoor and outdoor seating. It is dog and kid friendly and also offer gluten free options. This year we really appreciated the great service of Sadie and Bella, but the whole staff is friendly and attentive.

Franklin M.

Yelp
Any place that would serve watery ketchup sums up this place. My order of fish and chips took 45 minutes. A Walmart frozen fish deep fried could have been a proxy for what I got. This is your classic tourist trap ... slow service, expensive ... go to Colonel's up the street. That's where the locals go. Reasonable food and you won't get ripped off ...

Alanna M.

Yelp
I came here with my sisters and family after a day trip to Seal Harbor Beach, and we had a great time! We ordered a bunch of appetizers (wings, crab dip, cauliflower wings, mussels, and the French fry flight). Note: the French fry flight is an amazing (and delicious) concept! Everything was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the blueberry bbq sauce, it was exceptional. We also got two desserts to share: the whoopie pie sundae and the s'mores torte. scrumptious ending to the meal. In addition to fantastic food, we also had an amazing waitress, Jaylene. She gave us suggestions for our meals and some other local places to visit for our vacation. The attached market had great local and Maine themed gift options and Adam was a pleasure to talk with as we checked out. Overall, we had the best experience!

Arlene S.

Yelp
Overall rating of 3/5 for the items we ordered. I came with a group of friends where we ordered steamed lobster, steamed clams and mussels, lobster rolls, soup du jour, lobster stew, and clam chowder. Their steam lobster was good with plain butter and no extra seasoning needed. Half of their clams were sandy to the bite and the mussels didn't have the nature sweetness. We tried Sutton and Acadia lobster roll which the buttery one was delicious but the mayo one didn't quite stand out at all. Their soup du jour was fish based that tasted too peppery. My friend ordered lobster stew which had a good amount of lobster but it was super salty that we couldn't even finish it; it was $19 a bowl which was disappointing for the cost. Their clam chowder was so dense with so much flour that it looked more like a stew than a soup.

Eli S.

Yelp
Me and my friends went to the Nor'Easter for dinner tonight, and we left feeling disappointed. The food was delicious, however the staff seemed like they wanted us to leave. The hostess was rude and didn't walk us to our table even though we didn't know where to go. Our waitress was sweet but not super attentive, she seemed overwhelmed. The Alfredo sauce was granular, but the seafood was good. The minimum tip amount that showed on the ipad was 20% AFTER tax, which seemed optimistic considering the service. Then they took away half of my meal without asking even though there was a box right next to it and I was distracted with splitting the check. Overall, decent but I would go to downtown Bar Harbor instead.
google avatar

Karen L.

Yelp
Our party 5 had a wonderful lunch at Nor'Easter. We sat outside at a sunny table, and our server was humorous and pleasant. We started with the clams and a dozen oysters. Both were fresh and tasty. The lobster rolls were delicious with a solid 5 oz of lobster meat that was perfectly cooked. The bun was light and flaky and didn't overwhelm the flavor of the lobster. I'd definitely come back if I'm ever in the area again.

Liza A.

Yelp
We visited based on a local recommendation and it was average based on other meals in Maine. $10 for three pieces of dry focaccia bread; $20 for very flat crab cakes and a sirloin steak that was very fatty. Average at best. Wine was overpriced as well, and service was mediocre.
google avatar

Rodney M.

Yelp
The first time exploring the area and getting to visit friends and hanging out here was perfect. Deck seating with the best view of the harbor. Could not ask for better. Plenty of parking and seating available. And the menu was fantastic. When you travel with a large group nice to have options. The staff was very friendly and engaging while we were there. Made for a nice late afternoon/early evening. Our meals were great and everyone seemed to enjoy their entrees. As we left, we discovered the dessert bar, where you can just order at the store and they pack it all up. And we ordered it all. Cakes, cookies, whoopie pies, etc. Yum Yum.

Yelp
The lobster and scallop stuffed baked haddock was 5 star!! I loved the raw oysters! Fresh and salty sweet!! Nice craft beer selection. If you want to get an early start hiking in Acadia they also have great grab and go breakfast burritos and sandwiches!

Grace Z.

Yelp
My favorite place on the island! Food is always amazing and quick! Staff is very kind and great with local recommendations! Beautiful indoor dining over looking the harbor ( there is a patio too but we enjoyed the air conditioning). Would definitely recommend!

B E.

Yelp
Service is outstanding. Lovely venue. Good beer. Clams were rubbery. Chowder was really light on claims. Spent time looking for them. This is a tourist spot where locals don't eat.
google avatar

Brian B.

Yelp
The Halibut dinner was amazing. I would recommend that for anyone to try. I also enjoyed the clam chowder and my wife liked the lobster roll.
google avatar

Yelp
Phenomenal food, professional staff, wonderful little igloo to dine in during these cold winter days! Thanks guys for an awesome experience

Yelp
From the outside you are not too sure what to expect. I can say that I was genuinely surprised walking into this big beautiful restaurant. They seated us by the window and we had a very nice with. Our waitress was a a doll! I let her know I was vegan and she made sure the kitchen made the appropriate accommodations. The Portobello Taco were pretty unreal, just so delicious and full of flavor! I also highly recommended the Blueberry Lemonade Cocktail!
google avatar

Amanda H.

Yelp
The food here was pretty lackluster. The lazy lobster was fine for the price but the quality wasn't as fresh as other places we tried. The Caesar salad was heavily dressed and a very small portion size. It's attached to a lodging hotel so there is parking out back
google avatar

Sean W.

Yelp
Our server Ruby was very sweet. We sat outside on the cozy deck. I started with the shrimp cocktail. No where on the menu did it say MINI BAY SHRIMPS. Very disappointing! Delicious oysters and haddock sandwiches.
google avatar

Brent S.

Yelp
We had dinner here as it was attached to our hotel. The menu was large and had great seafood options. My wife had fish and chips and it was delicious. I had the baked haddock and it was very good as well. We also sampled the local oysters and they were pricey but good. Service was excellent and the ambience was great. Also had the blueberry pie with blueberry ice cream and it was delicious. I highly recommend this place, especially if you are looking for a place that has a large menu, especially for seafood.

Yelp
The two restrooms were unisex. One was broken. And there was a line of 6 people who said that they were waiting for the bathroom but were actually waiting for the bus and wanted to wait in the restaurant. After waiting 20 minutes for the restroom a waitress cut me off. After that, I went back to my table and crossed my legs. I read the two health violations about the restaurant and decided to get a salad. My girlfriend got the Fish and Chips and got sick. She tried to over me a bit and the fish looked gray and tasted gamey, not flakey. So I spit it out. If there is a bus stop near the restaurant, have the guests use a key. That should cut down on people who aren't restaurant customers from using the toilet. And if a customer needs to use the bathroom, the paying customer should not be cut out. I was called a "Masshole" by one of your waitresses. I spent close to a hundred dollars at this place. I don't care to be insulted. Finally several staff members came over to interrupt our meal to ask us about our dog. Perhaps you should have a plan for what to do during down time. The bathroom was filthy. The floors were wet. I almost twisted my ankle. And every time a staff member bumped into me they took the right of way. I thought that the customer is always right. I'm 62 years old. I didn't see anyone working over 30. And I don't appreciate being treated like dirt. If you're a Boomer, don't eat here. Next time I'll go to McDonald's
google avatar

Tracey B.

Yelp
We had the mussels in a creamy garlic sauce and focaccia bread...absolutely amazing chef kiss . The clam chowder with fried clams was also a win-win!! Will definitely come back if I'm in the area again.

Glenn L.

Yelp
Worst fish and chips, dry haddock and appeared old tasteless. A big disappointment for both of us. Frozen fish sticks would have been much better. Service average. no views, not waterside. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Getting tired of auto tip screen stuck in my face. Starts at 18%. Understand the tip is for service, let alone the food was terrible.
google avatar

Maitina M.

Yelp
We were a little confused when we drove up to the restaurant because it was attached to an inn. For a while there, I was under the impression that this was the dining area of the inn. It was when we got closer that I realized it was a separate entity. We got there half an hour before our reservation but they took as in. Service started a little slow but it picked up as soon as our wait person introduced himself and said he'd take care of us. We went with the creamy mussels as the starter and decided on the fish and chips and the BLT sandwich as our main entree. We enjoyed it all. Portions were very generous (especially the quantity of the fries). I went with their truffle fries w/ Parmesan and my husband had the sea salt fries with rosemary. Both were good. We ended out meal with their lemoncello pudding topped with raspberries and blueberries. In all honesty, this was one item I was not impressed with at all. All together, we had a nice enjoyable dining experience.

Yelp
The restaurant promotes itself as using local, sustainably sourced ingredients where possible, but their fries are the industrial kind that have that thin batter coating, ostensibly intended to reduce waste by extending the time fries stay crisp. Imho, it's counter productive because I don't enjoy the processed fry effect/taste. And with the claim of using local Ingredients, i assumed the fries would be freshly cut from a Maine potato. Aside from the quality, the seasonings touted on the menu were just sprinkled on top, instead of being tossed with the fries, so after a few bites of Old Bay or (not-enough rosemary) salt, you're left with bland, unappealing fries. Enough of that. Other items were fine -- except for the blueberry pie, whose texture appears to have been destroyed in the microwave--but the false hype puts a pall on the rest of the meal. Our waitress was attentive and personable, but their hostess needs training, and possibly an attitude adjustment. Despite a nearly empty restaurant, she kept us waiting at the desk with no explanation while she stared down at a screen. The restaurant deck is pleasant enough, but some landscaping or flower pots would be nice to mitigate views of the marina parking lot and the adjacent motel, which is very out of character for the area. I wouldn't recommend it.
