"A Midsummer's Night Lounge Aqua Lounge is a sophisticated/trendy hotspot located in the Park Hotel. When looking for an open-air, relaxing alternative to the crowded, bustling nightclubs, Aqua Lounge is the perfect solution, especially on a warm midsummer night. Sip on cocktails and gorge on Mediterranean/BBQ dishes on the elevated stools at the bar or in the cool white tents by the poolside. There is no entrance fee, but it’s best to make reservations because it fills up really quickly. You’ll find a really diverse crowd filled with locals, travelers, and expats. In a nutshell, Aqua is the sunbather’s heaven by daylight, and a classy diva’s playground by moonlight."

"India’s Park hospitality chain specializes in economical, stylish hotels for business travelers, and the recently refurbished New Delhi property is no different. With a prime location in the middle of Connaught Place—the city’s central retail and business hub—the property puts guests within walking distance of shops and restaurants, but the hotel has become a destination onto itself, with a top-rated spa, a pan-Indian restaurant and poolside bar, and its own trendy nightclub. Though the reception area can be busy, the 220 rooms feel like tranquil havens with crisp white linens, leather headboards, and bold colors, the work of British design firm Conran and Partners. Bonus: The staff can arrange for a masseuse to pamper you in-room."

I recently stayed at The Park New Delhi, located in the heart of Connaught Place (CP) and would like to share a comprehensive account of my experience. Room Service – 0/5 ⭐️ Room service was the most disappointing aspect of the stay. Requests were consistently delayed, often ignored and there was no follow-up or sense of urgency. Shockingly, staff insisted on cash payments at the time of delivery and in few instances, the balance amount was not returned. Instead of such unprofessional practices, the hotel should clearly inform guests during check-in about their in-room service policies and, if needed, collect a security deposit upfront. The current approach reflects a lack of transparency, poor guest handling and raises serious concerns about internal accountability. This area requires urgent managerial intervention and process reform. Room & Property Condition – 2.5/5 ⭐️ While the room was adequately clean and functional, the property is visibly dated. Furniture, fixtures and general interiors show signs of neglect and wear. The ambiance feels tired and lacks the refinement expected of a premium hotel. A major renovation is long overdue to bring the infrastructure in line with modern hospitality standards. Staff Conduct – 4/5 ⭐️ The front desk and housekeeping staff were polite, welcoming, and well-intentioned. However, their efforts are hampered by inefficient systems and a lack of service coordination, especially in room service. Training, process alignment and better supervision are needed to ensure consistent guest satisfaction. Buffet Breakfast – 4.5/5 ⭐️ The breakfast experience was delightful. The buffet offered a well-balanced selection of Indian and continental dishes, all fresh and well-prepared. The restaurant staff were attentive and courteous, creating a pleasant and relaxing start. Location – 5/5 ⭐️ The hotel’s central location in Connaught Place is a major asset. It offers easy access to commercial hubs, restaurants, shopping centers and tourist attractions. Whether you’re in Delhi for business or leisure, the location is incredibly convenient and well-connected. Overall Rating: 2.5/5 While The Park New Delhi scores well for its location and breakfast, the poor room service and outdated facilities significantly impact the overall guest experience. The hotel certainly has potential but it must invest in infrastructure upgrades and reform critical service operations, particularly regarding in-room services and payment protocols to deliver the premium experience its brand promises.

A Comfortable Stay with Warm Hospitality Some Food Feedback…. I recently stayed at The Park Hotel , and I must say, the overall experience was truly pleasant and relaxing. The front office staff and the housekeeping staff deserves a special mention ,courteous, professional, and always willing to assist with a warm smile. From check-in to check-out, they made the entire process seamless and welcoming. The housekeeping team also did a fantastic job. The room was spotless every day. I tried the in-room dining (IRD) multiple times during my stay, and the food was consistently delicious , well prepared, neatly presented, and served hot. Kudos to the kitchen and service team for maintaining such quality. However, I was a bit disappointed with the buffet spread. As someone who has worked in the F&B department myself, I understand the effort that go into maintaining a buffet. But considering the pricing, the variety and taste didn’t quite match expectations. It felt a bit underwhelming, and I believe there’s room to elevate both the options and the execution.

I stayed at The Park Hotel in New Delhi during my US visa appointment in February, and honestly, it turned out to be the perfect choice. The hotel is incredibly convenient if you have any consular or visa-related work — the VAC center was literally walkable, right near Shivaji Stadium metro station where all the major VFS centers are located. That alone makes it an ideal stay for anyone coming to Delhi for that purpose. While it’s on the higher end in terms of pricing, it’s totally worth it. In fact, I felt like I got more than what I paid for. The service was excellent — warm, attentive, and professional — and the overall experience had a premium feel to it. What really stood out to me, though, was the view from my room. I had a direct view of Jantar Mantar — one of Delhi’s iconic historical landmarks. That kind of view really speaks volumes about the hotel’s location, right in the heart of the city. And I can’t write this review without mentioning the butter chicken pizza. Yes, butter chicken pizza! It was so unbelievably delicious that I ordered it again the next day. Having lived in the U.S. and tried some amazing pizza spots on the East Coast, I can still say this was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. Funny enough, I also tried a classic butter chicken with naan later, and it didn’t match up to that pizza. There was something special about that dish — a perfect fusion of Indian flavors and Western comfort food. This was my first visit to Delhi, and staying at The Park made it all the more memorable. Highly recommended for business, leisure, or visa-related travel. Great location, great hospitality, and yes — unforgettable food!
