You can’t beat the location and the ocean view. However, I would never come back again for sure. We stayed at the big surf room. Nothing is working , including spa tub and clogged sink. Everything in the room is very outdated and dirty. The breakfast was unattractive and extremely simple. It is such a disappointment. The hotel definitely needs to remodeling, clean up the ground floor trash and hire professionals stuff. Family style good but the service was sloppy and confusing. Overall it was way overpriced for what they offered.

Best place to stay near the beach by a long shot. The rooms were great and have the best views. We opened the windows and fell asleep to the sound of waves crashing in the background. Amazing.

Made reservations n we get here n the entrance is in the back. Plus parking. Not a lot of people were staying here. So it seemed like cause all u could hear were the ocean waves. So we wait at the desk that’s on the second floor. Lobby is on second floor. No one showed up at the desk so I call n went to voicemail. After 20minutes we seen our last name with a welcome note with our key. The note had a name of the room not a number. This was a neat experience. The room was as described plus our room was in the corner front view from all our windows. It really was a dream. I did have a problem with the jet system on the hot tub. No plate to guide me through how it turns on or off. No response. It finally just shut off after pushing these tiny buttons with a pin. Our towelette wouldn’t flush in our last day there. They do offer breakfast n it is breads, English muffins or bagel. U have cheese n butter n a toaster. Fruits n stuff. For what we pain for our 2 night get away, I was hoping for fresh hot waffles n sausage beacon eggs plus what the already offered. If that then I would have given another star. They did have a few different choices of wine for only a tip. So that was great. Place next door has the best broils oysters. U will spend at least $100 for dinner for 2. They messed up my order n had to wait while my husband ate of course. Food is ok. Not so hot for the price they charge. Staff are great n good service. But the Ocean Front was cozy n the little things made it more worth it. Like the have wine glasses u can take to your room n use. No microwave in room. Ugh. Great stay but I paid to much for what they had to offer. A Airbnb would cost the same n your get all privacy use of everything. I do love my stay here. I wish I owed it. It’s beautiful.

Ann is an absolute sweetheart, but most of all an amazing host. It’s almost like you live there haha, she definitely makes you feel like home. Amazing breakfast, drinks and snacks. The room was perfect and the perfect view of the Ocean. Dog friendly beach below and a tasteful restaurant next to it. Definitely will be returning on our next trip.

This was a super cute hotel. Felt more like we were staying with family. Wines and snacks were offered in the evening. Coffee and an assortment of breakfast was offered in the morning. Dog friendly, walking distance to a dog friendly restaurant and beach. Perfect oceanfront rooms! We had our window open all night! Cute fireplace, and radiant heated floors! Wonderful jetted tub! My one and only complaint is the bed. My Moms bed wasn't as bad as ours. Ours was sunken in. Please upgrade the beds!! That's my only reason for 4 stars! We will still be back, because the owner was so accommodating and wonderful! Thank you for an amazing stay!

This property is an absolute jewel….right on the beach. Love my room with a balcony facing the ocean which was very clean and spacious. Ann the owner has put alot of thought into making it a fun place to be. The main check in area is great for meeting people in socializing and there are many snack choices with everything being on the honor system. Wine, snacks and a beautiful breakfast selection every morning. We even got to have a bonfire one evening! Very special. Thank you Ann for going out of your way to make our stay a memorable one. I will be back!!!

The first thing that strikes you is your upstairs, you open the balcony door, and you hear the ocean coming into your room. This is awesome! It’s true the rooms are older and dated. But the value is beyond. If you need to be pampered and have a new amenities, the Ritz Carlton is off the way for 1500 bucks a night, but here for 350 you get the experience of a lifetime.

Positive: Amazing view of the Pacific and the sounds of waves were audible throughout the night. Negative: The overall feeling of the property was dated and it didn't feel the worth of money we spent. Negative: ""
