The Park Hotel

The Park is located in Park street as the name suggests. It's a convenient location, quite central which cuts down the commuting time. The room size was small but still comfortable. One thing which really put me off was the placement of the bed which was right in front of the door and that's a major privacy issue. Also, the nightstand charger was fixed upside down and my phone didn't charge as I turned the switch off instead of on because of it's incorrect placement. Other than that, we had a comfortable stay. The staff was always welcoming and friendly and positive. The food and spread was delicious and rather lavish. A special mention for the packed breakfast we received as we had an early check out. Thank you.

This was my second stay at this property. The location of this hotel is awesome if you like the night life. The most happening places are in the neighbourhood. But the rooms suck. Very old fashioned and haven't been upgraded for many, many years. Service is decent.

First of all let me iterate about the worst quality service that this hotel provided. This is not a 5 star hotel but a 2 star hotel with untrained and unprofessional reception staff. The AC here doesn't have a heating or temperature rise system. Had a worst time here. Secondly the consumables that were got consumed were priced 4 times higher rates and there was nothing complimentary apart from water. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone better go to GINGER a 3 star hotel and lakh times better than this. No one on reception greeted us or guided about the services or anything instead they blamed me for not having told earlier although I did. Even before visiting I dropped them an email asking about Airport pickup service and all I got was no reply. The staff was more busy in other "Special" things. I am not at all satisfies with the service provided (how will I as no service was provided). Better get new staff and just changing the stars doesn't make a 2 star hotel 5 star. The songs are getting played till 3AM due to which you can't rest properly. Thanks for this bad experience.

Recently me nd my friend went to visit the Zen restaurant. Everything was nice however while using the ladies washroom in the 1st floor and washroom no 1 near to the first mirror was horrible and dangerous! I got stuck in the washroom and being claustrophobic I was feeling Iike I cannot able to breathe , I was shouting, I was crying and there was no one near by because the washroom lock was not opening it got jammed! How can it be possible? |Meanwhile there was no one near to the washroom also the washrooms have no open space contested to breathe as well. My friend quickly went to the restaurant and informed the team but me who was actually stuck tried to fix the jam of the door by several of time and fortunately by god's grace I was able to come out or else I would have got fainted in those suffocating washroom. |Is this is the way you are following the standards? Lady name Sushmita was polite enough to bring water bottles as I was shivering because of the panic and shock I got,on the other hand lady naisha was so reluctant and not even cared!She just asked if I need Volini?! Bro who asks for Volini when someone is stucked in washroom due to hotel's reason of not taking care! A lady confirmed maybe some of the washroom doors are jammed sometimes. |Lastly all I wanted to say kindly take care of all these things, staff should be more polite to acknowledge. Also one good thing food served in Zen is nice .

It was a wonderful stay and that too on some of the busiest time of the year, Dec end and January 1st week. We have grown up seeing The Park as the landmark. It was very exciting being a part of the New Year festivities all around Park Street while staying here. We had misgivings as the hotel is boisterous during December, but must admit, once inside we were protected not only from the noise and crowd but also the horrible pollution on the streets. It was great fun joining in the many available exciting options and retreating to our rooms without the stress of navigating crowds and vehicles. Loved the whole experience!

Food is as good as it always has been at The Park. Excellent service. Raja has been the most attentive service associate I have had attend to us in many a meal. His service excellence puts him heads and shoulders over his peers in hotels like ITC, Hyatt and Marriott.
