The Pátio Suite Hotel

We realy liked this hotel. The welcome was good. Our room on fifth floor was clean and very comfortable with a huge bed, we faced the mountains in the distance. |The food was good - a lot of fish but expected that. Staff were kind and welcoming and couldnt do enough for you. |Entertainment was good - excellent singers, karoke etc. |Pool area clean - pool a tad chilly but ok once you were in. |Thank you for making our stay so good.

We visited the hotel for a week in early September, which was our first trip to Portugal. Check in was easy and first impressions good. Very clean, modern and minimalistic environment throughout. Our room/apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. The food during our stay was excellent, fresh with plenty of choice. Salads and fresh pizza were amazing. Hotel is very quiet (which suited us). The staff and service was great, staff were friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Pool and sun beds were clean and good quality. Evening entertainment was not great, karaoke and bingo!

Lovely holiday, would recommend this hotel. Its a little bit remote, not a great deal to do close by, but ok if you just want a few shops and a couple of different restaurants and bars. But Ubers are reasonable and very easy to book with the app.||Maybe not enough for kids to do though. The beaches are lovely, but be aware there are a lot of steps down on the nearest one and although the Oura beach can be booked and has the Paio Suite beach bar and sun beds, you still have to pay even on the all inclusive. And its a fair walk from drop off point and again down lots of steps.||Food was nice, always found something tasty, but sometimes there was a wait for the trays to be refilled on the most popular choices. But overall it was good.||Staff are lovely and work very hard.||The apartments are huge, and we found the beds very comfortable, even the sofa bed with the mattress topper was great, no they're not luxurious but more than acceptable for anyone I would say.||We were a group of 5 middle aged friends, and we all loved it!

Just back from a very relaxing break at the Patio Suites. We got upgraded to a two bedroom apartment which was lovely - we had one bathroom each! The bed was really comfortable and the black out blinds and efficient a/c made sure we had a great night’s sleep. |If you are all inclusive and want to go out for the day you can order a pack lunch the evening before which was very substantial. |If you like to walk, just five minutes from the hotel you are in the countryside with lemon groves and there’s also good walks along the cliffs. It’s an easy 15-20 walk to Praia de Falesia where we went most days to swim in the sea. |The food was tasty and creative, with options for vegan and vegetarian. The salads were amazing. |Big shout out to the staff at the hotel, always so pleasant and helpful and helped me with my Portuguese language attempts! Look forward to returning 😀

This hotel is outstanding in all departments, the staff are always friendly and so really helpful at all times making everyone feel special. I would definitely stay here again with out any doubt. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable and kept spotlessly clean. The hotel provides a shuttle bus to various locations which is very helpful. The only area which could be improved upon is possibly the evening entertainment, but don't let that detract from an otherwise first class hotel.

this hotel was very modern and all the staff was brilliant and always available. There is a shuttle bus to take you to the beach which is 5 mins away (20min walk if wanted to walk) other shuttle busses to take you to old town, another beach and a couple more places which was great! We was overlooking a road and even tho we had our window open, you won’t really realise you are next to a road. Slept all the way through most nights, bed was so comfy!! Everything went perfect and the food was amazing!! Deffo would book again!

We had a pleasant stay at the Deluxe Suite. The hotel is nice but the room was not cleaned properly in our opinion. Beds are comfy and the bathrooms and furniture is good.The kitchen is good but there should be some dishwashing detergent and a scrub to clean the dishes.||Staff is very friendly and helpful. ||We just had breakfast in the restaurant which was very good. ||We can recommend a stay at The Patio Hotel.

This was my 7th visit to Albufeira, so I'm quite confident choosing locations. This hotel is close to the airport, the Strip, the Square in Old Town, and Vilamoura ( all by Uber).|This hotel has many positives, but also many negatives.....let me explain.|I booked with Booking.com. Prior to travelling, I had good email communication, and the hotel supported two rooms next to each other.||Negatives|€200.00 deposit required on each room to cover any issues, I had checked all of the information sent to me, and this wasn't detailed anywhere, I'm aware from previous visits to Albufeira hotels This happens, but they tell you it before you arrive.||No throwing balls or using inflatables in the swimming pool. So basically, if you want to have some fun in the pool or relax on a lilo, go somewhere else, utterly ridiculous.||For my 50th, we went out wearing Sh#t Shirts, I was dressed up as the Ibiza Boss ( a surprise by my friends). I must stress absolutely nothing we were wearing was offensive. As we entered the bar for a quick beer before heading out, we were stopped and asked to leave the hotel area. The lady informed they have to take into consideration the impact on other guest's.||We politely acknowledged this request without issue and stood outside waiting for an Uber. Whilst doing so many guests were taking photos of us and passing good comments.|So if you are considering booking as part of a Stag/Hen party, don't bother.||The positives ||We booked All Inclusive, all meals were excellent, the variety of alcohol & none alcoholic drinks was excellent.||The rooms were excellent. The pool area was great. The bar is excellent.||The staff were very pleasant.||Great hotel, the management who are making the above stipulations need to take a refresh on current policies
