The Orchid Hotel Mumbai Vile Parle

I am IN LOVE with this hotel. The staff, ammenities, cleanliness, menu options, location and design. This is by far one of the most comfortable hotels I have ever stayed in. You must visit the open terrace at their top floor. It has such a beautiful Spanish style design. I personally love it during the day under the scorching sun, though I know this is not the cup of tea of many Indians. Food options are not that much there, though. Food is best in their menu to order or their breakfast. We tried chicken in wine sauce and it's a must in our next visit. This is the only hotel that has ever made me curious to explore their memberships options. Thoygh I stay in Mumbai itself I hope to be back soon!

Everything was really nice. Enjoyed our stay, excited to come back again. Excellent staff specially miss Tejal, who was really helpful to us and all the other staff as well. Really appreciate their warm gestures that help us feel comfortable.

We visited the hotel as a part of business trip and the grandeur of the hotel surprised me. The staff are polite to help you through with all the details and will answer any questions you have. The ambience and the atmosphere is very welcoming with the theme being Indian heritage. One should visit even if it's for a business event. Overall I would recommend this to all my friends, family and clients.

Amazing experience, felt like home. The entire staff including lobby manager ensured a personal connect during my stay. I would like to make a special mention about Chef Dharamvir Singh, Chef Lad and Chef Paramjeet for making sure my food is as per my requirement, less salt to suit my health. The entire room dining team was warm, courteous during my entire stay. I would recommend Hotel Orchid highly to everyone looking to stay in Mumbai. I’ll be travelling back with my family on holiday and will never look at staying at any other hotel other than Orchid. Great experience, something that everyone must experience

Its like time travel! As you step into the hotel its as if you have zoomed back to the 90's. This is a tired and aging property that has been reluctantly pulled into the current century. Rooms are so dated ..its almost nostalgic. The aging seems to be infectious as the service standards are similarly geriatric. Property is clean and well maintained and if you are comfortable with the retro setup, it is quite ok to stay! Best thing is the location which is next to T1.
