The Palladium Hotel

I stayed here back in 2020. The place is clean and beautiful with its own swimming pool. It's a few minutes walk to the heart of the town. The room is modern and clean. The staff is always helpful. The food is generally more expensive than the ones you can find in town but the breakfast buffet is amazing. I always look forward to it. Overall, I think it was worth the price.

Good place to stay a few nights. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Unfortunately there is only one small window in each room. No view at all. The people working there are quite noisy at times and the music near the lobby/pool is awful. Something more relaxing would be nice. Place is a bit out of town but tricycles are easy to hail or it is 15min along a busy road. It is even possible to walk to Mt Tapyas, I did it for some exercising. Both ways took me about 1,5h in total but I didn't rush. Staff is very friendly and can organize tours.

The hotel looks newly built, which is rare in Coron. Rooms are spacious and clean and the facilities are great. Whether you like the Greek vibe or not it's up to you, but the overall feeling of the hotel is quite nice. The food was generally very good with a mix of Filipino and Greek. The service was ok but had a couple of issues trying to get the desk staff to understand us and the restaurant staff usually had just one waiter being extremely resourceful while 2 or 3 people ignored the tables. The location is 10m drive from the centre of the city - while it's a bit far, it's also quite quiet.

We stayed here last September 2019 to celebrate my birthday. We had an awesome overall experience. Rooms are clean and smelling fresh. They provide key cards for our rooms which are easier to keep. They provide a complimentary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, tissues, comb, vanity kit, toothbrush and slippers). They also provided clean towels (Body towel and Hand Towel). Aside from this, if you decided to take a dip on their aesthetic swimming pool, they will also provide another towel. I loved the combination of super cool colors of white and blue for their interior. Free breakfast buffet for each person and I was super satisfied with the food (A variety of Filipino and Greek food) and especially their services. We were well taken care of by the staff. There’s only one minor incident that I would not disclose here but even so, it did not affect our overall stay. I’ll definitely stay here again when I come back to Coron.

We're having an amazing stay at the Palladium. They picked us up at our previous hotel and treated us so nicely. The staff is really welcoming and friendly. We only have 1 issue; the room that they initially gave us had no window, I explained this to the management and they moved us to another room, more confortable, with a window and a private balcony :). The highlight are the omelettes and pancakes included with the breakfast! The room is clean, the AC works really well, the hotel is only 5 minutes by tuk tuk from the town. We are having a great time here! The hotel is brand new and the people are lovely. Alvin is the manager he is really good with customer service, try to deal with him. Enjoy!

Hi guys, Will start with good things (there’s no many..) First, the hotel decorated nicely, the staff are really nice BUT they don’t really do their job.. Our experience was definitely negative and we’re not that picky.. The room was quite small which is not the big deal, the bed was dirty under the pillows! The shower floats every time we took a shower! The food was not good at all, the menu looks great compared to what you really get + the staff don’t really know what they have in the menu!! (points on lame management..) They’re not providing any of transportation and there’s not much of tricycle in the hotels area. They checked us out before 12:00 and even the van that supposed to take us to the airport didn’t arrive on time.. On check out, they charged for transportation to the hotel (before check in) which we never used them.. And the most funny thing is that we stayed there for one night! I don’t wanna think how many issues we could have if we had another night or two.. That’s all, hope you take for your own consideration.. ;)

Mabye I was unlucky but I had an awful stay here. For one- they first tried to put me in a room that didn’t even have a window. Then I went to shower and realized the hot water did not work...3 minutes into my shower the water stopped working and I was left to use the mini bar bottles of water to get all the soap off. The staff is friendly, but not very helpful. I would recommend this place only if there are no other options. The resort is pretty and the breakfast was nice!

This is my testimonials of your hotel. First of all, Some of the stuff don't have service mind. One of the reception staff ( hint: chubby young lady with red hair ) was not in mood for service. Secondly, My breakfast was so terrible because I had a wasted chicken ginger soup which were not supposed to be served. The breakfast ran out. I asked the stuff to add more some of them but they ignored. Thirdly, I found 2 cockroachs in the room as in the picture that caused me the allergy for whole nights. I asked the house keeper to appeal the hygiene but they didn't. I stay here for 3 days with patient. Lastly, I did rent the scooter from the hotel. In the night I found that the front light of the scooter is dead. I risky rode from Busuanga to Coron in the dark. The hotel decorations are so amazing beautiful but need to train your stuff to have more service mind in term of manners and hygiene.
