The Oasis at Grace Bay

This hotel did not disappoint. We wanted a local quaint relaxing resort to stay. This place was it! Well positioned near the Grace Bay beach, you could walk and take a shuttle or bike. The service was exceptional. If you are looking to turn up, this hotel is not for you. But if you want to relax and enjoy the atmosphere this is for you. Also the on-site restaurant is delicious.

Husband and I visited for our 20th anniversary and this resort was amazing. The transportation to the beach was 100% dependable and the beach setup is one of the best we saw on Grace Bay. The onsite restaurant was really good too. The resort is really clean and the staff is amazing. The resort is walkable to many restaurants. ||The only recommendation we have for the resort would be better access to water. Maybe we drink more water than the average person, but you’re given 2 complimentary bottles of water when you arrive, and after that, there weren’t really any instructions on how to get more. We grabbed a gallon at a nearby grocery store.

Had a perfect stay at Oasis at The Grace Bay! Loved it so much, we considered extending our trip. The hotel is beautiful and modern with a relaxed boho vibe. It felt incredibly peaceful, almost like we had the entire place to ourselves. The staff was warm, friendly, and attentive, and both the property and our room were spotless and well-maintained. A quick 1-minute trolley ride takes you to the beach, where the hotel provides designated beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and cold water so there's no need to bring anything with you. You can even order food from the on-site restaurant and have it delivered right to your beach chair, which was such a great perk. There are also two lovely pools on the property if you prefer to stay closer to your room and unwind in a quieter setting. The on-site restaurant was delicious, and the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the area using the complimentary e-bikes or regular bikes. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely love to stay again in the future!

Stayed at the Oasis with my daughter - celebrated her 30th birthday and it was great! The staff was always friendly and were helpful whenever we had questions or requests. The resort was not overly crowded (and very clean) which was wonderful and we enjoyed the shuttle to the beach. The use of the electric bikes was so much fun and was a great alternative to getting to the shops (than getting a taxi). We truly enjoyed the Oasis!! Thank you for making our trip memorable!

I’ll start by saying that overall we enjoyed our stay at The Oasis at Grace Bay. My husband and I were celebrating our baby moon and wanted relaxation. We originally booked the Deluxe King Room, which was not up to par whatsoever. All of these rooms are currently facing a construction site and offer zero privacy, especially considering there is an outdoor shower. This is absolutely something that should be noted for guests to be aware of prior to booking. We stayed one night in this room, then decided to ask for better accommodations. There was back and forth with different front desk staff members for a few hours the next day but in the end we were offered a complimentary upgrade and the rest of the week was great in a new room. The on site restaurant was not great, food or service wise so we chose not to eat there after giving them two chances. The location is great. The shuttle was quick to offer rides to the beach and we were walking distance from all other restaurants/shops. We also enjoyed the main pool, but the second one was quite cold most of the time. Overall, we did enjoy our stay but I’m not sure we would return again.

From the moment we stepped on the property until we left, beautiful smiles, friendly staff, amazing areas to lounge, fantastic location, clean and comfortable rooms. We came to enjoy the area and found ourselves able to relax and enjoy each other’s company to the fullest. Great space to do our morning Yoga, stepping into each day with a serene state of mind. We loved our daily trips to the gorgeous Grace Bay Beach, the water and calmness of the area was just what we needed. Truly “perfect on purpose”. I had an amazing time at this establishment’ I love boutique style Hotels and this one did not miss. The staff, and I mean everyone, was kind, helpful and there to please. It was my birthday trip, and had never been to Turks, but I absolutely will return and this is the only place I will stay. Paul , our manager on staff made every effort to make the experience a great one, and was very attentive at all times. The vibe was peaceful, the pool was pristine, and everything was indeed perfect.

Let me start by saying that this is my favorite hotel to stay at when visiting the island. I love this hotel so much that this is me and my husband’s third time staying here. The staff are always friendly, the grounds are always clean and the restaurant on site is lovely! The Oasis is located in Grace Bay, so the location is excellent! They have a complimentary shuttle to and from the beach, and they offer comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas once you arrive on the beach. They also have complimentary bikes for guest to usage. There’s plenty of restaurants in the area, coffee shops, upscale clothing boutiques, a supermarket and a few ice cream / frozen yogurt shops nearby. There’s also a casino and a cool food truck that’s less than a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Now, even though this is my favorite hotel, I’m not sure if I’ll be staying here again. There’s a nightclub not too far from the hotel that plays very loud music from about 9pm to 1am. When my husband and I stayed twice last year, the music didn’t seem that loud (somewhat faint) and it wasn’t an issue. The hotel does offer complimentary earplugs for guest. But for some reason during this stay, the music was extremely loud and it kept me awake from the time it started until the time it stopped. Unfortunately I’m a light sleeper, so this was very bothersome for me. However, I wouldn’t deter anyone from staying at this wonderful property! If you’re planning to visit and you’re looking for an awesome place to stay, The Oasis is definitely it!
