He was incredibly sweet, patient, and genuinely helpful, making both check-in and check-out smooth. His kindness and attentiveness truly made me feel welcomed and well taken care of 😊||The hotel itself is wonderful. The pool is excellent and so enjoyable, and the location couldn’t be better. Everything is within easy walking distance—just steps from 7-Eleven, KFC, and the beach, which made the stay even more convenient and fun 🌴🌊||Overall, a fantastic experience made even more memorable thanks to Saeed’s amazing service. Highly recommended! 🏨💙

Fantastic stay at The Outpost Sentosa! We had a wonderful stay at The Outpost Sentosa as a family. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the stay smooth and enjoyable from check-in to check-out. The location is a huge plus—central and close to everything Sentosa has to offer. Our little one especially loved the variety of pools available; there was so much to choose from, which made the stay even more fun for the whole family. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

My friend traveled from Switzerland with her partner and their 5-year-old child. They first stayed at Vibe Hotel for 4 days and 3 nights, booked directly through the Far East website, and had an excellent experience upon check-in. Special thanks to Ana, Ben, and Jedrek, who were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. The check-in at Vibe was smooth and welcoming.||Unfortunately, the experience at Outpost Hotel, booked under the Far East friend rate, was completely different.||They arrived at Outpost Hotel at around 9 PM on 20 Jan with a 5 year old child. The check-in experience with the front desk staff named Iris was extremely unpleasant due to her rigid and unhelpful attitude. No smile at all.||Iris insisted on seeing my friend’s passport immediately, even after my friend explained that it was inside her luggage and that opening it at that moment would make it difficult to close again. My friend promised to bring the passport down shortly just to show the photo, but Iris refused to be flexible until we communicate few times. ||In addition, Iris repeatedly asked to see the passports of her partner and their 5-year-old child, The passports had already been placed on the desk, and her partner had taken them back and put them into his pocket, yet she continued to insist on seeing them again.||Because of this repeated insistence and lack of flexibility, the check-in process took more than 20 minutes, which was unnecessarily stressful, especially late at night and with a young child.||They were also informed that there was no extra bed available. When they mentioned that a sea view had been requested under the friend rate booking due to this is their 1st anniversary trip in Singapore. Iris insisted it had to be shown in black and white instead of trying to help or check internally. There was no empathy or willingness to assist, she only say need to pay for the sea view, even though the request was simply to make the family more accommodating. ||On a positive note, the situation was later handled by Hafiz, who was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. He managed to settle the issue within 2 mins in the call even he is not on duty. ||This stay is rated 5 stars only because of Hafiz. I have told my friend Iris doesn’t represent the hotel, she could just be the intern or in a bad mood today.

I stayed at The Outpost Hotel Sentosa from 7th to 9th September, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment we checked in, the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They even surprised us with a delicious snack selection — caramel popcorn, chips, and cookies — which was such a nice touch. The room was very comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed. We really enjoyed our two-day stay — everything felt perfect. The amenities were excellent, and the location couldn’t be better — right in Sentosa, close to Universal Studios Singapore and the SEA Aquarium. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sentosa. Great service, great atmosphere, and a truly relaxing stay. I’ll definitely come back again!

ALMOST the best hotel ever: the staff were very friendly and promptly helpful. The welcoming snacks were very much appreciated and so were the high quality complimentary coffee and tea in the room. The room itself was beautifully designed, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great! The hotel had nice pools and a small but clean gym. I would have definitely gave 5 stars if it wasn’t for the breakfast buffet - first the price was not transparent as they added 10 SGD to the stated price in taxes and fees, second the food items were so bad (from unripe fruit to undercooked curry and tasteless coffee), third the scrambled eggs were the worst I’ve ever had including all the budget hotels that only offer continental breakfast - even if they offered me the 33 SGD I paid for the buffet back I would not eat those scrambled eggs as they were the nastiest eggs I’ve ever had and this is despite my feedback at the buffet asking the staff to cook them again.

our stay here was enjoyable and relaxing, room was clean and comfortable. we felt that the room’s soundproofing was good and the shower area was spacious. we particularly liked the pool at level 3; we liked that it was big and faced the ocean, and there was space for us to enjoy the pool even though there were many people in the afternoon. although we didn’t manage to get a suntanning bed by the time we went as they were all already taken. service was especially excellent; we had a special celebration and the hotel catered to our requests. Josephine, who helped us to check in, was friendly and professional — she made us feel welcome and was also sensitive to our needs. thank you Outpost Hotel for making it a very special day for us. the only thing that we felt could be better was the buffet breakfast. food was decent although there was limited variety, and some of the options tasted quite bland. fortunately for us, we went early and had a seat facing the pool which was very nice

Enjoyed my stay at the outpost hotel. Service staff were very helpful, and host Khye Sing even prepared a cake for us when they found out we were celebrating a birthday. Rooms are clean and cozy, overlooking the pool. Their blackout curtains are fantastic: they blocked all the light that we didnt even know it was 10am until we checked the clock. There is a filtered water tap in the room, and they offer complimentary snacks upon check in too. Amenities wise the pool can get a bit crowded. The hotel is also near a 7-11, and walking distance from imbiah and beach station. TV has free to air singapore channels, and also live sports channels. Small issue that the aircon fan is a bit noisy. But this is easily solved by reducing the fan speed.

A hotel that exceeded my expectations. The stay was pleasant, seamless. Starting from the check-in, the staff exercised flexibility to allow me to help my parents check in before they arrived, doing everything efficiently with little waiting. The staff, Yenny, was also jovial and friendly. There was generous welcome snacks with chocolate milk, coconut water and nuts which are really fiting for the staycay in Sentosa. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, we enjoyed the coffees and teas, and also the hot water dispenser and filtered water tap tremendously. Besides that, the water pressure is strong for satisfying showers. The reception is always attended to when we need, and despite the busy full house, they are always friendly and attentive. The breakfast was well equipped with a good range of variety and taste. We enjoyed the stay very much!

Stayed here for wife's birthday. The hotel is pretty new. Customer service has been top notch. For people that expect a five star stay away from home and with expectations of service, this place is it. We changed our room due to smell (mold) this place was quick to change our room. Was even offered complimentary ride to airport due to inconvenience. Thank you for your attentive service.

We got an ocean-view room, and that was the beginning of the disappointment: it was mostly just a view of the Sentosa tram/train-station more than anything else! Definitely not worth the upgrade! The pool (the main one for the Village, not the tiny rooftop one by the bar, which was just for show and too small to actually use) seemed nice, but we actually didn't use it because whenever the rain would let up, it was overcrowded with people and no places to sit. We were hungry each morning because, after already paying $350/night for the room, we refused to spend another $100 for breakfast each morning. Unfortunately, that is your only option... there are no affordable a la carte breakfast places in the area (we ended up waiting until 7 Eleven opened, and getting some microwave food from there.) The room was clean and comfortable, though, and within walking distance to the beaches (still a bit of a walk, though.)
