Loved the experience at The Old House! The ambience is great, a perfect heritage and modern combination. The staff are super friendly and quick in service. Coming to the food, every item we tasted was excellent with mild and balanced flavors. The Sicilian pizza and pasta with Mediterranean sauce were top-notch! The pastries were decent. Overall, worth the experience!

A charming home turned into a cozy café! Being right on the main road makes it super convenient to spot. The moment you walk in, the lush greenery instantly gives such a warm and welcoming vibe. The staff are equally delightful—greeting us with big smiles that made the experience even better. The food was just as impressive as the ambience: Korean Bun ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thai Cold Coffee ⭐⭐ Sicilian Pizza ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Alfredo Pasta ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cinnamon Roll ⭐⭐⭐ (would be perfect if it were a little bigger) Hazelnut & Dark Chocolate Cake ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Definitely worth visiting for both the atmosphere and the food!

What a slice of paradise! After travelling a couple of months through India, we were a bit homesick and wanted a restaurant with a European menu. We stumbled upon three recommendations in Mysore. The Old House was not just hands down the best, but one of our favourite brunches in India. We tried out several menu items, but the highlights were their fresh bowls, huge selection of sweet treats and coffees. The property is extremely hygienic, well-maintained and the interaction with the professional staff was a treat. Great stuff team!

What a vibe! This place has such an awesome, chill atmosphere — the kind where you instantly feel relaxed and at home. We tried the sourdough pizza with burrata cheese, and as always, it was an absolute winner. For dessert, we went with the raspberry cheesecake and the caramel pastry… oh my god, both were truly mouth-watering! Pure indulgence. We even picked up some fresh sourdough bread to take home. 🥖 It was such a beautiful evening spent well — amazing food, lovely ambience, and the perfect spot to unwind in Mysuru. 💡 Just one small drawback: ordering food only through a QR code feels a bit inconvenient. Not everyone is comfortable with it (especially elders), and it can be stressful if your phone battery is low. A simple printed menu would make the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this cafe for the food and vibes! 🌿💛

Old House Café is such a charming spot in Mysore — the vibe is warm, rustic, and perfect for a leisurely meal. I tried their Turkish eggs, fresh salad, sandwich, and the classic English breakfast — everything was delicious, fresh, and beautifully plated. The Turkish eggs were creamy and flavorful, the salad crisp and refreshing, and the sandwich had just the right balance of texture and taste. The English breakfast was hearty and satisfying — a perfect start to the day. Service was friendly and attentive and the ambiance makes you want to linger a little longer over your coffee. A must-visit for anyone who loves good food in a relaxed, cozy setting.

The outdoor seating under the trees adds to the peaceful atmosphere. Their wood-fired pizzas are absolutely top-notch — crispy, thin crust with generous toppings and that perfect smoky flavor. I also loved their fresh salads, pasta, and cold coffee. Everything tastes homemade and thoughtfully prepared. Service is warm and friendly, and the staff really take their time to ensure you’re comfortable. It’s a great place to relax, catch up with friends, or even get some reading done. If you’re visiting Mysore or even just passing through, The Old House is definitely worth a stop. Highly recommended!

Old House aces my most critical metric for a good restaurant. It’s not just good but consistently good over time, over multiple meals spanning multiple years. The sourdough pizzas were absolutely fresh and just pastas just right in terms of balance and flavours but the absolute highlight for me was the pistachio gelato. It was absolutely spectacular and i literally couldn’t stop myself and eventually brought it to a close after 2 helpings. Spectacular and an absolutely must visit. Can’t recommend enough

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant recently, and it was a delightful experience. Their Italian pizzas are absolutely delicious, with the Capitoline and Hawaii pizzas being standout options that I highly recommend. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. While the prices are slightly on the higher side, the quality of the food makes it worth every penny. I was particularly impressed with how quick and efficient the service was during my visit, which added to the overall positive experience.
