Beautiful hotel! It’s huge, luxurious, and full of things to do. The location is excellent, and the building looks stunning both during the day and at night.
Our room was clean and comfortable, but if you can, definitely pay a bit extra for a view of the Eiffel Tower — we didn’t, and we regretted it. The restaurants are very good, though quite expensive. The aqua park is great for kids, and the Eiffel Tower itself is absolutely gorgeous. It’s easy to get lost at first, but once you get used to it, it’s simple to find your way around and to access the other hotels nearby.
A few small points the hotel could improve:
- The Qube (the children’s play area) is not free, even for hotel guests, and it’s quite expensive. This isn’t clearly mentioned when booking, which can be disappointing for families.
- The “free access” to the 7th floor of the Eiffel Tower is a bit misleading — it’s free for everyone, not just hotel guests. You only pay to go higher.
- The breakfast buffet is extremely expensive — better to eat elsewhere.
- The shuttle bus to downtown Macau could be improved; we waited about an hour for one.
- Check-out at 11 a.m. feels too early.
Overall, though, it’s a magnificent and impressive hotel that’s definitely worth visiting!
