We stayed here during Christmas week and had a mixed experience. I would say the bad outweighed the good, overall, unfortunately. Starting with the good - location near Grace Bay Beach with a shuttle (golf cart) that runs frequently, so we never needed to wait more than several minutes for a ride. On-site restaurant is quite good, though seating for larger groups is limited because it's the only restaurant. Plenty of bikes for getting around which was nice. Now the negatives. The property was very petty by charging for services that should be provided. Before we arrived, we arranged for airport pickup that they confirmed would be complimentary. The taxi that the hotel arranged never showed up, so we waited about 20 minutes for pick-up only to arrive at the hotel and they said we'd need to be charged because their specific taxi service didn't pick us up (they finally agreed not to charge us after arguing for several minutes with the front desk). We requested a crib for our baby, and the hotel required a charge of 20 dollars per day. We have stayed at plenty of hotels and this was the first time the property required a daily charge for using a crib (which was actually a pack-and-play). They provided a few water bottles at the beginning of the stay (4 bottled waters for 3 adults), but then charge for additional bottles during a week long stay. The service at the front desk was mixed - some were helpful and professional while others were very irritated and seemed annoyed at being asked for anything. Ultimately, if I were to visit TC again I don't think I'd stay here.

Lovely boutique hotel. Friendly staff that worked so hard to make sure we had the best, most relaxing time. Room and balcony were lovely. Rain shower was fantastic. Bed slept wonderfully. Great location. Next time we will skip renting a car and just stay and enjoy the Grace Bay area.

I stayed here Jan. 9-13 for my birthday trip. The hotel itself is really cute and the grounds are well-maintained. My only complaint is housekeeping could have done a better job with cleaning our room. But other than that, everything was great. The hotel is located in the center of everything. We did a lot of walking around and also rented the bikes they had available to explore the area. The beach is a short 2 minute golf ride and we appreciated the beach service. The restaurant on site is actually really good and we ate lunch there three times. We weren’t bothered by the music coming from Aziza and Zanzibar. We could only hear it when sitting on the balcony. Otherwise, we couldn’t hear it at all with the balcony door shut. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others. All of the staff was friendly. Shout outs to Cedline and Alba at the front desk, David at the restaurant and Whitley the cart driver. Appreciate you all!

Oasis was so great. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Someone was always around if we needed anything. Location was walking distance from the beach. The massage they offer is INCREDIBLE, I highly recommend you do it! The restaurant was so yummy. Rooms are so clean and perfect. The facility is absolutely wonderful.

My fiancé and I stayed at Oasis Grace Bay in September 2024 and from the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly & outgoing. The beach is very close and there’s a shuttle service to bring you back & forth whenever you wish. All requests were treated with care. Note: if you get the chance to book a villa, it’s worth your while - it’s spacious, the kitchen island has everything you need, the private pool is awesome and the outdoor layout is perfection. Thank you to the Oasis crew for exceeding our expectations. We loved every minute! Highly recommend - don’t think twice, just book it :)

The restaurant staff were so fun and amazing! My husband and I stayed here in November 2024, first.. the door kept sticking and our key card wouldn’t work so we would have to go to the front desk area almost every time unless we left our room door unlocked. For some reason, after being here for 3 days and engaging with various staff members and AGAIN being locked out, we were sitting by the disgusting bug-Infested pool while someone couple one seat over were probably about to make a baby, and someone had the audacity to come up to us and ask us if we had a room key and if we were actually staying at the hotel (room 20ft away). Don’t stay here, better places to go. At least visit the restaurant because they’re awesome people.

This resort was recommended by a friend and what a sweet boutique resort it is. The rooms are large, modern, luxurious with all the creature comforts and the outside balcony was super comfortable. They are a few minutes from their private area on the beach so you can walk 10 minutes or take their 2 minute shuttle. Honestly, the shuttle is fabulous (and it’s so much easier than some large resorts where it’s a 20 minute walk from your room to the beach!) While the island itself has excellent restaurants, the food at Oasis is PHENOMENAL. We ate breakfast (the avocado benedict and yogurt parfait) and lunch (protein bowls & pizza) there several days and dinner our last night (excellent Italian!) Loved the opportunity to grab their free e-bikes/bike to take into town or even down to Smith’s Reef. And, it’s always about the people…the staff are wonderfully kind and helpful and should be applauded for their hospitality. Thanks to the welcome team of Alba & Ivino & Alain; the restaurant crew of Ruth Jean & Bensly; the shuttle team of Wembly and Donell.||My only note to management is to find a way to drive the beach shuttle in a circle so that it doesn’t have to back up; as the resort is small, the beep wakes you up from every nap and still lives rent free in my head :)
