I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Oberoi Hotel, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable—every detail was carefully considered, and the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel itself is a stunning blend of elegance and modernity. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. My room offered breathtaking views, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the luxurious bathroom was a highlight, with high-end toiletries and a rainfall shower that was both relaxing and rejuvenating. The dining options were outstanding. Whether I was enjoying a delicious breakfast at the all-day restaurant or indulging in fine dining at one of the specialty restaurants, the food was exceptional. The variety, presentation, and quality of the dishes exceeded my expectations. The service in the restaurants was equally impressive, with staff members being attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. What truly set this stay apart, however, was the level of service. The staff at The Oberoi Hotel go above and beyond to make your stay as seamless as possible. From personalized welcome gestures to prompt and efficient service throughout my stay, I felt like a valued guest at every turn. In short, The Oberoi Hotel offers a level of luxury and service that is hard to match. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this hotel guarantees a memorable experience. The outdoor pool is delightful, and the indoor pool is equally enjoyable, though it takes a bit of time to fill. It’s an amazing spot to relax or have fun, especially with my son, Tiger.||Service:|The service truly sets this resort apart. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make every moment enjoyable. They never say “no” and are always eager to assist with a smile.||Food:|The culinary experience is outstanding, thanks to Executive Chef Pappu, who manages the kitchen with remarkable skill. The variety of dishes—from Indian and Arabic to international cuisines—is impressive. The à la carte breakfast options are particularly exciting and full of surprises.||Golf:|For golf enthusiasts, there are two exceptional courses nearby: Makadi and Soma Bay. Stunning views, impeccable hospitality and excellent food. What else you could ask for from your holiday destination? Not too many people and a little away from the hustle. Privacy seekers will have a gala time here. The housekeeping and kitchen staff is friendly, helpful and always seeks to delight customers. Very smooth check in process as well. Special shoutout to the chefs, Mr Pappu and Mr Nabendu who made it homely and even more comforting for us. Skilled bartender and live musicians at the restaurant. Views are heavenly.

The resort is one of the most beautiful places I have been to but what topped the beautiful resort is the great customer service and the hospitality. Great fit for a honeymoon stay specially the Grand Suite. What an amazing staff from the limo driver and the doorman all the way through to the General Manager. Everyone did their best to make sure we had fun. The diving center team and instructors were fantastic my wife had her first dive and they made it simple and easy for her. I highly recommend this place, it will definitely be a repeated visit.

The Oberoi Sahl Hasheesh exceeded our expectations at every level. While the property itself is luxurious and beautiful at all levels with the big suites with an amazing bed, big bathroom, separate living area, outside space with dining table and loungers and cloakroom, big and extremely clean infinity swimming pool, a great spa, the main star of this property are its staff. No ask from a guest is too much for them and they all fulfil it with smile. Our primary waiting staff, the pool staff and the life guard, our primary housekeeper, the front desk staff, the diving center staff , the spa staff were all excellent. However, the star of this show is their executive chef, Mr Pappu Singh and teh food which his chef team produce. Each and every dish ordered by us was absolutely delicious. Mr Pappu, exemplifies the Oberoi Service value, personally mingles with every guest and makes sure that they have truly amazing holiday experience. I would definitely return to experience this amazing hospitality

Excellent stay and staff. The General Manager Mr Nagy, head chef Mr Papu Singh a super delight. Highly recommend staying here! The warmth of the staff, and the beautiful property did justice to our expectations and even went beyond. Every detail was justified and wonderful! Hope to visit again soon.

Very beautiful hotel. Has amazing breakfast and the staff is very helpful. The pool is gorgeous just super windy because of where the hotel is located. Came here for our honeymoon. Unfortunately, they do not offer any complimentary upgrades or anything special for honeymooners but it was beautiful regardless.

Absolutely exceptional stay at the Oberoi Sahl Hasheesh. The best resort in Hurghada. The service on all fronts exceeded expectations, many complimentary items to service their customers where requested, the staff at the Oberoi make you feel at home & welcome 24/7. The diving centre, the restaurant, the pool, the rooms, the grounds. All of the above were 10/10 for cleanliness & condition. Already missing my time there. I will be back iA.
