The Outpost Hotel Sentosa

A hotel that exceeded my expectations. The stay was pleasant, seamless. Starting from the check-in, the staff exercised flexibility to allow me to help my parents check in before they arrived, doing everything efficiently with little waiting. The staff, Yenny, was also jovial and friendly. There was generous welcome snacks with chocolate milk, coconut water and nuts which are really fiting for the staycay in Sentosa. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, we enjoyed the coffees and teas, and also the hot water dispenser and filtered water tap tremendously. Besides that, the water pressure is strong for satisfying showers. The reception is always attended to when we need, and despite the busy full house, they are always friendly and attentive. The breakfast was well equipped with a good range of variety and taste. We enjoyed the stay very much!

We had a really great stay at The Outpost Hotel and would definitely recommend it for the excellent service and cleanliness.||Check-in was smooth and quick thanks to Khye Sing, who was very friendly, welcoming, and efficient. She made the whole process easy and set a great tone for the stay — really appreciated how pleasant the experience was right from the start.||After checking in, we got to pick from a nice selection of complimentary snacks and drinks at the lobby, which was a lovely touch. The room was clean, spacious, with plenty of hangers and a bed that was extremely comfortable.||The pool area was a big highlight for us. It’s large and well laid out, with different sections like a kids’ area, spa area, and quieter zones, so there’s something for everyone. The hotel is also in a very convenient location, with easy access to attractions and food around Sentosa.||Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay with great facilities and service. We’d happily come back again!

our stay here was enjoyable and relaxing, room was clean and comfortable. we felt that the room’s soundproofing was good and the shower area was spacious. we particularly liked the pool at level 3; we liked that it was big and faced the ocean, and there was space for us to enjoy the pool even though there were many people in the afternoon. although we didn’t manage to get a suntanning bed by the time we went as they were all already taken. service was especially excellent; we had a special celebration and the hotel catered to our requests. Josephine, who helped us to check in, was friendly and professional — she made us feel welcome and was also sensitive to our needs. thank you Outpost Hotel for making it a very special day for us. the only thing that we felt could be better was the buffet breakfast. food was decent although there was limited variety, and some of the options tasted quite bland. fortunately for us, we went early and had a seat facing the pool which was very nice

From the moment we checked in, the experience felt smooth and welcoming. The check-in process was well organized , said and the staff were lovely, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. The Mastery Box was a special highlight and added a fun, thoughtful touch to the experience. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and vibrant, making it a great place to unwind and enjoy. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every way — from the outstanding management to the exceptionally kind and professional staff across all departments, including the restaurant. They handled all my requests with great patience and understanding, even the ones that were a bit unusual. Their cooperation made our stay incredibly smooth and comfortable. What touched me the most was how warm and friendly they were with my daughter. The team always greeted her with a smile and even gave her small biscuits and treats, which made her so happy every day. Because of this wonderful experience, The Outpost Hotel has become my primary and preferred choice whenever I visit Singapore in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay truly memorable.

I stayed at The Outpost Hotel Sentosa from 7th to 9th September, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment we checked in, the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They even surprised us with a delicious snack selection — caramel popcorn, chips, and cookies — which was such a nice touch. The room was very comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed. We really enjoyed our two-day stay — everything felt perfect. The amenities were excellent, and the location couldn’t be better — right in Sentosa, close to Universal Studios Singapore and the SEA Aquarium. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sentosa. Great service, great atmosphere, and a truly relaxing stay. I’ll definitely come back again!

ALMOST the best hotel ever: the staff were very friendly and promptly helpful. The welcoming snacks were very much appreciated and so were the high quality complimentary coffee and tea in the room. The room itself was beautifully designed, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great! The hotel had nice pools and a small but clean gym. I would have definitely gave 5 stars if it wasn’t for the breakfast buffet - first the price was not transparent as they added 10 SGD to the stated price in taxes and fees, second the food items were so bad (from unripe fruit to undercooked curry and tasteless coffee), third the scrambled eggs were the worst I’ve ever had including all the budget hotels that only offer continental breakfast - even if they offered me the 33 SGD I paid for the buffet back I would not eat those scrambled eggs as they were the nastiest eggs I’ve ever had and this is despite my feedback at the buffet asking the staff to cook them again.

A hotel with a beautiful view of the bay. It has a large number of pools, all clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The restaurant serves delicious meals. The hotel staff is very professional and helpful. There's a great gym. There's a rooftop bar with a fantastic pool and a beautiful view, and ample free parking. I recommend it to everyone who wants to spend a holiday in a luxurious environment.

Stayed here for wife's birthday. The hotel is pretty new. Customer service has been top notch. For people that expect a five star stay away from home and with expectations of service, this place is it. We changed our room due to smell (mold) this place was quick to change our room. Was even offered complimentary ride to airport due to inconvenience. Thank you for your attentive service.

We got an ocean-view room, and that was the beginning of the disappointment: it was mostly just a view of the Sentosa tram/train-station more than anything else! Definitely not worth the upgrade! The pool (the main one for the Village, not the tiny rooftop one by the bar, which was just for show and too small to actually use) seemed nice, but we actually didn't use it because whenever the rain would let up, it was overcrowded with people and no places to sit. We were hungry each morning because, after already paying $350/night for the room, we refused to spend another $100 for breakfast each morning. Unfortunately, that is your only option... there are no affordable a la carte breakfast places in the area (we ended up waiting until 7 Eleven opened, and getting some microwave food from there.) The room was clean and comfortable, though, and within walking distance to the beaches (still a bit of a walk, though.)
