Bad experience. If you want more garlic for the sauce they charge $1. As a person who has studied Food & Beverage Cost Control a restaurant should not be operating this way. The garlic pork belly dish is not even authentic, who uses oyster sauce as a sauce base for garlic pork belly? Haven’t even mentioned the beef noodles yet. It’s horrible, no flavour at all and the meat is not fresh and tastes frozen. Definitely not recommending to anyone. Kinda tried to finish the food hoping not to waste food. I’ve been to a lot of restaurants in Van and this is probably the worst experience I’ve ever had in Vancouver.
Edit: the owner keeps saying ‘there’s no such thing as free lunch’. Customers literally pay you, and your food is already more expensive than other places, yet other places are able to offer free condiments. It’s funny

I recently decided to visit this place after driving by and feeling intrigued enough to give it a try. However, my experience turned out to be quite disappointing. Upon arrival, I noticed that the lineup system was poorly managed. There was no one taking names, so everyone was left standing and waiting at the door, unsure of when they would be seated. This lack of organization was frustrating and set a negative tone for the rest of our visit.
When we finally got seated and ordered our food, the disappointment continued. The dishes we ordered were very bland and lacked any distinctive flavors. They did not live up to the standard of authentic Taiwanese cuisine, which was a significant letdown. For the quality of food served, the prices were unreasonably high, making the experience feel like poor value for money.
On a positive note, the service was good. The staff were friendly and attentive, which is the only reason I decided to give this place three stars. Despite the decent service, the overall experience was not enough to warrant a return visit. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back.

We decided to eat here after some recommendations on FB. The place looks ok, the food was ok wife said probably will be our first and last time to eat. She said food are salty and lack crunchy from the fried tofu and chicken nuggets. The only good part about this place is we ordered the fried rice and it's plenty. Even for the appetizers.

Tasty fried squid nuggets, delicious chicken nuggets fried rice as well — but the food is quite oily and heavy with salt. Taiwanese beef wraps are 7/10, decent but not the best I’ve tried. Did not partake in the beef noodle soup, but I like their boba milk teas.

Amazing service! The atmosphere is busy but nicely designed and clean. Everyone who worked there went above and beyond to answer our questions and make our experience extra special and comfortable. The portions are very large for what you pay for and everything tasted delicious. Definitely get a bubble tea and try the chicken nuggets appetizer. I look forward to coming back to try the rest of the large menu. It Would be nice to have more pictures on the menu to make it easier to decide what to order, but overall a fantastic experience.

I hope the owner would read my honest review:
I am a regular of the shop and I love the honest work of the owner, very carinng and customer oriented HOWEVER I got a really bad experience on May 9, 2025 at noon (12:30pm ish). When I came to order pick up the woman receptionist did not call me back to receive order, so what is the point of leaving back my number? As well, she misheard my order (bubble tea with pearls but when received there was no pearl). Not owning up to her mistake she told me that when another guy was helping her to insert the order in the POS machine, she said I did not say anything extra while I previously told her specifically with pearls, so she blamed the onus on me. I got really pissed off but the cherry on top was that I had to pay $0.5 more for pearls, which is just insulting. $0.5 is nothing to me and the restaurant but she charged me why blaming my order was not clear. I am willing to put my number here if you want to discuss, but as much as I like the food, I would not come back again. This attitude is how you lose potential and recurring customers. Thank you.

Spicy noodles and beef flank is generously portioned and soooo good. I come here every time I’m In town. Got a pineapple slush that was as opulent as it was tasty
