The Palace Belvedere

We had a stay for 2 nights. Experience was absolutely comfortable, happy & full of breathe taking views from hotel balcony. Staffs were so cooperative and special mention to Mr. Zafar for his kindness and lovely nature. Rooms were quite big and classy. I would definitely recommend everyone atleast go there once. i am sure will not regret. Looking forward to many more visits to this place.

Excellent stay with great food, pocket-friendly rates & amazing mountain view Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a beautiful seanic view directly from the hotel, especially stunning during sunrise and sunset. The food was very good, fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced with good variety. Quality and service exceeded expectations for the price paid. What truly stands out is that the hotel is pocket-friendly while still providing a premium experience, which is rare to find. The staff was courteous, helpful, and ensured a smooth and pleasant stay throughout. Overall, a perfect choice for budget travelers looking for good food, great hospitality, and the best view. Highly recommended and would definitely visit again.

This hotel is an old property, especially when it comes to the furniture and rooms. The washrooms and shower areas are quite small, which may feel a bit uncomfortable for some guests. However, the outside atmosphere and property view are beautiful. You can capture perfect pictures because of the scenic surroundings and the exterior charm of the hotel. The hotel is located inside a narrow gali, making it difficult to drive your car on your own. But the staff is helpful—they send someone down to assist and bring your car up safely, which is a good support.

Very disappointing experience. The General Manager was extremely uncooperative and showed no willingness to help, even with small and reasonable requests. There was no flexibility or support from the management. This lack of basic hospitality completely spoiled our stay. I would not recommend this property—better to save your money and precious time.

Hi had a great stay at Belvedere. It was a 5 day stay, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was wonderful and the staff was very hospitable. Mr Zafar, the FNB manager was very polite and very sincere with his work. The poha, parathas, medhu vadas and dosas, all perfect. Thank you so much for all the wonderful stay. Will definitely choose to stay here for my next visit as well.

We stayed 7 days at Palace Belvedere. Its a nice charming old hotel with very friendly and helpful staff in a quiet area in walking distance to the Mall. The upstairs rooms are spacious and have much more light, some of them with lake view. The manager of the Hotel was very helpful and offered us a room upgrade when we arrived. The food and breakfast in the restaurant was very good and delicious and Mr. Zafra with his perfect english was very helpful to get Information about what to do in Nainital. Thanks a lot for the great stay!!!

It was a wonderful experience at the Belvedere Palace Nainital. Especially the F & B Manager Mr. Syed Zafar hospitality was excellent. The dining experience was great. I would like to thank Mr. Syed Zafar personally for the very good service provided.

Poor experience overall. The General Manager was non-cooperative and insensitive, even when traveling with families and children. Despite being three families, there was zero effort to help with even minor requests. Hospitality was completely missing. I would suggest staying at home rather than wasting your hard-earned money and precious time at this property.
