Excellent place to stay and great service by everyone who always have a smiling face. We stayed for a day and loved it. 1st floor restaurant has good service, to name Kemei and Razi were great. We had taken my nephew for dinner who's 6 yrs old. Though we told we will pay for his dinner they insisted it was complementary, I was really touched with this gesture. Food, service, room were all great.

I would especially like to appreciate Neha for her exceptional support. During this difficult and uncertain time for IndiGo crew, her kindness, patience, and willingness to help meant a lot. She made sure everything was smooth and comfortable for us, and her warm hospitality did not go unnoticed. The rooms were clean, cozy, and perfect for much-needed rest after duty. I have been going there for past 20 years (Almost) and just love the place. It's an awesome property and has everything you expect, near to both airport, next to terminal 1, central to go either ways in Mumbai, lovely rooms, great food (Specially breakfast is just awesome). Very helpful & courteous staff. Sometimes expensive but don't miss it if it is slightly above your budget, it's worth every penny.

Kashmira at the Sales office is always very cordial and helpful. The deals and rates offered by her is better than displayed rates on any OTA channels. I am a regular stayer at the ORCHID and the staff is really welcoming and well trained. ||Sounak at the reception helped me with the check-in and also gave me an upgrade which was beautiful ! ||The only issue i have is they never have given me a discount on the IRD bills as a member to ORCHID hotels. On the website they have mentioned that members do get a discount but unfortunately they have never the same to my membership which is where i experience the PINCH. ||Hospitality is top notch and they have well trained staff and the GSA are also very welcoming. I visited this place last weekend for dinner. While the ambience was lovely, especially the well kept space, fountain, and the runway view from the 7th floor. The overall experience fell short of expectations. The staff seemed quite occupied and struggled to manage even a relatively small crowd, which affected the service quality. The food was average, the biryani in particular didn’t stand out nor the seek kebab, especially considering the bill came to over ₹4,000. For the same range, Taj offers a much better overall experience. Hoping the service and food quality improve.

If you're a wheelchair user I highly highly recommend The Orchid Hotel in Vile Parle near T1 terminus. Just inform them before booking and they'll allot you the rooms specifically designed for a disabled person's needs. I travelled with with my parents and brother. I had the most amazing experience. It was comforting to know that your needs have already been taken care of. They have taken care of every tiny detail required in the rooms, with one switch box near bedside to operate all the lights & electronics; enough space to roam in your wheelchair; washbasin at appropriate height; emergency alarm installed in both the washroom and bedside; wall mounted table in shower; bed of appropriate height and firmness. The doors to the washroom and entrance open outwards so you can operate them independently. The room is located near the restaurant of the hotel and the elevators, for easy access. The staff is helpful, cooperative and caring. Amazing ambience ofcourse. I'll prefer booking this property during my future travels to Mumbai. One thing that could be improved - the portion sizes in The Boulevard restaurant are bit too small for the price range. I didn't visit their other two restaurants located on the same property i.e. at the lobby and top floor level, so won't be commenting on those. Gold standards when it comes to accessibility, inclusivity, hospitality.
