Cozy restaurant, rustic vibe and absolutely delicious food. The ambience is simply lovely, staff are polite & friendly, service is quick. The menu is well curated with something to offer for everyone. Pastas and pizzas are excellent along with some gelato to make every meal thoroughly enjoyable. Pizza's are baked to perfection. Overall a must visit whilst in Mysore, highly recommended!

Positives: Ambience was beautiful, green & aesthetic. Sicilian Pizza was yum. Negatives: Ravioli of the day , this dish is supposed to be chef special but turned out meh. The filling wasn't good & lacked balance of flavour. Korean cream bun ( I personally didn't like it ) Also, that very day me & my friend got loose motion 🫣 Price : on the higher side Nonchalant: Coffee ( frappe & hot chocolate )

Really nice place! The food and service were good. We’d garlic bread - which was a bit meh. The creamy mushroom risotto was delicious! We also tried their pistachio praline cake - which was also heavenly! Their juices - pomegranate and the orange glow(orange juice and turmeric) - were amazing too! The vibe is pretty great on top of good food, baked goods and juices! If you’re in Mysore don’t miss out on this spot!

This is the best pizza that you can have in Karnataka I could day day. I’ve tired pizzas everywhere in Bangalore but nothing even comes close to old house. I’ve heard that the prince of Mysore also visits this place for food. The best one would be their authentic Italian pizza and coke. I only have pizza here and also the cold press juices are also really good. The staff are very friendly and hospitable with very good ambience. It’s an old house which is converted and hence it’s called so. The restaurant is also pure vegetarian

The ambience is top-notch with indoor and outdoor seating arrangements. Accompanied by the melodious music from the 80s, the lighting and decor was enough to set the mood for a date. Had the new Espresso Hazelnut smoothie and the Pesto Florentine. The smoothie was decent but a bit heavy. The pizza was something we had expected and delivered to perfection. Not only the wood fired base with the pull apart mozzarella cheese but also the Pesto and the veggies on top made the combination strike very well. It was a bit on the bland side and which is why I could understand why many people would not have appreciated it. But the flavours of herbs and sauce do stand out if you are into continental food. Although the restaurant was crowded, thanks to the quick service, it did not feel so. Very well managed and maintained.

This restaurant offers authentic Italian pizza, with the Capitoline and Hawaii pizzas being must-tries. Their in-house tomato sauce strikes the perfect balance between sweet and tangy, making it an excellent choice for Mediterranean pasta. The ambiance is pleasant, though the prices are on the higher side—but it’s worth it. Don’t miss their V360 black coffee, a perfectly aromatic brew. But services are quite slow. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot to enjoy quality time with loved ones during leisure hours.

I had the pleasure of dining at The Old House on 27th February and was absolutely blown away by the entire experience. From the moment I stepped in, I was struck by the restaurant’s superb vibe and great ambience. The interiors are exceptionally well-maintained, exuding a sense of warmth and hospitality that makes you feel at home right away. Cleanliness and Hygiene is obviously a priority here—the toilet, wash room and every corner looked immaculately neat and hygienic. The food itself was nothing short of fantastic. The pizza arrived at the table piping hot and well baked, while the breads and gelatos were truly some of the best I’ve tasted. The variety on offer, combined with the quality of ingredients, makes this place a remarkable value for money venue. What truly sets The Old House apart, though, is the exceptional staff. They are remarkably well-groomed, always smiling, and clearly take pride in the restaurant they represent. Special mention to Mr. Harish, who took care of our table with genuine warmth and attention—I’ve rarely seen someone so involved and dedicated to ensuring every guest is happy. I’d also like to acknowledge Mr. Manjunath at the Bread Counter, whose proactive and pleasant demeanor made trying out different breads an absolute joy. It’s evident that the owner is deeply involved in the day-to-day running of The Old House and has instilled a spirit of service and pride in the entire team. In my opinion, this restaurant easily surpasses many 4 and 5-star hotels in both fare and service, not just in Mysore but across India. Hats off to the OWNER and everyone involved in creating such a remarkable dining experience. If you’re in Mysore, The Old House is a must-visit—go there for the warm ambience, stay for the outstanding service, and leave with a newfound appreciation for quality pizza, breads, and gelatos. You won’t be disappointed ! Do not forget to give a shout out for Mr Harish – one of the finest stewards I have encountered in a VERY LONG TIME and that says a LOT.

This experience could have been a pleasant one if the staff were a little polite and compassionate with us. We had selected this restaurant based on the online reviews and went there with high hopes of enjoying the ambience and food. Cold behavior of the staff who served us made it uncomfortable, we had to take our food packed and leave early.
