Excellent Dining Experience The food service at the hotel was outstanding. We had a dinner at Asian restaurant The meals were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with a great variety to suit different tastes. The staff were attentive, courteous, and always ready to help specially manisha , she make our dining experience comfortable and enjoyable. Service was prompt, and the overall atmosphere was clean and welcoming. I truly appreciated the quality and consistency of the food and would highly recommend the hotel’s dining services at to anyone staying here

I had a wonderful experience at The Park Hotel. During my stay, I accidentally left my mobile charger in the room. The team was extremely helpful and proactive—special thanks to Manjusha Jayapal for personally ensuring that the charger was safely couriered all the way to my address in Hyderabad. This truly reflects the hotel’s commitment to guest care and honesty. Beyond this, the hospitality was warm and professional, the service was excellent, and the food quality was absolutely top-notch. Every interaction with the staff made the stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend The Park Hotel for their exceptional service, great food, and genuine hospitality. Will definitely look forward to staying here again.

I had a comfortable stay at The Park Chennai. Mili at the front desk was very helpful. Rooms were comfortable. As for cleanliness, it could have been a bit better. Breakfast buffet was also pretty good. Great customer service overall.

I am very happy with the room cleaning and hygiene services provided by Soyel Ali and Rani. The room was cleaned thoroughly and maintained in excellent condition throughout my stay. Bedsheets, bathroom, and all surfaces were spotless, giving a very fresh and comfortable feel. Their attention to hygiene and cleanliness was impressive and met high hotel standards. Both Soyel and Rani were very polite, supportive, and always greeted with a smile. Their positive attitude and nice behavior made the experience even better. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication to maintaining a clean and pleasant stay for guests.

Its more like a 3 or 4 star hotel than a 5star. Location is great and mostly booked because the US consulate is opposite (almost). US embassy is very less crowd these days, and it hardly took 10-15min to complete the entire process and 20min for the walking commute. Checkin was 2pm and although we arrived at 2pm, receptionist told that since you have 2 rooms and need adjacent (which i had informed in advance), it will take 10more minutes and we will call you. no one called, we stepped outside to catch quick bite (shree sweets), and came at 3pm, no call. rooms are ok - there was one hand towel, 1 drinking glass, the bathtub area looks old and dont move the curtains to see whats hidden behind. Breakfast is usual large spread and swimming pool is on top floor.

We had a great stay at The Park. Despite it being unusually busy during the week Cyclone Ditwah hit Chennai, the hotel staff handled everything calmly and professionally. Even with limited staff, they managed the crowd well, though I did notice a few guests experiencing delays with their room keys. A special thanks to Mili, who went above and beyond to take care of us and ensured our stay was comfortable and seamless. The morning breakfast buffet was excellent! multi-cuisine, extensive, and absolutely delicious. Overall, a wonderful experience during a challenging week.

This was my second time staying at The Park. The rooms are spacious, well designed and clean. Located very close to the US embassy. The staff is friendly, I stayed on the 3rd floor and the housekeeping staff was very helpful and prompt - Mr Johir and Manjusha who is the floor manager. Johir cleaned my room promptly and had a nice conversation and was friendly and always around to assist if I had any questions.

We stayed here for a week with family and overall had a good experience. One area that really needs improvement is the internet connection. The Wi‑Fi worked reliably only in the lobby. Our rooms on the 4th and 7th floors had very weak or unusable connectivity. Since the kids had homework to finish during our vacation, they weren’t able to work from the room and had to sit in the lobby instead. Improving in‑room Wi‑Fi would make the stay much more comfortable for families.
