Great little stop after the Flower Market! I stumbled upon this small plaza after visiting the Flower Market, and it was the perfect place to cool down. There’s a Starbucks with strong air‑conditioning — exactly what I needed for a break from the heat. The plaza mainly features Thai silk and fashion shops, and the ground floor is filled with local Thai snacks. If you’re into Thai silk or want to pick up some local treats, this is definitely a good spot to check out.

Old shopping plaza near city area, plenty of street food. Aircond was strong, nice place for hide out under scorching sun. Nothing much to shout about this place, plenty of Jewellery shops. The iconic fountain is just…. Small pond. Still taken a pic as memory. Overall ok for casual , 1st time visit. Was on short trip, passby by random / accident. Future mrt station might be located nearby. No direct connection to BTS which makes the visit very 🔥 under sun. Surprise to see Boon Tong Kee chicken rice here🫠

This place is silk heaven with many shops on the upper floors catering excellent events wear, particularly for women. The clothes are simply exquisite. There’s also a food mart and some jewellery stores. It’s not as busy as the larger malls but I like it for that reason.

Old Siam Mall is such a nice and tidy place to explore! The mall is clean, organized, and full of shops selling beautiful silk dresses and traditional Thai clothes, some even have good promotions. You can also find lots of local snacks here, all looking clean and hygienic, with fair prices. The top floor has a food court with a few halal options too, which is great for Muslim visitors. It’s a good spot to experience local Thai culture, shop for quality fabrics, and grab some snacks in a relaxed setting.

The street food zone at The Old Siam Plaza is a paradise for snack lovers! It brings together many famous Thai dessert and street food stalls from across the country in one place. Everywhere you look, there are tempting traditional treats from golden threads, crispy banana chips, and Thai crepes to colorful desserts like luk chup and layered jelly. The atmosphere feels like a retro market but is very clean and well-organized. Perfect for eating on the spot or buying as gifts!

As a foreigner this is a great place to eat a variety of snacks. Don't plan on doing any real shopping, though the pretty fabrics are fun to look at. Samples the desserts downstairs then go up to the third floor for a nice meal.

The Old Siam Plaza features a very large food court with a strong local feel, offering mostly traditional Thai food stalls. The experience is similar to street food in terms of flavors and variety, but in a more organized, indoor setting where you can see the food preparation clearly, which many visitors may find more comfortable. It’s a good place to explore local dishes in a controlled environment. In addition to the local food options, there are also familiar brands like Starbucks and KFC. The plaza is conveniently located very close to the Sala Chalermkrung Royal Theatre, making it an easy stop before or after a show.

This shopping center features a wide variety of stores, with a strong focus on clothing—particularly suits and fashion-related items. There are also several good food options and a selection of jewelry shops. The facility is well-maintained, with clean bathrooms and comfortable air conditioning, making it a pleasant stop during a walk. A personal highlight was the Pokémon-themed store located inside. While it operates on limited hours, it is worth a visit for anyone interested in Japanese or Korean Pokémon products, especially trading cards. They even host actual card battles, which adds a unique and engaging touch. Overall, a great place to explore.
