This cute couple really take pride in their business. Very clean, comfortable rooms. An adorable breakfast dining space where they cook your breakfast and serve it to you fresh and homemade and served with a smile. I felt like I was in their home and we were their guests. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you for making us feel at home while on vacation. 5 stars 🌟

My husband and I stayed at the Panguitch House from October 4th to October 6. This was our first experience staying at a B&B and I cannot tell you how impressed we were. There is not one thing that we can complain about. The room was large, comfortable and immaculately clean. The decor modern and appealing, and the grounds were also very clean with plenty of parking spaces. You can tell that the owners love their home and paid lots of detention to every detail. After many bad breakfasts at various hotels we stayed at, we were pleasantly surprised with their breakfast.Their menu offered several home cooked options that were prepared fresh every morning. Every one of them was delicious and nicely presented. (Kudos to the cook, Rod). Kim and Rod own Panguitch house. Both went out of their way to make our stay a wonderful one. Panguitch is a very small town with limited options, and the best thing there is Panguitch House. We would definitely recommend this B&B, you will not be disappointed.

Lovely spot to stay on our way to Bryce Canyon and Kanab. We stayed in the newer structure - large room, spotless, nicely decorated. Breakfast was also very nice with options. I liked the self check-in...easy with clear instructions. Overall excellent value.

Oh goodness where to start? The check in was seamless. They have your key waiting for you. Then you walk around a beautiful adorned porch to your room that has been so thoughtfully decorated and amenities that make you feel like your visiting a relative rather than an Inn. They have wonderful selections for dinner in the notebook provided! It is just SO cozy! And the hostess is so friendly and hospitable!! The provided breakfast was scrumptious! They also have laundry service you can take advantage of if you need that! I can't say enough good things about this place!! Bed was SO super comfy! A welcome after staying in a couple of the National Parks Lodges! 😉

We had a really lovely stay at this bed and breakfast. We stayed in Room No. 2, which was spotless, honestly one of the cleanest rooms we’ve ever stayed in. The bed was very comfortable, the sheets felt fresh and new, and the room was perfectly quiet. Did I mention how clean it was? 😊 There is parking onsite and many recommendations for nearby attractions. ||||Breakfast was nice, and we appreciated the chance to briefly say hello to the owner in the morning. Most of the check-in process was self check-in, which was super easy and convenient for us.||||Overall, a great stay , we’d definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again!

My wife and I stayed at The Panguitch House for our trip to Bryce Canyon National Park and our visit was the best experience of our entire week-long visit to Utah! Not only was our room spotless and comfy but we were so impressed with the decor and extras provided (a grill in its outdoor space). To top off our wonderful stay, we had a delicious breakfast served by the sweetest people! We can't say enough great things about The Panguitch House !

Love love this B&B!! The owners are so nice and the property is so well maintained! The rooms are probably the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in with nice furnishings, fluffy white towels, comfortable beds with soft sheets and a mini fridge and microwave, coffee maker, popcorn, plates, utensils, wine opener, etc...The breakfast was so delicious and the process efficient. When you check in you get to choose the time you want to eat breakfast and the menu selection...I believe there were 6 items to choose from. We sat down and within 5 min the food was in front of us. They served coffee, juice, milk and water. Also, don't bother going to the Cowboy's Smokehouse - it was crowded and folks before us said it was not good! We happen to have Brats and Buns with us since we were on our way to Park City so we grilled them up and had a cocktail on their patio! Definitely for our next visit we will bring our own food since there are not many restaurants to choose from. It was so nice and relaxing! I was so impressed with everything and cannot wait to come back on our next trip to Bryce Canyon and Park City. I am so glad I found YOU!

Horrible stay. They left the electric kettle AND the Mr. Coffee coffee maker on in the room the whole day before I checked in later in the night. The room had a subtle smell of burning because of it. I couldn’t air out the room since the AC is a wall unit and though seemed to be registering with the remote (it would give audible and visual feedback) I only later figured out you have to get a lot closer to the unit for it to actually work. I ended up just cracking a window and attempting to sleep in a hot room with a burning smell the first night. When I reported it to the owner, she admitted she got units without automatic shut off functions (they don’t melt down or cause a fire because of a backup thermal fuse I’m guessing - I’m also guessing this is why I heard it oscillate switch the fuse in the corner of the room before I realized where the smell was coming from). The owner seemed like she didn’t care and in fact in telling her I was worried about her property and peoples safety, she said it was none of my business (she also potentially put blame on one of the part time maids and squeezed out a fake sorry). In the phone call she put down other guests for issues she’s had in the past but didn’t care what I had to say. If it were the other way around and I ruined something in her place or put her property or health at risk she would have surely charged me at the minimum. In response to reply: I agree, I did not bring this up until the second morning early when I had checked out. I had checked in late and had immediately gone for errands so the issue did not present itself till late at night the first night, so imagine being in my place with a fully booked hotel late at night, with everything seemingly booked in the area of fairly rural Utah and I had eventually identified the issue. I had shut the devices off and disconnected them from the outlet. I did not try and hide this fact in my review as I mention this was my first night's experience and not my second night's. They didn't identify anything hazardous the second morning because by that point the devices had been unplugged by me 24-36 hours earlier. This response is misleading and maybe intentionally so. Look how the reply trivializes electrical safety stating ""...first time anyone has made mention of a coffee pot being left on and putting their life in danger" - Electrical and fire hazards are rare but can occur, and to trivialize this as if I'm a baby to complain about breathing in burning fumes is insanity to most people who read this. Also, she intentionally leaves out it was both the coffee pot AND electric kettle both. Also, I'll post one of the texts she sent me after I attempted to call her again where she states "It's not your problem and I've taken care of it" - taken care of what? If she denies anything hazardous took place what did she take care of? Of course what she's almost certainly referring to is where she not only admitted to buying items for the rooms that dont have automatic shut off features, she also blamed one of her part time maids she stated comes once every so often to cover for her main lady for potentially leaving them on and running dry.

Yelp
A great place to stay if going to Bryce National Park. Very comfortable rooms, Rod and Kim are very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about places to go and breakfast very good. Would recommend this B&B 100% and if we come back we will definitely stay here.

Yelp
What a great place to stay. The place is beautifully decorated in farmhouse style. The place was impeccably clean and comfortable. The owners were very friendly, helpful and fun to talk to. Our breakfast was awesome. If we ever make it out to Panquitch again, this will be the place we stay.

Yelp
We came here after 2 days of camping at Zion, and could not have asked for a better place to stay! The breakfast was fantastic and the hosts were so welcoming!

Yelp
In September 2020 we took a road trip from NJ to Utah. In our planning we made a stop at the B&B. The town is pretty small on business/food options, but regardless the B&B is definitely worth a stay. It was definitely just as good as any lodging in busier area. Our room was clean, looked homely and we had our own entrance. Everything we needed was already inside when we arrived. Our breakfast was pretty good & the overall stay was one I can remember as 'delightful'.

Yelp
Loved loved loved this bed and breakfast. We have never done one and figured why not try. This place is located in a small town. The location is super convenient for both national parks. We went to Bryce Canyon National Park. Every morning we were greeted and made a wondering breakfast. When you check it you fill out a card and tell them the preferred time you want breakfast. It is super easy and everything was amazing. The place was super cozy with amenities that you need to have for a good experience. They have an outdoor space that you could enjoy. Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere to stay in the area.

Yelp
This is an amazing place! The room was spotless, nicely decorated and equipped with things like a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and electric tea kettle. I loved the binder with menus from all the local restaurants. Breakfast was very tasty - vegetarian friendly. Kim is super nice and she really cares about her quests. the location is amazing, only 30 min drive from Bryce which was perfect for us. There is a grocery store couple of block away. I'm not sure if and when we will be back in the Panguitch area, but if we do I know where we are going to stay!

Yelp
What a great place to stay! We spent two nights at Panguitch House in the Superior King Room, Apt. #5. At first I was concerned that it was located outside of the main house, but what a pleasant surprise. The room was huge, clean and comfortable with all modern decorations and amenities. Panguitch House is located near downtown Panguitch where there are several restaurants to dine, all very good. Our breakfasts both mornings were hot and delicious. We didn't get a chance to meet Ron, but Kim was a lovely hostess. Glad we chose to stay at the Panguitch House!

Yelp
This place is very charming. You can tell this couple put love into their property. We felt very safe (Covd19). Everyone was masked and the place with super clean! The hosts were very accommodating & the breakfast was delicious!
