The Orlando Eye (now ICON Orlando) is an absolute must-do for anyone visiting the city. This massive observation wheel offers stunning panoramic views of Orlando and beyond, making it the perfect way to take in the beauty of the area from a whole new perspective. The ride itself is smooth and relaxing. As you ascend in your climate-controlled capsule, you’ll feel the excitement build as the cityscape unfolds before your eyes. The views from the top are breathtaking—you can see everything from the theme parks to downtown Orlando and even as far as Cape Canaveral on a clear day. It’s the ultimate spot for photos, so make sure your camera is ready to capture the magic! What makes The Orlando Eye even better is the ambiance. Whether you’re riding during the day, at sunset, or at night when the city lights sparkle like a sea of stars, the experience is always magical. The wheel itself lights up with colorful displays that add to the excitement, making it a spectacle even from the ground. The location is fantastic, too. Situated in ICON Park, there are plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options to explore before or after your ride. Grab a bite, sip on a cocktail, or try out some of the other attractions in the area—it’s a one-stop destination for fun. Whether you’re a local looking for a fresh perspective or a tourist wanting to see Orlando in all its glory, The Orlando Eye is an experience you won’t forget. It’s fun, beautiful, and the perfect way to elevate your visit—literally!

I've always wanted to do it being a native to the area and was so happy to go for my birthday this past December. There was no wait to get inside and the experience was awesome! You can also connect your phone to the speakers inside the cabin to personalize the experience.

I was a little hesitant to try this wheel, but I’m so glad I did! The ride was super smooth, and being able to pair our own music to the Bluetooth inside the pod made it a personalized and fun experience. We also had the option to grab drinks beforehand, which added to the enjoyment. My family had a fantastic time, and the whole experience was even better than I expected. I’ll definitely do it again!

The Orlando Eye – Impressive Growth! We really enjoyed our visit to The Orlando Eye! It’s amazing to see how much it has grown since our last trip—so much more to do now, especially for the kids. Hard to believe how different it is from just a few years ago! Unfortunately, we got rained out, but we’ll definitely be back to experience it all again!

We did all 3 attractions, The Orlando Eye, Madame Tussaud’s wax museum & SEA LIFE Orlando Aquarium with a group of 10 and had a great time. Lived here a long time but this was our first visit. Will definitely return!

The Orlando Eye, now known as The Wheel at ICON Park, is an incredible attraction that offers stunning panoramic views of Orlando’s skyline and beyond. Standing 400 feet tall, the ride gives you a unique perspective of the city, theme parks, and even Cape Canaveral on clear days. The glass capsules are spacious, air-conditioned, and provide a smooth, relaxing experience, allowing you to fully take in the breathtaking scenery from every angle. The attraction is well-organized, with friendly staff guiding you through the process from ticketing to boarding. Each ride lasts about 18-23 minutes, which is just the right amount of time to enjoy the views without feeling rushed. For an extra special experience, I recommend visiting around sunset or after dark when the city lights add a magical touch to the experience. ICON Park, where The Wheel is located, also offers a range of restaurants, shops, and other entertainment options, making it a great place to spend a day or an evening. Whether you’re visiting with family, friends, or as a couple, The Wheel at ICON Park is a must-do in Orlando and provides a memorable and picturesque view of the city.
