OK, I seriously don’t understand where are all the negative reviews about this place are coming from. In my opinion, you get exactly what you pay for and this is worth easily. The hundred dollars a night that I spent to stay here. ||I love smaller boutique hotels as compared to the large 200+ suites at megaresorts in the area . This place only has 15 rooms on site, and I think that’s perfect and quiet and intimate and you’re not fighting for a chair at the pool and it’s relatively quiet and honestly well maintained. ||My room (102) was adorable and large and quite easy to navigate and elegantly appointed. ||Now, was it like staying at a luxury Marriott? Absolutely not. ||But I found the service welcoming, and I felt clean and safe the entire time I stayed here.||I will say, I was slightly put off by the nearly $300 charge on my card for incidentals and while I didn’t damage anything and I expect to fully get it back, it is slightly higher than most other places in the area and I have to wonder where they justify this unless there were some previous bad guests that warranted as such. ||The parking situation that people will keep complaining about is hardly a dealbreaker, if anything at all. Yes, it’s limited parking but I went at the beginning of October so it’s not like it was busy and nobody was fighting over spots. And it’s literally like a 200 foot walk between the parking lot, and the front door to the establishment where you check in. ||If this is an issue for you, outside of any legitimate physical disability that would impede you from walking such a short distance, then this is really a U problem and not the hotels.||I like that the main lobby was clean and smelled nice, and that I received a fresh towel for the pool the second I checked in. I enjoyed the fact that it’s right off Palm Springs Rd. so it’s not like I had to really hunt to find it coming right off of the freeway.||All in all nothing to complain about, honestly disregard the Karen’s about this place. I’m sure they would be just as unhappy at a five star resort.

September is the off-season in Palm Springs. I stayed 10 days at the Palm Springs hotel. The rooms were stylish, comfortable and very clean, nice touch with the towels folded as you would find in a resort beds were always made tightly with daily service beautiful pool and a nice hot tub huge showers in each room, this sounds a little hot bit during my 10 days. I actually got to see four different rooms. I have both a single king and a double bedroom. There was a maintenance issues so we got an extra room and saw one room that was just opened. All rooms were of the same caliber The office has wonderful coffee and a Keurig in each room. | A few of the less flattering things were the hot tub timer needed to be replaced no big deal, when we checked in, we had a 24 hour desk clerk then it became. They didn’t have somebody overnight for two days again. It was no problem for us, but it wasn’t what we were told when we checked in The staff didn’t seem to all work on the same rules never a problem, but some had different rules about pool towels, which was a little odd nobody ever refused to quickly granted a towel.| I will stand by my five star review as none of the other issues were really an issue. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I can recommend this property. I guess I should say hotel as it sounds like I am a. Chatbot or something using the term property. Having a swim every night and being the only ones in the pool it make it feel rather private though.

The man with glasses checking us in was very nice and gave us a brief tour at check-in and told us all the rules, which was nice; you never get that anywhere. They let us check in an hour early, too. Rooms were very modern, clean, and COLD. Nice AC situation! Loved the unit's own front patio + door that opened right to the pool view. Pool was open 24 hours, very peaceful, quiet, and clean. Even had pool floaties to use, which was great. Relaxing and comfy vibe overall.

The Palm Springs Hotel is a beautiful mid century modern boutique style hotel just north of downtown. Upon check-in, we received a warm welcome from Krista. She's a real gem. She provided us a tour of the hotel along with lots of great tips for our stay. Our room was quite nice, clean and modern with a cool Sinatra 'rat pack' vibe. The hotel offers a gorgeous 24-hour pool and hot tub, including private lounging areas and a fire pit. We look forward to returning to the Palms Springs Hotel on our next visit.

When I travel to Palm Springs, I always seek an inclusive and warm atmosphere, where I can truly unwind. My choice of hotel was based on my personal preferences, and upon booking, it seemed to offer everything I desired, including a reasonable price. However, my experience took a sour turn upon arrival. As soon as we stepped into the lobby, I could sense an unwelcoming energy. The manager on duty that afternoon had a demeanor that felt dismissive, making us feel as if we were merely children in his playground. The rolling of eyes from staff members was hard to miss, adding to the unease of the situation. While the hotel itself is stunning, boasting beautiful architecture and inviting decor, the excessive rules and regulations overshadowed its appeal. The atmosphere felt more like a strict institution rather than a getaway, with rigid policies on early check-ins and late check-outs that left little room for flexibility. This rigidity contributed to a frustrating experience, as I found myself navigating a maze of dos and don’ts. However, not all was lost during my stay. When the manager left for the day, two women at the front desk brightened the atmosphere with their kind demeanor. They were notably accommodating and genuinely sweet, which provided a much-needed contrast to my earlier interactions. Ultimately, despite the hotel's beauty and the kindness of a few staff members, I left feeling disheartened. And as a proud LGBTQ+ person, one would think a hotel called The Palm Springs Hotel would embrace the Palm Springs vibe. I will not be returning to this hotel in the future, as the experience did not align with the welcoming energy I had hoped for.

On May 18, I was walking my dogs near Palm Canyon when a homeless man began following me into the Little Tuscany neighborhood. He was shouting at me, threatening me, & brandishing a weapon. I called the PSPD, who advised me to go to the nearest business, The Palm Springs Hotel, & wait inside until officers arrived. I rang the bell & explained the situation to the man who answered the door. I told him (an older man wearing heavy cologne) twice that the police had specifically directed me to wait inside his lobby for my safety. Despite this, he refused to let me in offering no explanation other than "I can't let you in". Instead, he told me I was "welcome" to sit on the public sidewalk & wait there. I was following instructions from the police & still turned away. It is atrocious that a business would refuse help to someone visibly distressed. The Palm Springs Hotel's lack of basic human decency, community responsibility, & compassion is disgusting. This employee was more comfortable with the idea of someone being attacked, or potentially killed, on their doorstep than allowing me to wait safely inside for help. He, & The Palm Springs Hotel, should be ashamed.

Old building, not well constructed, you hear your neighbors talking and hear their TV. Advertising pictures are photoshopped, removed power lines and palms are made bigger. The glas doors through the pool are brocken, dangerous to open. The deposit fee is ridiculously high and they manipulate you with it... force to give good review before they return the deposit. Parking is only a few places outside on the street, not convenient...

The hotel is about 1.5 miles north of the main strip, there is parking available. It’s only small, maybe 15 rooms. The room was nice but there is no closet space, only 2 drawers for storage. Pool area was good, but loud music playing all day and night (you couldn’t hear it in the room though) and staff members smoking in the smoking area throughout the day was a bit disappointing. I probably wouldn’t return
