Hotel is a bit dated but that's expected for the price range. Provided good value with all the amenities needed and plenty of space. Deducted 1 star because shower was not clean and still had hair left from previous tenants. Update: I didn't bother the front desk just clean it up myself and move on.

Good location, clean and serviceable hotel. The "free" breakfast was ridiculously low budget. Had we know we would have made time to go out. Charge a few more dollars for the room and offer something reasonable or don't bother with it.

This was our second stay in Dec at The Park plaza London. As usual the stay was very comfortable. We had booked four rooms this time. Check in was smooth, thanks to Sumandeep. Later in the day Fernan arranged ever thing for our meeting room. Breakfast was no different than our first stay a week ago.The staff at breakfast,Evelyn and Inna were great. Thanks everyone for making us feel at home.see you soon.

The staffs are nice and helpful, always smiling. The location is great. Rooms are ok at best, don’t be deceived by what you see in the photo. It feels different. Low ceiling, shallow doors and walls. If you don’t hold the door, it will literally slam shut. They literally made the rooms “instagramable” so it will look beautiful in the picture, but that’s it. I have allergies so immediately I felt something with their blankets. My husband and I kept on sneezing our whole stay. Breakfast is not even worth the word “free breakfast.” It will pass as welcome snacks or something. 2 types of cold cuts, 2 types of cheese, bagels and croissants – that’s it. They should’ve at least put in some bacon and pancakes to make it a real breakfast. So if you are paying for the breakfast – DON’T. Overall, it was ok, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here. There are better small chain hotels that give more value for your money. I was originally contemplating whether to stay here or at Delta, but Delta’s newly renovated rooms were not available. Then I saw this hotel. I am very particular with old hotels because I had allergic reactions (to the smell and the dust that goes with it I guess). Now I am regretting my decision. I wish I had stuck to Delta’s old room than the faux new suite of this hotel.

Decent overall but it does not live up to the hype and presumed “luxury” they are trying to achieve by calling the hotel an all suites hotel. The rooms are nice but the floors and walls are dated, showing scuffs and dings to paint. The beds are very comfortable. Shower pressure was decent. The staff- we dealt with one guy Chrys pretty regularly. He is rude, condescending and off putting. I somehow accidentally booked accessible rooms and rather than tactfully saying “I have you booked in an accessible room, is that correct” (to which we would have said no). The guy actually said to my friend “are you handicapped?” “I’m trying to be discrete here but you look pretty able bodied to me. Are you gaveling with someone else?” I ended up dealing with a different guy and he got the through the check in to my room very quickly. Chrys, on the other hand continued to berate my friend. I had two random charges on my credit card and parking came to $90 for two nights- it’s London. We paid $90 to park on a dingey underground garage. I don’t think I will be back. For the price, offering and category, you can do much better. Oh, the “breakfast” is a pile of cold cut lunch meat, yogurt and boiled eggs. I’ll PASS.

I was greeted with "Checking in? Give me your ID and Credit card". By the unfriendly tone i wasn't sure if i was checking in or being mugged. The rooms are good and clean (a bit outdated and need some minor repairs) but that didn't even matter as i had the pleasure of listening to 3 or four dogs non stop barking and crying in some of the rooms above me.

Stayed at this hotel before but would not do it again after a dirty towel fell on me off the shower curtain rack as I closed it preparing to shower. The hotel attendant’s response: “oh, that’s not normal”. —- The hotel manager did follow up with an apology later on, which was appreciated.

The hotel is nice but services have dramatically decreased. The front desk person for check-in made weird jokes and was very awkward. After the first night, there were no fresh towels in the room. Buffet breakfast is on par with a motel - boiled eggs and lunch meat. I would put this hotel on par with a low-end hotel chain - not worth the price.

Visiting this area for a wedding. I am very happy with the rooms and very spacious. Continental breakfast is good. It is located in East London.
