The Outpost At Honeycreek

Came here for over 20 years: but since the new owners: purchased it 6 years ago: the daytime service was not very friendly at all. I normally go at night. The bartender had the personality of wet paint drying no smile at all. Also I parked in a spot: that is supposedly for motorcycles: but there is no sign to say that. When one owner told me that the spot was for motorcycles: I apologized: which I was being nice doing that: they should have apologize for not having a sign that says "for motorcycles only" as no one who is not a regular in the day time would know that: especially since for the past 14 years before the new owner's bought the place: I dont remember having a for motorcycle spot in the front. My friend who moved here from Orlando & is a Rockstar of a bartender & probably makes in a week in Orlando the sum of what the entire staff at the Outpost would make in a week: asked if there were any bars: that she she should not apply at: right away the The Outpost bartender said "The Pointe:" when I asked what exactly was wrong with the Pointe she did not have a valid reason for bad mouthing another bar owner's restaurant bar & grill. I personally have a problem with that. If you tell customers or future employees to avoid a business: you should have a valid reason for saying so: otherwise I am going to think the person got fired from that place & is holding a grudge against that place. I hate to give the Outpost a bad review: but I don't have a choice. Hopefully the service will improve & it will become a more friendly environment like it was the first 14 years: I went there. I felt bad: because I talked the Outpost up to my friend: who is new in town & told her how much a fun, friendly place it was: I was just made into a liar by the bartender & owner. We were gonna stay longer to give the place a chance: but once I was told I was in the "motorcycle parking spot" which had zero signs to day that. If it is that important then there should be a sign saying it is the motorcycle spot: because any new person who comes in since the new owners have owned it in the past 6 years has no way of knowing that. This is a business not a high school club all paying customers should be welcomed & treated with respect.

I went for the first time last night- fun times cool people and great music. I loved how accommodating the owners were when it got a little warm from dancing. Onsite security allows you to relax and enjoy 🤭.

Cozy, not a high class place, but with nice people. Nothing fancy, but a relaxing atmosphere. A great place to grap a beer and listen to some music. Staff was awesome

I ordered onion rings and guy next to me ordered jalapeño poppers and for some crazy reason they put the poppers in my onion rings and charged me for both. I am allergic to jalapeño so I had to throw everything away. Also does this look like 17 $ worth of food????

I was a little worried at first, but this place turned out to be a little Hidden Gem. It's one of those places where you get to know who's in your neighborhood. Everyone was nice there. there are a lot of regulars that go here, so you get to know and meet some really cool people. The wings are awesome nice size great flavors, and the prices aren't too expensive on the drinks. They have one pool table, and they also do karaoke on some nights, and have live music

Kinda like this place. Chill, local bar. Should work a little harder on cleaning because I found food flies in my drinks

Great community driven place to eat and see a familiar face

This is my boyfriend and I's go to bar. Everyone is super nice and chill, service is amazing and the food is to die for. (My personal favorite is the patty melt with okra.) If you ever need a good time, meet new people, or catch a game tv this is the place to go. 🖤❤️
