The experience was good and the reception staffs were commendable. Luggage service was not very helpful. The location of the property and the accessibility around was great. The complimentary breakfast was awesome. The room did not meet the expected standard—there were several small issues, but nothing unliveable. First room that we were assigned had no flush working!!! However, considering the price, these issues could have been better addressed. I strongly recommend the hotel to renovate these rooms soon to enhance the guest experience.

I recently stayed at The Park Hotel in Chennai and had a wonderful experience. The hotel has a modern, stylish vibe with excellent service. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with comfortable bedding. The bathroom was luxurious, and housekeeping was prompt. The dining options were fantastic. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, catering to both Indian and international tastes. The location is ideal, close to major business hubs and shopping areas like Anna Salai. The staff was courteous and attentive, making my stay even more pleasant. The only minor downside was that the Wi-Fi could be a bit slow at times. Otherwise, it was a great stay, and I’d definitely recommend The Park Hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

The location is excellent — centrally placed, making it easy to access major spots in the city. The in-house restaurants offered a wide variety of cuisines, and every meal was a treat! Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. Exceptional hospitality, stylish interiors, and a peaceful atmosphere — The Park Chennai definitely lives up to its reputation.

Pros: Variety in breakfast menu, tasty food, excellent service and good staff. Less than a km to US Biometric centre and Consulate is situated diagonally opposite to it. Cons: The rooms still have old furniture and are in contemporary design. Didn't like the ambience much due to the low lighting inside the room.

Horrible Experience at Hotel Park Chennai – Never Again! I recently had the misfortune of staying at Hotel Park Chennai, and it was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that this place is running purely on its old reputation and not on actual service, cleanliness, or professionalism. First of all, the staff was extremely arrogant and unprofessional. There was zero hospitality. Simple queries were met with rude responses and indifference. It felt like they were doing us a favor by letting us stay there. Front desk behavior was unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming to be a luxury property. Secondly, the rooms were in terrible condition – completely outdated, unclean, and poorly maintained. The furniture was chipped and looked like it hadn’t been replaced in decades. The linens were stained, the bathroom smelled musty, and there was visible mold in the corners. Housekeeping was non-existent. No matter how many times we called, no one showed up to clean or assist with basic room requests. To make matters worse, we were charged more than the rate displayed on the online booking platform. When questioned, the staff had no clear explanation and insisted that these were “additional charges” without any proper breakdown. It felt like a complete scam. To top it all off, they refused to provide a proper GST invoice, despite multiple requests. This not only shows poor management but also a complete lack of transparency and ethics. Overall, this place is a disgrace to hospitality. There is absolutely no value for money, no respect for customers, and no sense of responsibility from the management. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid The Park Chennai at all costs. You are better off staying in a budget hotel that at least values its guests.

Location and service were awesome but the only issue was the washroom, looks old and also the flush was not working properly, they have the old age flush and the same was leaking. plus too less space in toilet. had booked for a day but stayed for a short while i.e. a few hours, as my flight got delayed. Best place to stay for those visiting for US visa interview as its within 100 meters of US Consulate. Auto n Cab drivers will try fooling you that its too far, don't pay attention, just cross the light and within 70 meters you'll reach the gate.
