The staffs are nice and helpful, always smiling. The location is great. Rooms are ok at best, don’t be deceived by what you see in the photo. It feels different. Low ceiling, shallow doors and walls. If you don’t hold the door, it will literally slam shut. They literally made the rooms “instagramable” so it will look beautiful in the picture, but that’s it. I have allergies so immediately I felt something with their blankets. My husband and I kept on sneezing our whole stay.
Breakfast is not even worth the word “free breakfast.” It will pass as welcome snacks or something. 2 types of cold cuts, 2 types of cheese, bagels and croissants – that’s it. They should’ve at least put in some bacon and pancakes to make it a real breakfast. So if you are paying for the breakfast – DON’T.
Overall, it was ok, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here. There are better small chain hotels that give more value for your money.
I was originally contemplating whether to stay here or at Delta, but Delta’s newly renovated rooms were not available. Then I saw this hotel. I am very particular with old hotels because I had allergic reactions (to the smell and the dust that goes with it I guess). Now I am regretting my decision. I wish I had stuck to Delta’s old room than the faux new suite of this hotel.
