The Orangery

I discovered this place on my last day and made a super quick visit. I only tried the cake and coffee, but both were absolutely delicious! Definitely worth it, and I’ll come back to try more next time.

I had the pleasure of dining at The Orangery in Bahrain, and I can confidently say it was one of the most delightful restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance transported me—elegant, calming, and beautifully designed, with attention to every detail. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between cozy and refined, making it ideal for both casual meetups and special occasions. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the outstanding service. I want to specifically mention Hassania, who was incredibly warm, attentive, and professional throughout the visit. Her friendly demeanor and thoughtful approach made me feel genuinely welcomed. She managed everything with grace and ensured everything ran smoothly, always with a smile. It’s rare to encounter someone who so naturally enhances the dining experience. The Orangery’s culinary offerings are clearly crafted with care, and the presentation is just as impressive as the flavors. Every element—from the decor to the tea selection—shows the team’s commitment to excellence. I didn’t feel rushed at any point, and the relaxed yet sophisticated vibe made it easy to unwind and enjoy every moment.

I had a wonderful breakfast experience today! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Everyone was smiling and the ambience was very pleasant. A special shoutout to Mary Jane, who served us with such kindness and professionalism—always with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious and of great quality. Everything was just perfect. the atmosphere was lovely,, theres a beautiful fountain and we visited during the day, so it was pleasantly cool. The hummus was tasty, the maneesh wasn’t anything extraordinary, it was still decent. The chocolate cake was genuinely good, though the surprise was unfortunately spoiled when a staff member asked my friend which cake she had ordered, even though she had already pointed it out before we were seated. Still, the staff were overall very friendly and welcoming.

I ordered tea and a slice of strawberry gateau — it was light, super fluffy, and absolutely delicious! The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Service was smooth, and everything was brought to the table with care. The tearoom itself is beautifully set up, making it a great spot to unwind and enjoy a treat. Overall, it was a wonderful visit. I’d definitely come back again and recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy place with great desserts and warm service.

This was a great place to try! The setting is beautiful, with friendly service, and the food was delicious. I tried the egg nachos, which is something I’ve never tried before anywhere. It's definitely worth a try!

Very nice breakfast spot , the food is 10/10 We tried the egg croissant and shakshokah was delicious. The supervisor girl from Philippine is professional and understands customers demands. Will do it again.

The sunroom is really loud and annoying when the resturant is fully packed. So really did not enjoy the place as much as I would have. I loved their dishes and deserts but wanted to enjoy my pricey meal in peace and quite.
