The Oberoi, Bengaluru

The best hotel experience I have ever had. Premium luxury in every detail. The Breakfast and Lapis restaurant serves excellent food. The staff are also extremely friendly and accommodating in a genuine, rather than superficial service-oriented way. I highly recommend this place. An oasis in the middle of an urban jungle.

Had a fantastic time here. It was part of a three week trip all across India. We stayed at a bunch of 5 star hotels. This was the best by far. Service was fabulous. The food was incredible. Highly recommended.

Great stay. All details are taken care of with great care. Wonderful hotel, beautiful rooms and the best hotel breakfast in a long time! The garden with its 100 year old tree in the center is absolutely beautiful. The restaurants although pricey serve very good quality food.

The hotel was very clean an up to date. ||Staff were excellent - very friendly and keen to help - the majority of staff spoke very good English. Appreciated their policy on no gratuities to individual staff - a rare thing in India. ||Food and restaurant staff were exceptional.

An absolute delight! One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. A quiet, green oasis in the heart of a bustling megapolis. Delicious, sumptuous breakfast buffet. Comfortable rooms and spacious bathrooms. Nice outdoor pool. Functional gym with friendly coaches. Excellent service all around, attention to detail. Strongly recommended.

Our stay in The Oberoi was nothing short of extra ordinary. On almost any parameter that one can think of when judging an experience at a property, Oberoi does it way beyond expectations. I cannot recommend this place enough. Highlights include the elegant and intimate setting both of the rooms as well as the spaces within the property, the varied delicacies on offer from all of the restaurants, and most importantly, the exceedingly high levels of customer service that truly sets Oberoi apart from the competition.

Every time I stay at an Oberoi property, I look forward to unparalleled comfort and service from my favorite hotel chain. This trip was no exception, as a one-night stay left me with overwhelmingly positive impressions. ||The Oberoi experience starts right from check-in, when the front-office staff ensure that no guest has to wait long to be attended to. After some initial formalities taking just a couple of minutes, I was escorted to my room and check-in procedures were completed there. The manager also kindly offered a late check-out as we were there to enjoy the lavish Christmas brunch on the next day. ||The room was a deluxe garden and pool view room with balcony, and while it wasn't very large, it was tastefully decorated and had all the amenities one would expect at a luxury hotel of this standard...plush bedding, nicely upholstered sofa and work chair, an elegantly designed bathroom with premium (Forest Essentials) toiletries. My only minor gripe would be that the queen size bed though extremely plush and comfortable may be a bit cramped for plus sized guests. :-)||Oberoi service is legendary and there were several examples during my stay...from the helpfulness of housekeeping staff to the attentive service during breakfast with suggestions for special items, to the warm goodbyes during check-out. ||The trip ended on a high note with a special Christmas brunch that I will remember for a long time. I eagerly look forward to my next stay at The Oberoi, Bengaluru...hopefully soon!
