The Parisian Macao (Cotai, Macau) Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"One glance at the half-scale Eiffel Tower that stands outside and you can be sure they’re not kidding about the theme. The Parisian Macao is a vast casino and luxury hotel, an absurdly opulent greatest-hits collection featuring Versailles-worthy interiors at reception and a reproduction Fontaine de Mers in the lobby. The rooms are more contemporary, though they don’t shy away from their French inspiration, and the restaurants include a perfectly Parisian brasserie alongside Vietnamese and Chinese options. In typical Vegas/Macau style, the list of entertainment, leisure, and shopping offerings is a mile long — safe to say the Parisian is a self-contained world of luxury (and it’s connected to the Venetian and Londoner, if you fancy a trip to Italy and London)." - Tablet Hotels

Definitely a highlight of my whole trip was the superior service I received at the reception counter by Fanny Liang. She made my check-in process an experience I walked away from with a broad smile on my face. I had made a mistake when the room was booked which was causing a problem with the check-in process. She handled it so patiently and swiftly and made me feel very well cared for. Thank you, Fanny! The room was spotless, I mean, so clean I couldn't find anything that wasn't shining and fresh! I really looked, too, because I was so impressed. Also the housekeeping staff, although very busy, took time to greet me with a smile every time I passed in the hallway. 14th floor staff, well done!! Of course, the entire property is breathtakingly stunning, you can see from the booking sites. It is everything you see and more. The view at night overlooking the pools and the Eiffel tower are so mesmerizing I couldn't stop watching the light show. The property is connected to the malls and the other hotels, and with the free shuttle I give it a 10 on the location rating.

We were so blessed, the guy at the front desk checked us in early and upgraded us to a family room. This was our final leg of our holiday so it was definitely the perfect ending to our holiday. The room was clean and comfortable. But the best part was that there was a kid’s bunk bed, kid’s bean bags, kid’s sofa and even a toy box with toys and a colouring book for him to have! It didn’t stop there either. There were toiletries and even little slippers and bathrobes for little ones. My toddler just turned 3 and he has always co-slept with me (we’ve never tried alone before!) but when he saw the bed, he asked me to tuck him in and said he wanted to try sleeping on his own. Bed was so comfortable that he fell asleep in less than a minute! So I’d say thank you Parisian for helping my child want to sleep on his own! Thank you for the wonderful stay and for the amazing service (I’m not saying this because we got an upgrade!). We look forward to coming back on our next trip!

Beautiful hotel! It’s huge, luxurious, and full of things to do. The location is excellent, and the building looks stunning both during the day and at night. Our room was clean and comfortable, but if you can, definitely pay a bit extra for a view of the Eiffel Tower — we didn’t, and we regretted it. The restaurants are very good, though quite expensive. The aqua park is great for kids, and the Eiffel Tower itself is absolutely gorgeous. It’s easy to get lost at first, but once you get used to it, it’s simple to find your way around and to access the other hotels nearby. A few small points the hotel could improve: - The Qube (the children’s play area) is not free, even for hotel guests, and it’s quite expensive. This isn’t clearly mentioned when booking, which can be disappointing for families. - The “free access” to the 7th floor of the Eiffel Tower is a bit misleading — it’s free for everyone, not just hotel guests. You only pay to go higher. - The breakfast buffet is extremely expensive — better to eat elsewhere. - The shuttle bus to downtown Macau could be improved; we waited about an hour for one. - Check-out at 11 a.m. feels too early. Overall, though, it’s a magnificent and impressive hotel that’s definitely worth visiting!

The Parisian is beautiful out of three Londoner, Venetian, Parisian. I like the Parisian more In form of infrastructure because It is really beautiful from outside With all the lightings at the night. Of course the star of the show is the huge huge Eiffel Tower I did not expect this huge Eiffel Tower But once you stand below it, you will notice it's huge plus All the three casinos are interconnected so you can move very easily in between them

Another beautiful hotel with a casino and food court inside. It has a picturesque interior which looks vintage with modern amenities. The food court has many local / Asian cuisine options. No option if you are looking for vegetarian food. But it’s connected to Venetian and Londoner from inside foot bridges.

The Parisian Macao is absolutely beautiful — the casino and mall are elegant and full of charm! The Eiffel Tower outside gives it a magical Paris vibe, and inside it’s just as impressive. The mall has a great mix of luxury and casual shops, very clean and easy to walk around. The casino is classy, well-managed, and feels a bit more relaxed compared to others nearby. It’s also connected to The Venetian Macao, so you can easily walk between both malls and casinos — super convenient! Definitely worth visiting, even just for shopping or enjoying the view from the tower.

Security Failure: Money STOLEN from INSIDE a LOCKED Suitcase. A Travel Nightmare. We chose this hotel expecting a world-class, secure, five-star luxury experience. What we received was a gross violation of privacy and a catastrophic security failure that ended our trip on a devastating note. During our stay from 27 Nov 2025 to 1 Dec 2025 in room [15 042], cash was stolen from our belongings. This was not a case of negligence on our part. The money was inside a backpack, and that backpack was zipped inside our main checked suitcase, which was itself LOCKED with a personal combination lock. We only discovered the theft upon returning to our home country on 2 Dec 2025 when we finally unpacked. The shock and distress of realizing that someone, presumably a hotel employee with unauthorized access, had bypassed a lock to steal from a hidden compartment is immeasurable. This theft could only have occurred through an internal breach of security and trust. This incident proves that even the most secure efforts by a guest (locking luggage) are meaningless if internal vetting and supervision are non-existent. This theft ruined the memory of our trip. The Parisian Macao A magical experience that truly brings a piece of Paris to Macau! 🇫🇷✨ The Parisian Macao is an incredible hotel and resort — elegant, luxurious, and full of charm. The highlight is, of course, the half-scale Eiffel Tower, which looks stunning day and night, especially with the light show every evening. 🌃 The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and offer great views of Cotai. Everything feels well-maintained and clean. Staff are friendly and professional, making the stay comfortable and relaxing. There’s plenty to do: shopping, dining, casino entertainment, and a great pool area. The atmosphere is lively but still classy.
