Definitely not kids friendly. Every item in the outdoor gaming area is broken. No security measures for children especially that the hotel is in an open area. Kids can easily fall into the pool. This is a run down place. ACs are not working properly in the rooms, fridges and TVs don’t work, rooms are not cleaned well. The only good thing about this place is the food. The chef is great at his job doing great Jordanian dishes.

I think the word adequate summarises this hotel apart, this is, from the breakfast which was very poor. ||To be fair, we arrived late afternoon/early evening in the pouring rain for one night. rooms were allocated and bitterly cold when we got in (it's a motel style hotel). Luckily the aircon/heater thing worked and it soon warmed up. The room itself was basic. It was difficult to get the shower to a point when it was not either boiling hot or freezing cold. I suppose the bonus was that there was a lot of hot water. No tea or coffee facilities.||The next day it was raining still and we appeared to be the only group there. That may explain the breakfast which can only be described as barely adequate. || On a warm summer's day we'd likely have a very different impression of the place. That is why I've given it 3* instead of 2*.

I stayed in one of the small, separate mini apartments. It was quite big and very convenient, with a small private balcony overlooking the valley. Beautiful surroundings though the hotel was almost empty. People, drive a few extra km's to stay at this place! It's really worth the time / money! ||Also the staff + owner were were fantastic, friendly and easy-going. They made me feel welcome. My mistake was that I should have planned my trip differently so that I were able stay here longer.||I slept like a rose. Breakfast was a choice of preset menus and very generous!

Avoid this hotel. Extremely run down, water was pouring down the stairwell, paint peeling off walls, taps rotate in sink with little water pressure, games room has external door missing and is in disrepair, gardens are overgrown with weeds, loose wires coming out of walls, playground equipment broken and weeds have taken over the area. Restaurant also totally disorganised and reception staff provided inaccurate information regarding meal times. Wifi poor and non existent in rooms. TV didn't work and furniture in relaxation area dirty and broken.

This is a rambling place set out amongst olive groves some 7 kms from Jerash. You need a car or taxi to get there and it is not that easy to find without GPS. We were there in winter and the staff they had on varied from indifferent to extremely helpful – go figure. We rattled around in the place and it must have many rooms. All facilities worked really well and it is dead quiet. Rooms are large, bedding is great and wifi works well. There is plenty of car parking. Breakfasts are tasty and the one dinner we had there was simple but tasty and good value. As a guest you have to be proactive at this place because service we found to be a tad passive, otherwise it is a great option if overnighting after visiting Jerash and then spending a day touring other sights in NW Jordan (eg Aljuin, Salt, Pella, Umm Qais, etc).

I stayed here for one night as part of an organised tour. The hotel is located outside of Jerash, so fine if you're on an organised tour or have a car, but otherwise you'd need a taxi. The surroundings of the hotel were stunning, it was quite nice to be away from the busyness of central Jerash.||||The hotel itself was a little on the basic size, but my room was fine and had an enormous king-sized bed which was quite comfortable. The bathroom had a bath (with shower inside it) but no plug. There was a good range of channels on the TV, with CNN and BBC World News being the English ones. Unfortunately the wifi was down during our stay, a fault from the service provider rather than the hotel.||||We were the only people staying at the hotel, a group of 7 plus our guide. Given this situation, the breakfast they offered was pretty good. Freshly-cooked omelettes, and some bread and fruit. I was glad that they didn't lay a lot out as it would have caused much waste.

Stayed on a rainy day December 2019. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are dated and need some attention but are comfortable. Only three guests on a Sunday night but a full menu was available and the food was very good. I would like to go back on a sunny day for the views.

When I fist got to the place. They served us complimentary tea with some sort of herb. I will never forget the taste of this tea. Probably the best cup of tea I ever had. Besides this. The staff was not particularly friendly but rather aggressive & rude. Maybe because we were a large chaotic group. Anyway Some rooms had no warm water. Breakfast was not cool at all. I had a hamburger which was less than average. In general. Its good but far from excellent.
