I should have heeded the warnings in the Yelp reviews, but I was hungry and wanted to take advantage of Priority Pass (Note: They are only taking PP from Chase, not Amex). My boyfriend and I came here to eat while waiting for our flight and we ordered the toasted ravioli, house salad, and meatball sub. The "restaurant" was filthy, with spilled liquids on the ground and dirty tables. Our server was nice, although very frazzled -- it looked like she was serving everyone on her own. My view was direct into the kitchen where I watched a guy repeatedly microwave dishes of food to be ready to serve. Toasted ravioli -- Not sure how old these were..they were definitely frozen and I watched the "cook" microwave these. The marinara sauce that came with it was very sweet and runny. House salad -- Very mediocre and wilted. Didn't taste good and wasn't sure how clean it was. Meatball sub -- This was a laughable attempt at a meatball sub. The bread was rock hard and dry. The meatball was suspiciously squishy and was mostly made up of filling. Thank god I wasn't actually paying for this food, and only had to cover tip.

Had been looking forward to this for weeks as I knew I had a long layover. I’m from STL and know what this dish should taste like. They were busy and the servers were doing the best they could but I asked for a glass with my beer 3 times and then got a plastic cup. Pasta con broccoli came out lukewarm with one piece of broccoli in it. ONE. Had to wait for several minutes for red pepper, parm, etc (as food got even more cold). I still left a good tip and told the manager, but I will send it back if this happens again. It was a $30 meal and not up to Pasta House Co standards at all.

Delicious! I used the priority pass from Chase reserve here. The Pasta House is the only place in Lambert but I am glad that they accept it! The food was delicious, I got the Alfredo and a Stella. Since this is a smaller airport the service was super fast and the staff/manager was very friendly. I appreciate the warm mid west vibes! Well worth the stop :)

I just ate here on a long layover and I can see why the reviews are all over the place. It was very disorganized from the moment I walked up to be sat. There were several open tables and yet the few people in front of me, and I, had to wait several minutes to get a table. I ended up waiting about ten minutes. Not that long compared to what one might wait normally, but frustrating when it is only due to inefficiencies and incompetence. After I was sat, the wait staff was attentive and right on the money. They didn’t miss a cue once and that’s why this restaurant received three stars. I guessed that the kitchen was as big of a mess as the dining room so stuck with something simple - spaghetti with meat sauce. Unfortunately, it was terrible. The pasta was overdone and the sauce tasted like it came from a can. I was very disappointed, especially since this place calls itself the pasta house. Next time I’ll stick with a fast food option.

Best deep fried chicken wings at the airport. If you like deep fried chicken as much as I do, you've gotta try some freshly deep fried from here. Priority pass members, if you're wondering what else is worth ordering here, Nonna's meatballs are also super yummy and well worth it.

Main Terminal before Security Checkpoint & closest to baggage claim. Food is terrible, service pleasant. Sad excuse for an airport lounge. Please provide the Akers with better amenities...we literally pay for it.

Service was extremely quick and friendly. Food was above average. I was hoping for more uniqueness in the Italian Quesadilla. It was just a standard quesadilla with meatball crumbles. Still came with pico, sour cream, and grilled peppers/onions. Drink (I had one Schlafly Cider) was just as expensive as the food and not even a 16 oz pour. I guess its a good option in an airport.

Reviewed my healthy options for dinner before my flight home and decided that a fresh made salad from The Pasta House looked like a better choice than Burger King or the pre-made foods available throughout the terminal. Boy, was I wrong! The couscous and grilled chicken consisted of a smattering of couscous on top of a bed of lettuce and the coldest, driest chicken that tasted like it had been sitting around in a fridge for several days before being cut up and served to me. The only reason I upped this review from one star to two is due to the friendly service given to me at the takeout counter. I am so disappointed that this was my last meal before leaving St Louis which is what prompted me to write this review.
