The Parisian Macao (Cotai, Macau) Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"One glance at the half-scale Eiffel Tower that stands outside and you can be sure they’re not kidding about the theme. The Parisian Macao is a vast casino and luxury hotel, an absurdly opulent greatest-hits collection featuring Versailles-worthy interiors at reception and a reproduction Fontaine de Mers in the lobby. The rooms are more contemporary, though they don’t shy away from their French inspiration, and the restaurants include a perfectly Parisian brasserie alongside Vietnamese and Chinese options. In typical Vegas/Macau style, the list of entertainment, leisure, and shopping offerings is a mile long — safe to say the Parisian is a self-contained world of luxury (and it’s connected to the Venetian and Londoner, if you fancy a trip to Italy and London)." - Tablet Hotels

The Parisian Hotel in Macau is absolutely stunning! From the moment you step inside, you’re surrounded by elegance, luxury, and attention to detail. The Eiffel Tower replica is breathtaking, especially when lit up at night, and the hotel’s design perfectly captures the romantic charm of Paris. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the dining options are fantastic, and the shopping area adds a whole new level of entertainment. Walking around feels like a mini trip to Europe right in the heart of Asia. Simply unmissable for anyone visiting Macau! 🏨✨🇫

The hotel is excellent beautiful views, spacious rooms, and everything feels new, clean, and very comfortable. This was my first time staying here, and I was truly impressed. I will definitely come back again. I would also like to especially recommend one of the staff members “Elise” She is very kind, professional, always smiling, and provided outstanding service. I was very impressed and truly appreciated her warm hospitality.

Definitely a highlight of my whole trip was the superior service I received at the reception counter by Fanny Liang. She made my check-in process an experience I walked away from with a broad smile on my face. I had made a mistake when the room was booked which was causing a problem with the check-in process. She handled it so patiently and swiftly and made me feel very well cared for. Thank you, Fanny! The room was spotless, I mean, so clean I couldn't find anything that wasn't shining and fresh! I really looked, too, because I was so impressed. Also the housekeeping staff, although very busy, took time to greet me with a smile every time I passed in the hallway. 14th floor staff, well done!! Of course, the entire property is breathtakingly stunning, you can see from the booking sites. It is everything you see and more. The view at night overlooking the pools and the Eiffel tower are so mesmerizing I couldn't stop watching the light show. The property is connected to the malls and the other hotels, and with the free shuttle I give it a 10 on the location rating.

Didn’t get to stay at this hotel, but the decorations at this hotel are amazing. So many places to take instagram worthy photos, and the vibes of the staff totally matched the mood. You can even get some Paris souvenirs here without traveling to the country itself. There is a wide variety of stores to cater to the needs of everyone. We enjoyed taking photos outside the Eiffel tower, the arc de triomphe and also the Moulin Rouge. A good option for those who cannot afford the air ticket to Paris.

I had a fantastic experience staying at The Parisian Macao. The hotel is absolutely stunning, and the Paris-themed design truly makes you feel like you’re on a European getaway. The Eiffel Tower replica is beautiful both day and night—definitely a highlight! The room was spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated, with a great view and very comfortable bedding. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the whole stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Cotai—making it easy to explore shops, restaurants, and nearby resorts. The hotel facilities are excellent as well, with plenty to enjoy whether you’re relaxing, dining, or sightseeing.Overall, an amazing and memorable stay. I highly recommend The Parisian Macao to anyone visiting Macau, whether for leisure or a family trip. I’d definitely love to return!

We were so blessed, the guy at the front desk checked us in early and upgraded us to a family room. This was our final leg of our holiday so it was definitely the perfect ending to our holiday. The room was clean and comfortable. But the best part was that there was a kid’s bunk bed, kid’s bean bags, kid’s sofa and even a toy box with toys and a colouring book for him to have! It didn’t stop there either. There were toiletries and even little slippers and bathrobes for little ones. My toddler just turned 3 and he has always co-slept with me (we’ve never tried alone before!) but when he saw the bed, he asked me to tuck him in and said he wanted to try sleeping on his own. Bed was so comfortable that he fell asleep in less than a minute! So I’d say thank you Parisian for helping my child want to sleep on his own! Thank you for the wonderful stay and for the amazing service (I’m not saying this because we got an upgrade!). We look forward to coming back on our next trip!

Beautiful hotel! It’s huge, luxurious, and full of things to do. The location is excellent, and the building looks stunning both during the day and at night. Our room was clean and comfortable, but if you can, definitely pay a bit extra for a view of the Eiffel Tower — we didn’t, and we regretted it. The restaurants are very good, though quite expensive. The aqua park is great for kids, and the Eiffel Tower itself is absolutely gorgeous. It’s easy to get lost at first, but once you get used to it, it’s simple to find your way around and to access the other hotels nearby. A few small points the hotel could improve: - The Qube (the children’s play area) is not free, even for hotel guests, and it’s quite expensive. This isn’t clearly mentioned when booking, which can be disappointing for families. - The “free access” to the 7th floor of the Eiffel Tower is a bit misleading — it’s free for everyone, not just hotel guests. You only pay to go higher. - The breakfast buffet is extremely expensive — better to eat elsewhere. - The shuttle bus to downtown Macau could be improved; we waited about an hour for one. - Check-out at 11 a.m. feels too early. Overall, though, it’s a magnificent and impressive hotel that’s definitely worth visiting!

Had the chance to visit The Parisian Macao, and it honestly felt like stepping into a mini Paris. The place is stunning — from the architecture to the Eiffel Tower replica, everything is super IG-worthy. Inside, it’s bright, elegant, and full of things to explore, whether you’re into shopping, dining, or just walking around and taking photos. The atmosphere is lively but not overwhelming, and it’s really easy to spend hours just roaming the halls and checking out the little details. The view from the tower is definitely a highlight too — worth the stop if you have the time. Overall, The Parisian Macao was such a fun and memorable visit. Perfect for sightseeing, bonding, or just enjoying the “Paris vibes” without leaving Asia. Would love to go back again!
