The Paradise By Tunga

We had a flight at 4:30am so decided to stay near airport to catch some sleep before we head off to airport.|It was a quick stay. Loved the hotel. Check in was smooth. Rooms was clean and bed wad comfortable. Fresh and clean linen. Rooms have fan and aircon (that’s what I like). Would stay again if I have a chance. Plus point is Ganga restaurant is right in the hotel, cheap and good.

This hotel is very good. The rooms are very modern and clean. There were good amenities in the bathroom and the shower was comfortable. Further, the hotel is very close to the airport. We had requested to check in earlier, because we arrived early by train in Mumbai. Luckily this wasn't a problem, so very good service. Also, the hotel has a nice bar with good quality drinks and cocktails.

Booked this for my parents and while the rooms are huge and hotel is nice as well, the room my elderly parents got was stinking of cigarettes and they couldn’t even sleep. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the staff who made the room . The staff did help them next day but wasn’t expecting this from a reputed brand . Location is good .

Room, food and location is nice. But I had an unpleasant experience with service. The receptionist was rude and she called me multiple times for a payment that was due for the 1st day but I was going to check out on the 3rd day.

Rooms are clean, nice and specious. Couch is good and proper placement. Breakfast spread should have been better looking at the other amenities. Breakfast is not up to the mark.

My daughter booked the hotel for two days from 31st march to 2nd April 24. The room is okay but the staff, the reception and manager are extremely unprofessional and rude. They have no manners how to talk to guests. Not worth staying. Such staff spoil the hotel name.

Worst experience in paradise by tunga. Room service is very worst I ordered plate and spon and I got after 40 min with multiple call to room service. Complimentary breakfast is very limited. They charged 6000 INR per night and they offered in breakfast only fix and limited iteam 1. Bowled egg. 2. Chicken sausages 3. Puri Bazi 4. Parathas 5. Limited fruit & juice. 6. Tea So this is my worst experience with this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel, which has undergone a beautiful renovation. Despite its age since 1997, the rooms are decent, clean, and equipped with bathtubs. However, the bed wasn't as comfortable as expected. The availability of dedicated parking is a plus, and in-room dining is convenient, though it's worth noting that it's not available in the midnight hours. The gate security could use a more professional touch, and there seemed to be a significant coordination gap among the valet staff which was inconvenient during midnight. Overall, the stay was pleasant, with some areas that could benefit from improvement.
