It is a decent hotel if you’re looking for a convenient place to stay near the airport or in the MIDC area of Mumbai. The staff is polite and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with basic amenities like comfortable beds, air conditioning, and clean bathrooms. The food from the restaurant was quite good and room service was prompt, though the kitchen does close by 11 PM. However, one major drawback during my stay was the ongoing construction work in the vicinity. The noise throughout the day was quite disruptive, which made it difficult to relax or get uninterrupted sleep. I’d definitely recommend requesting a quieter room if you're sensitive to noise. The hotel itself feels a bit dated and some rooms could benefit from renovation, but overall hygiene is well maintained. Food was amazing and they had so many options. It’s not a luxury experience, but for a reasonable price, it delivers comfort and basic convenience. Would recommend for short stays, especially if you need easy access to business hubs or the Airport.

I’ve stayed several times now at The Paradise by Tunga. Some rooms are of course newer than others but that seems to be changing with renovations. Nevertheless, even the older room I had was still very clean and up to standards (just needed a bit of refurbishing). While the newer room was fit for a 4 star hotel. AC works well, rooms were always clean, the location is great near the airport. After staying in quite a few hotels in India I can say this one had one of the best values for money. Very friendly staff as well, bringing water and other necessities up to the room when called upon free of charge. I would gladly stay here again next time I’m in Mumbai.

whole hotel is under renovation and not even in condition to rent it for free. full of dust around. need to use a service lift from kitchen. whole night floor hitting noise was coming. even after several request and complaints to the front desk, they were working till midnight. Restaurant food was very very bad. Staff was not courteous. I don't recommend even free stay here.

We stayed at tunga for a night and I was amazed by the Hospitality provided to me, the staff including Rajnish and Evans and the overall team were so kind and helpful and accommodating. They accepted all our requests without hesitation. The food is also so delicious in room and at the restaurant. Will visit again for sure. 😊👍

Excellent service and restaurant. Clean rooms (the most important) with good AC. But some issue with rooms: cigarette smell even if we booked a non smoker room, window could not close completely, leaky roof. Not big issues, but some points to improve on. Fix that and you have a 4 star hotel

Nice rooms, there was construction work going on inside hotel premises and too much noise was there whole night which makes my stay uncomfortable otherwise i have stayed here several times and its good place to stay. Food was also good. Will recommend for sure.

I’ve stayed at *Paradise by Tunga* in Andheri a couple of times before, and it’s consistently been a pleasant experience. The rooms are usually spacious and well-kept, and the staff is always courteous and helpful, which is a big plus. During my most recent visit, there was a minor hiccup with the door lock in my room (Room 301). I had to wait about 10–15 minutes outside until a mechanic arrived. Since it was taking a bit longer than expected, I requested a room change, and the staff promptly shifted me to another room (Room 510). While the new room was slightly smaller in comparison, it was still comfortable and clean. These things don’t usually happen, and I appreciate how professionally the situation was handled. Overall, still a good stay, and I’d be happy to return.
