The Park Hotel London

From the moment we arrived at the Park Hotel in London, Ontario, Faith made us feel incredibly welcome. Her warm smile and genuine hospitality set the tone for our entire stay. She handled our check-in smoothly and was happy to answer every question we had about the hotel and the local area. Faith went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, offering great recommendations for nearby restaurants and even remembering small details we’d mentioned in passing. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated and professional, yet so friendly and approachable. Thanks to Faith, our stay felt extra special. The Park Hotel is lucky to have her on the team — and we can’t wait to come back!

I booked the room for my Wedding Anniversary they messages 2 days before stay and asked if they could do anything for me I had them purchase a bouquet of flowers and have them in our suite. They asked price we agreed and it was in our room along with a complimentary bottle of Champagne and 2 champagne glasses. Super impressed.

Very rude staff- bordering on racist. We had a very rude encounter with a male staff at the front desk. While asking questions to this male staff- his name is Chris- he said my uncle was barking. My uncle apologized if he was barking and explained it was the pitch of his tone. I questioned him on why he would say a guest was barking and that he ought to apologize. Even after being corrected, we have not gotten an apology from Chris. The case was reported to the manager the next day but we have no response or resolution from the manager on this. The rooms were nice but the staff telling a guest they are barking unprovoked is very unprofessional and unacceptable.

I loved this all suites hotel! Rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and the front desk staff were amazing. I asked for extra towels and they were delivered promptly. A really nice continental breakfast was also included. The price was very reasonable and the location is close to several restaurants. r Jack Astor's is next door and across the road is Chuck's Roadhouse, making it easy to walk and grab a bite to eat any time of day or night. It's location is in a nice part of the city as well, not in the grotty part of downtown London. I will definitely stay here again!

Had a great experience staying here after much research on where to stay in London. Clean rooms, convenient location and a nice breakfast were great aspects of our stay but wonderful service really differentiated it. Felt like the staff really cared. Asked for foam pillows due to an allergy in my notes when I made my reservation and it was confirmed as part of check in and actually taken care of. As a frequent traveler and program member of many hotel rewards programs, I can't tell you how many times notes on reservations are ignored and then I have to make the request again.

I found this hotel when searching for a hotel that was conveniently located. This was a last minute booking and the booking was quick and easy and the rate was great. The front desk upon check-in was clean and the staff was friendly. The lobby was modern and clean as well. I loved the fact that there was underground parking and access to the hotel from inside the parking garage. The room was immaculate and exceeded our expectations. The continental breakfast in the morning was delicious. This will be our go-to accommodation for all future stays in London.

Rooms are decent. Each has a sitting area/desk and separate bed rooms. MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR A ROOM THAT DOESN’T FACE THE LOUD BAR which plays music past midnight. I have marked the location 1 star due to the noise level from the road and the bar.

This is a fairly nice hotel, all in all, with some flaws. Namely: - The area is a bit loud with lots of outdoor bars and patios - so can be loud if you're facing that direction - The showerhead has to be one of the worst I've ever encountered in a hotel. Low pressure, no adjustments and no wand or anything - The tub comes with no ability to use it as a tub, no stopper, plug, whatever - Location is pretty good, but also on the sketchy side with various tweakers and unusual people walking around the neighbourhood at any given time - They keep the lobby air conditioning at about 26 degrees, which is not terribly comfortable if you're having breakfast or hanging around for any particular reason Being right next to Richmond Row means there's a ton of good restaurants around. Parking underground is fairly plentiful. Ultimately not bad, could be a little bit better.

Visiting this area for a wedding. I am very happy with the rooms and very spacious. Continental breakfast is good. It is located in East London.
