The Outpost Hotel Sentosa

A hotel with a beautiful view of the bay. It has a large number of pools, all clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The restaurant serves delicious meals. The hotel staff is very professional and helpful. There's a great gym. There's a rooftop bar with a fantastic pool and a beautiful view, and ample free parking. I recommend it to everyone who wants to spend a holiday in a luxurious environment.

Beautiful hotel with beautiful views right by the beach with many nearby attractions and facilities and eateries. Very accessible location with public transport. Beautiful pool to watch fireworks and sunsets from, while sipping a drink from the pool bar. Movie screenings by the pool were amazing as well, just soak and watch. Special thanks to staff Reezar, very friendly and helpful, such an asset to the team. Went out of his way to get a cake for our special occasion too. Highly recommended

The hotel is very clean; the staff were very hospitable and friendly. Service was attentive. Pleasantly, breakfast was included but unfortunately it was a disappointment. The spread very limited, and one coffee machine was shut down half hour before restaurant closed. I would have preferred a firmer mattress for better lumbar support. The ambience in the rooftop bar was great and the food was good. Overall the experience good.

We stayed 3 nights at the Outpost and I must mention a few things that stood out. First of all the staff is so lovely and helpful. Everyone is so polite and welcoming. We arrived very late past midnight and didn’t get any cash at the airport. We thought we could pay our taxi with a credit card but the taxi driver wanted cash. When we arrived one of the staff members offered to pay for us with his own money. We of course paid him back the following day but what an amazing act of kindness. Thank you Nasri.|One more thing was the bed was super comfortable and better than many hotels I have been including the crown in Perth.|We got a bay view so our room was fantastic.|The overall feel of the hotel is pleasant, clean, good breakfast selection with good quality ingredients. The rooftop pool is a bit small but the hotel wasn’t crowded at all so we enjoyed the peaceful space. The big pool has lots of different areas to swim. This part was busy with kids but I think it was Singapore school holidays when we were there so it’s understandable.|You can walk to all Sentosa’s attractions from this hotel and the station to go to Singapore main city.|I would stay at the Outpost hotel again and I would strongly recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed a delightful family staycation from 7–9 September, staying in rooms 407, 409, and 413.||||The experience was excellent overall. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The bathrooms featured rain showers, which were an absolute highlight, and the toiletries provided (shampoo, body soap, and lotion) had a refined scent that complemented the relaxing ambience of the hotel.||||The swimming pool was a wonderful space for relaxation and recreation. We had the opportunity to participate in the Aqua Zumba class, which was both fun and refreshing. The gym facilities, while modest, were sufficiently equipped for a complete workout.||||I would like to extend my deepest appreciation to the staff members who elevated our stay:||||🌟 Ms. Khye Sing (Front Office) 🌟 – She delivered exemplary service throughout our visit. Attentive, meticulous, and receptive to all our enquiries, she consistently went the extra mile. Her assistance with directions and recommendations around Sentosa was invaluable, and her professionalism and hospitality left a lasting impression.||||Ms. Jessie (Housekeeping) – ensured our rooms were kept spotless and consistently checked if we required any additional assistance. Her dedication and thoughtfulness greatly enhanced our comfort.||||Mr. Tan (Pool Staff) – He was attentive and proactive, assisting with setting up pool equipment and kindly keeping watch over our belongings when unattended. He even repelled the birds away as they tried to take our food! His sincerity and care were much appreciated.||||Overall, this staycation was both enjoyable and memorable, with the warmth and professionalism of the staff being the defining highlight. I wholeheartedly commend the team for their hospitality and look forward to returning in the future.

This was my second stay at Outpost, and once again, it was nothing short of amazing. I’m absolutely in love with their bathroom amenities , especially the Blackseed shampoo and Willow Bark hand & body wash from Appelles. Such a luxurious touch!||Check-in was smooth, efficient, and well-detailed, thanks to Reezar. His professionalism and friendliness set the tone for a wonderful stay.||We made our way up to the adults-only rooftop pool just in time to catch the sunset, the view of the sea was spectacular and totally worth it.||To top it all off, we returned to our room to find a lovely surprise from Reezar , a belated birthday wish and a decadent chocolate fudge brownie. Such thoughtful hospitality truly made our stay memorable.||Thank you, Outpost team, for the warm service and unforgettable experience. We’ll definitely be back again!

Our first stay at Outpost Hotel exceeded all of our expectations! From the warm welcome at the reception, to the thoughtfulness of the staff and wonderful rooftop pool! ||We had planned the stay to celebrate my partner’s birthday, but my partner pulled off the ultimate surprise (with the help of the hotel staff) to propose. The Outpost Hotel truly pulled out all the stops with the cute “marry me” alphabet blocks, flower petals and towel swans, along with a special birthday brownie for my fiancé! ||Special thanks to Fitri, Jenifer and Chuan Qi for making this stay so memorable! We can’t wait to come back!

The pool view is beautiful, and although it’s shared with other hotels, it’s still very nice. The only downside is that the hotel lobby is accessed via the parking lot, which might be hard to find for those unfamiliar with the area. However, you can take a taxi directly to the hotel entrance to avoid any confusion. The lobby has a lovely fragrance that gives off a relaxing vibe. When we checked in, they also gave us delicious snacks, and the service was very attentive. The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from Universal Studios, and the transportation is very convenient with a bus station nearby. One thing to note is that most of the restaurants around the hotel close by 9:30 PM, so if you’re planning to have dinner or a late-night snack, it’s best to buy it earlier. There are only a few restaurants in the area. When booking, you can choose to add breakfast to your stay. If you don't opt for the breakfast package, you can still purchase it separately. The hotel staff informed us that it would cost an additional 20 SGD, but when we went to the top floor for breakfast, we were charged 58 SGD, which is a significant difference. We didn’t mind much and didn’t inquire further, but for those who are more particular about this, it’s advisable to double-check in advance. It’s worth noting that we selected a double room when making the reservation, but the hotel informed us that although the option was available, they couldn’t guarantee it. In the end, we were given two single beds instead. Also, we happened to check in a few days before my birthday, and the hotel surprised us with a birthday cake. When we returned to the room, there was a beautifully arranged cake and a card on the table, which made us very happy. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

Stayed here for wife's birthday. The hotel is pretty new. Customer service has been top notch. For people that expect a five star stay away from home and with expectations of service, this place is it. We changed our room due to smell (mold) this place was quick to change our room. Was even offered complimentary ride to airport due to inconvenience. Thank you for your attentive service.

We got an ocean-view room, and that was the beginning of the disappointment: it was mostly just a view of the Sentosa tram/train-station more than anything else! Definitely not worth the upgrade! The pool (the main one for the Village, not the tiny rooftop one by the bar, which was just for show and too small to actually use) seemed nice, but we actually didn't use it because whenever the rain would let up, it was overcrowded with people and no places to sit. We were hungry each morning because, after already paying $350/night for the room, we refused to spend another $100 for breakfast each morning. Unfortunately, that is your only option... there are no affordable a la carte breakfast places in the area (we ended up waiting until 7 Eleven opened, and getting some microwave food from there.) The room was clean and comfortable, though, and within walking distance to the beaches (still a bit of a walk, though.)
