The staff are super friendly and helpful. We looked all over Huntsville for jeans for my son. Pants Barn was the winner! We will be shopping here from now on for jeans and pants! Thank you!

I've always heard that pants barn gets the defected jeans along with good jeans. I've never believed this until I purchased jeans from there. Twice I've had issues. The 1st time I bought 2 pairs of jeans and they were the exact same brand same cut same everything. Retro style, boot cut wranglers. Same size as well. Well each are cut differently. One is cut correctly and the other isn't. The other one says the same style but the legs are straight. Just hangs on the body like curtains. They didnt look this way when i checked them out. How can one jeans be cut differently yet be the same exact style, cut and brand. The other issue, another pair just ripped after a few washings. If they do get the defected clothes that other department stores don't take, that's fine. But don't charge high price for them. I dont want to buy jeans for that price if the jeans aren't going to last long and be cut differently. I notice they don't have the sign that says low priced jeans anymore. I may give them one more chance. I dont know yet. Shirts and jackets and everything else are great. Only jeans I've had issues with.

Very wide selection, friendly folks, and supporting a local small business. That's a hard to beat combo.

The pants barns sign says lower priced jeans. The pants barn seems to take in defected clothes and sale them for the regular price like major department stores do. They opened their doors back in the day saying their clothes were discounted clothes for cheaper prices. Now the clothes are sky high and there's still defects in them. This uncalled for their customers are trusting them for a lower price, instead they are getting the raw in of the deal. I hope they resolve this problem and be fair to their customers. Thanks

Customer service is non existent. I asked the girl behind the desk if they had a certain shirt and was basically told to go look myself because she couldn’t be bothered with it. You should know your inventory, or whether or not you even ever had it. It wasn’t hard. I didn’t want to waste my time looking through racks and racks of clothes if you did not have it. I will take my business elsewhere in the future. *Actually, I did. I did get my shirt elsewhere and when asked they said they did have it and even went and got it for me. I definitely will not be coming back here.

If you are a BIG MAN, I HIGHLY recommend checking out The Pants Barn! I'm 6'10 / 295 pounds and the struggle to find clothes that fits me is a REAL! I walked out of there with 4 pairs of jeans and a coat that fits me perfectly! Thank you Pants Barn! Tall Paul from Missouri
