The Oasis at Grace Bay

We stayed 5 nights at Oasis at Grace Bay for our anniversary and honestly could not have chosen a more magical place! From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with a welcome cocktail and the sweetest, most genuine staff. While the resort isn’t directly on the beach, the free shuttle made it effortless, we never waited more than a minute or two. Oasis even has its own private section on stunning Grace Bay, complete with plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas, and beachside food and drink service from the on-site restaurant. We were able to grab front-row beach chairs every single day of our stay — a small luxury you rarely find at large chain resorts! We dined multiple times at Isolana, the resort’s Italian restaurant, and every meal was fantastic (my husband is still talking about the lasagna). The property’s location is also amazing — super walkable to restaurants and shops, or you can grab one of the complimentary bikes or e-bikes for easy exploring. Don’t miss nearby spots like Coco Bistro and Infinity at Grace Bay Club for great dining options. Our King Luxury Room was spacious and serene, with a private patio overlooking the lush jungle gardens and pool — total tranquility. The thoughtful touches like a Nespresso machine, mini fridge, and microwave made mornings and leftovers so convenient. The sparkling wine anniversary surprise waiting in our room was the sweetest touch! Every single staff member went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable. Oasis at Grace Bay truly feels like a hidden gem — offering boutique luxury, personalized service, and unbeatable value without the massive resort feel. We can’t wait to come back!

We celebrated New Year’s at Oasis and the property exceeded our expectations! The whole staff are very pleasant and attentive. The restaurant on property is also has great food, drinks and staff. The property is very chic and charming, was so glad I didn’t go with some big resort style location as the intimacy of the property and attentiveness of the staff made all the difference. Wonderful experience! We stayed for our honeymoon and it was the perfect choice. Our room was spacious, great balcony, super clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive. The grounds are immaculate. It’s a boutique hotel not a resort. Less crowded, less noise…perfect. Two restaurants on property. The Italian one was perfect for any meal! Service was top notch, from manager to servers. Amazing breakfast! Highly recommend.

If I could give The Oasis at Grace Bay 10 stars, I would. This beautiful tucked away boutique hotel was everything I needed for my solo birthday retreat. From the moment the taxi dropped me off to the time I checked out, the staff were incredibly accommodating. They have regular hotel rooms as well as lofts and they thought of everything to ensure a perfect stay. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway, you must go ahead and just book at The Oasis at Grace Bay, you will not regret it. I will most definitely be back. Thank you to the staff for making my birthday amazing.

We stayed here for 4 nights and was pleasantly surprised. Mainly due to the price we paid and what we got! The hotel had everything we needed and more. Amazing little touches, a charger and luggage tags gift, a great nespresso coffee machine. Large fridge, with ice in, Clean and new amenities. Good hairdryer ….theyve really thought of everything. Helpful and cheerful staff going out of their way. Great shower, comfy beds, quiet and relaxed. We virtually had the whole place to ourselves. Amazing breakfast (avo and eggs) at the restaurant connected to the hotel. A golf buggy to the beach and back whenever we needed. (Although it’s only a very short walk- cut through Grace bay club to make it shorter) … only a short walk in to Grace bay centre for shops, probably 15 min walk. definitely consider staying here. I’d say even over the pricey’er hotels!

Great value destination near the beautiful Grace Bay. Check in was great, staff helpful and pleasant. Room and grounds are great for the price point. Short shuttle ride to beach with fantastic beach set up. Hurricane Melissa put a damper on our stay but The Oasis made things a wonderful experience. Will definitely return to this gem.

I had a great stay at Oasis at Grace Bay. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. I especially want to thank the management team and Lisa, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and taken care of. Her kindness and helpful attitude really stood out. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to coming back.

I was so excited for my first trip to Turks and Caicos, but the experience at this hotel really let me down. We booked a room with a larger balcony and were utterly surprised to find that there's a new properly being built directly across. Our view was completely obstructed, we could barely even see the sky! At one point the tarp came down and there was construction crew just going about their day right across our balcony (see photos). Needless to say we always kept the curtains closed and never used the balcony. I understand this is not at fault of the hotel. However, it was never communicated to us that there is work being done right outside our room. We booked directly on the hotel website and nowhere on the site does it mention the construction. We would have chosen a different room option if we were aware. We paid more for a worse room. When we spoke to the hotel manager, he feigned surprise and indicated he had never received a complaint about the construction when we questioned his reaction. Reading through the reviews on google it's plain to see there were plenty of comments about the construction. I regret not reading those reviews before we booked. We were offered a $75 gift voucher to dine at the on-site restaurant which was a joke because you can't actually feed two people a full meal with that amount of money on Turks (at a restaurant). Overall, disappointing experience. Staff was a mixed bag, some were very friendly and helpful, while others were not. Beach is gorgeous, of course, but you can get that from any other hotel along Grace Bay.
