This is not a five star hotel, more like 2 stars only. Very disappointed. Breakfast was very good Maid service was very good Bed was good The smoke smell all over the hotel was gross. The AC unit's condensation in the bathroom leaks, there was a horrible puddle in the morning, i slipped and nearly had a bad fall. The wall is stained and looks dirty. The whole place looks dirty. A new coat of paint is needed. The entire hotel needs an uplift. The registration desk staff were rude and incompetent. One of the managers was always on his phone; he was oblivious and truly incompetent. Even though the location of the hotel is ideal, I would not stay at THE Park again. The hotel has pubs and clubs on the ground floor, you can hear and feel the music vibration all night long.

I enjoy the Park ambience and the electronic music. They only complaint I have is that the underground parking is a mess. Our drivers are safely taking us back to our abodes so it is important to make them feel comfortable while we experience the Park.

Stayed here a couple of times and have tried both the suites and the regular rooms. While the suite is quite spacious, I actually prefer the room—mainly because of the TV placement. The bathtub in the suite wasn’t in great condition, so I ended up avoiding it altogether. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options. There’s also a well-equipped gym and a nice swimming pool with an in-house trainer and refreshments. Overall, it’s a pretty good place for a stay.

// Worst hotel claiming as 5-Star rather it should be 2-star hotel// Experience: I made the booking for my parents and Since they are old, Hotel staff allocated the worst room in the hotel which was completely different than marked in Booking.com. Parents walked couple of time to reception and asked for booked room described in Booking.com but every time they bluff and says in 1 hr you get the right room which they never gave. Highlight: All the amenities mentioned in Booking.com is completely different than you get in actual. i.e. Minibar = Empty Fridge Wardrobe = Coat hanger at the entrance Wi-Fi = limited time only accessible (1 hr per day) :)

This hotel is definitely not a five-star place. The location is great, especially if youre in town for the visa services nearby. But if you’re looking for a quiet place to sleep, this might not be the best choice. Rooms: They’re not well maintained. Not filthy, but not as clean as you’d expect. The floors aren’t very clean, the bathroom has leaky pipes, and the taps don’t work well. The shower temperature is a hit or miss. Noise: There’s a loud club on the premises. I was lucky it didn’t bother me much, but if your room is close to it, it could be really annoying. Honestly, I don’t understand why there’s a club in this hotel. Gym: The gym hours are strange - it opens late and closes early, which was odd. Hallways: They can get noisy. My room was near a maintenance area where staff kept their cleaning supplies. There were lots of banging doors late at night. A few signs asking people to be quieter would help. Overall, for the price it’s okay. Probably more of a three-star hotel at best, but definitely not five-star quality.

Visited The Park hotel for my office's annual function with my family and had a wonderful time. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Kolkata, and it was super convenient to get there both by car and metro. The ambiance was lovely and the snacks were absolutely delicious! Highly recommend for events or a family outing.

Hot water is not working,it was rainy day and we are definitely looking for hot water. They are not providing alternative option. Next day the fridge was not working and the complaint was raised to concern the party, The technical person simply said a small fridge would work like that without properly checking.Actually there is no cooling at all. Beers get warm in the fridge and outside it was cool due to the room air conditioner.

The stay was good but only that in the gym i saw the female manager molesting a trainer while he was helping me with the workout she came and asked for a back massage in the gym this kind of activities happen in a public place forgot to get her name a female manager of the spa is this the kind of hospitality service we get in a 5 star property
