Awful customer service by one particular employee. Went in with a family member to purchase a couple shirts and unfortunately our experience turned to unpleasant rather quickly. While getting a size for a shirt, a particular employee approached my family member and I and told us “we better fix and put the shirts back” mind you we left the shirts just as we found them, only difference was I apparently “accidentally” turned one in the wrong direction… seriously. There were several other customers around and she decided only to tell us “we better fix them” and then quickly escalated to tell my aunt others “spend over five thousand dollars here and you only are purchasing 2 shirts so I won’t tell them to fix it”… the audacity and discrimination is out of this world from this particular employee! Absolutely rude and unprofessional. The manager did listen to our concerns but what an awful and low experience we had.

The worst mall ever ,it's a disaster ,no rhyme or reason ,you can walk in circules and not see the mall. Very low quality clothes and a few brand names at outlet prices ..no real deal . A world of foreigners hauling suitcases and messing up the stores . Stay there two days and only found a deal on some tennis shoes . More a tourist destination than locals..it's for gypsies ,pibes,gumbas , and narcos ...

I never see at store so hard to pay for an item. No customer help on the floor. Slow cashiers that do not knowledge that there’s a customer if front of their face waiting to check out!! 👀 No signs to guide customers to the cashier area we were walking around to figure out where to pay and again nobody on the floor of the store to guide us 🙄No men gloves at the store unless you buy the heater ones that are $250!!! In top of that they left the monitor inside the $400 jacket that we purchase and the alarm at the door start making noise when we exit the store!! Embarrassing!! Idiots and Lazy employees that do not care!! Today 4/5 at 5:15PM. Wake Up Management!! I’m furious!! 🤬

NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS STORE! Just customer service online. Most disgusting and frustrating!!! I paid THREE TIMES for an item that I needed for this weekend. First two they canceled it saying that the zip does not matching billing on the card. UNTRUE!!!! Third time they canceled saying it's "out of stock" I could have bought another item from another company instead!!!!! But I have to wait 10 days to get all my money back, right?!!!!! IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK TAKE IT OFF THE ONLINE STORE!!!!!!

If they ask you for your email, then always give a new email. My mom consistently gave her email, and she got multiple emails a month for the past couple of months saying she has $50 in rewards. We went on New Year's to redeem it, but the cashier couldn't find it. We logged into our online account and showed it to her but she still had difficulty, so she called a manager, Amanda. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. BLAMED EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING WITHOUT ANY HELP.. She first accused us of having multiple accounts, which we did, but for different people, one for me and one for my mom. Then she blamed it on the system, saying that it's not connecting. Then she accused us of using it before and thats why she couldn't get it. Then she told us to contact customer service, while smirking that they won't be open on New Year's, while blaming us for coming on New Year's and telling us to figure out their system and then come back. I came with my mom when we both had off from work and also live over an hour away. Then we asked if we can get the 10% off with my cousin's email as he was with us, and she refused. Don't deal with the headache and mess of their rewards program. Just take the 10% with a new email every time. Will save you time and money.

At 8:30 they didn't let me try on a T-shirt because the store closes at 9:00. At the same time, he did everything demonstratively slowly, showing how tired he was of customers.

This store has an amazing selection, maybe the biggest selection I've encountered at a north face location. The service is great, friendly, fast. I was particularly pleased to be taken care of by JD + Nikolas! They were so friendly and willing to help! Thanks again, North face!

I was a HUGE fan of North Face outlets when I was living in New York. I've had good luck with products from this chain of stores. I'd previous purchased coats, fleeces, shoes and sweatshirts from here. Last year, I was heading back to NY in March and needed some winter clothing, so I came in here for a look. Since I'm currently living here in South FL, I do not frequent this store as much as a lot of the items are more suitable for chillier climates. The jacket selection here is quite nice, they have everything from light rain coats to heavy winter parkas. More recent purchases at this shop have included men's t-shirts for my husband, a small travel backpack and some long sleeve t-shirts. If you can get a t-shirt for under $10 that's a good deal here. This store also carries a small amount of footwear. They also carry various sportswear. Some of the items here were a bit on the pricey side when I visited recently, but a quick google search on your phone will help you tell if a price is reasonable or not.

Large selection of clothing and accessories like hats and gloves. Very limited selection of backpacks. (And all the north face packs I've looked at recently suffer from the same flaws, this was my "one more try".) During the time I was at this shop, nobody asked if I needed help, and when I asked one employee about the packs, she was much more interested in hanging up shirts than helping me. If you're just looking for some north face clothing and don't need much help, this place is probably fine. If you want any actual help, or a larger selection of packs and gear, the new REI on Boca is a better choice.

What a find! Since I lived in New York for most of my life up until about five years ago, I used to wear North Face jackets as they were high quality and fit me well. I still have some of my North Face items, as they have held up and on rare occasions in Winter, it does get cool in Florida. As me and Mom were trolling Sawgrass today for bargains, we saw the North Face store and decided to look around. Inside, we found the store to be bright, clean, and well organized. The racks and shelves displayed a plethora of different merchandise, including various types of jackets, vests, backpacks, footwear, and more! Everything was properly placed, making the merchandise easy to find. I was then assisted by Melba, a sweet lady working the sales floor who helped me find a light North Face jacket like one I used to have and said that in addition to the jacket being 50% off, I could also get another 10% off for signing up for North Face's free loyalty program! I appreciated Melba's kindness and salesmanship and with my jacket in tow, me and Mom went to check out. With no line, we were immediately assisted by Lizette, who was friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable about North Face's products and programs. As she checked out my jacket, which was about $90 in change with 60% off (50% off of rack price plus 10% off for the loyalty program), she added that if I sign up for a free warranty on my jacket, I could get it repaired at no cost if any of the parts break, not a bad deal at all. When at Sawgrass, I would definitely return to the North Face Store thanks to their excellent products, good sale prices, and of course, excellent customer service!

This place has amazing prices! I have been thinking about buying a new winter coat because I don't want to always wear a wool coat at every occasion and my 2 winter non-wool coats are looking quite old. I know... Being in Florida on vacation with the temperatures hovering in the upper 80s, the thought of a Midwestern winter shouldn't cross my mind but regardless... Winter is coming. I stopped by a different place before coming in here and saw some great deals but it was a good thing I thought I should look around first before deciding. I came in not expecting to come out with anything but when I found a coat I liked in the size and color I preferred, it was hard to walk away. Also, it was only $89 after taxes!!! The deal was definitely a lot better than the other store. I'm happy with my purchase. I wish I could have bought 3 more in different colors but they only had XS in the color I purchased or a different style/lighter jacket which would not do me any good in freezing temps or below. I'm generally always cold, too so a good winter coat is always a requirement. Associates were helpful both in finding the right size, colors, and type of coat I was looking for and checking out was quite easy. I did, however, go back to the store after 20 minutes or so because they forgot to remove the plastic security trigger piece embedded within the coat. It was quite embarassing walking into J Crew and beeping but they were very apologetic when I came back and took care of my issue immediately.

It's a little weird to review a store, but I wanted to know if the 40 minute drive just to go to this store would be worth it...and it was. My reasons for coming here: 1) return items that I purchased from North Face online 2) in search of a rain jacket The store has a decent variety of discounted hoodies, fleeces and jackets from the past season. The clothing ranges from light hiking gear to insulated snow clothes. They have sales ranging from 40-60% off. If you buy a coupon booklet from Sawgrass ($10 value), you can save 10% off your $125 purchase. Definitely worth it! For the month of September, Sawgrass is giving the coupon booklet to FL residents for free...so be sure to stop at the info desk. I spent a fair amount of time in the store and completed my mission of finding a rain jacket, along with other goodies because 40% sale + extra 10% off...why not? Let me also say that every employee (at least 5) I encountered was friendly and eager to assist me find something. One guy (Joseph) gave me a pro tip: jackets wth a tag in the left pocket can be flipped inside out and stored as a little ball. FYI: No warranty on goods purchased from this store since it's an outlet

This is the place for all your outdoor needs. Versatile and functional clothing is what they specialize in and what they're known for. The jackets here are close to none in quality and they have built their brand name on supplying the best gear for the most brutal climates. The warranty they offer is wonderful as long as you keep your receipt and register your product. The rain coats selection knock their competitors out of the park due to their variety and style options. In Florida, it's rare you'll encounter weather necessary for a winter coat but the rain sure needs its clothing items as well. Some nice camping items can also be found here which is great because I like the outdoor lifestyle myself and can't buy everything online. If you're searching for a specific item, ask the salesperson to help you locate it-they are super helpful.

We love North Face products , the quality is amazing and so as the customer service , my son and I got lost looking for polo and Pierr took his time not only to assistance with put purchase and helps to find out our way to the Polo store . Pls give him a huge raise , it is hard to find a person so kind and helpful this days . He makes a good assets to this company .

My son and I were there today he bought a north face jacket. The cashier forgot to take off the security piece on the back of the jacket. We went thru the off fifth store door the alarm went off. Notice I hasn't been removed went back ask the cashier to remove the piece . Has been treated like a criminal. The receipt was still in the bag didn't bother to check keep asking questions where did u get this from. Does ur jacket match the receipt ? Bad customer service never again give them our business.!

Great store. Salesperson (Justin) was super helpful. Will definitely go hear if I need any more gear. Also good sales. I got a 200 something dollar jacket for $70.
