The Orchid Hotel Mumbai Vile Parle

A good place to stay near the domestic airport. The ambience is good and the staff courteous. The check in was good. We stayed in two rooms - one was in the old wing - I suppose where the rooms are good and there is natural light, the other is in the new wing and there was no natural light in the room. The vegetarian restaurant in the ground floor lobby was good- mostly South Indian cuisine. The down side was our door lock had a malfunction and we had to shift from the 6 floor room to the 4 floor. After shifting to the 4 floor room the toilet flush did not work but was repaired.

My favourite hotel. Good veg food. for Breakfast you must have a lot of time to enjoy the spread and their traditional hospitality. The policy of the hotel not to allow visitors to rooms floors is commendable. This reduces nuisance. a lot of trees around in the pathway from entry gate to exit gate allows you to have good walking opportunity too.

Great stay! Great hospitality. I came late evening, and the staffs were very accommodating to letting me in. The food is also something worth trying especially their midnight buffet menu. This has become my go to place everytime I am in Mumbai.

The hotel is a reasonable 3 star property. The a large property and conveniently located. The bed was good and the room clean enough. The improvements needed in the property include - need for clean towers. All my towels were soiled, some appear to have been used by previous guest on shoes and the overall experience using hotel provided towels was bad. - the tikka options on the room tops at Main Grills was not very good. It had too much oil that I could taste for 3 days. The staff are reasonable and good. I was in room 436 which was too far from the lift as I would prefer something close to the lift.

Good accommodation and food.multiple dinning options makes this stay more memorable.coming to the part of staff behaviour is very nice. And have a very beautiful smile specially of Deeya i had a very great experience with her had a great stay p

The Hotel is good for staying but there are some deficiencies in their service. They take a long time at the enquiry counter. I faced a great difficulty for tracing my room as no support was provided by hotel staff later on they helped me to trace my room. Luggage was taken to the room by myself no help was provided by hotel staff.

Location, facilities and welcoming staff are the wins here. Good bar with live singing and Excellent range of liquor. Food is delicious and good range. Rooftop is excellent but needs some thought to providing air through tower acs or just adequate quantity of Pedestal fans. View of the airport is awesome.

a friend of mine had booked a room to catch an early morning flight abroad. she had invited a few of us to hang out with her. we went to the coffee shop first. the pizza & french fries were really tasty. we ended up going to vindhyas for dinner. the food is really delicious & the service superb. i had been there abt 5-6 years ago. and am very happy to note that they have managed to maintain their high food & service standards. i will definitely visit if i get an opportunity.
