Great customer service. Very friendly and helpful. Clean spaces. Enjoyed the pools and proximity to the beach. Within walking distance to a street with shopping, laundry, spas, and restaurants. Free shuttle available to the mall on the main Kuta beach with even more options for food and shopping.||We pre-arranged airport shuttle through the resort which made arrival very easy. Money exchange available at the resort at a good rate. Breakfast buffet was excellent with wide variety of food types.

We just stayed a few nights at Patra Resort and had a really lovely experience. The location is super convenient—very close to the airport—which made our arrival and departure easy. I was a bit concerned after reading some reviews about possible noise from the airport, but honestly, I didn’t hear a thing. It was calm, peaceful, and really easy to sleep. The resort has multiple swimming pools, and the adults-only one was especially quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was another highlight, with a great selection of fresh options, including meals prepared on the spot. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, always making sure everything was just right. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this resort for a comfortable and restful stay.

Located a short distance from the airport but right on your private beach, the Patra was a lovely surprise with beautiful grounds and great service. Multiple pools meant that we could have our own quiet space by the poolside. We were made to feel very welcome and staff were excellent. We celebrated a friends birthday and the staff organised a beautiful party. I stayed with four single friends in an embassy suite but these rooms were dated and the room below was a bit dark and smelly. But the beds and pillows were super comfortable . In comparison my friends stayed in the beach front villas which were beautiful. Whilst the grounds in the patra were clean, the beach in front had a lot of rubbish on it. As the patra is the only resort in that part of the beach it looked dirty and uninviting. The patra staff should work on keeping this nice little beach clean at all times. Overall we had a lovely time and I would return to the patra after a flight to stay for a night or two to wind down before travelling on. Despite the close location to the airport we were not disturbed by plane noise at all.

This is my favourite resort in Bali with its unique and traditional Balinese architecture. ||It’s the ideal resort for a relaxing and peaceful getaway. The quiet beachfront location is perfectly nestled amongst beautiful grounds and gardens with magnificent pools, great restaurants, themed buffet nights, excellent breakfasts and beautiful staff. ||On this occasion, we celebrated my 60th with 30 friends..everyone stayed a few days at The Patra and fell in love with it 😍||My deepest appreciation and gratitude to the management & staff for hosting and organising an unforgettable evening. |Set up in a private poolside area with gorgeous table seating, lighting, decorations, band, BBQ buffet, attentive and fantastic staff, private bar and everything we needed to ensure a magical night. ||It is pure joy to return year after year!

A peaceful resort near the airport with a spacious layout and traditional Balinese charm. I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a suite—thanks to the hotel team! The villa was spacious and surrounded by beautiful gardens. Buggies are available to transfer between the lobby, pool, and beach, which is super convenient. Loved the beachfront access, and breakfast even had some Indian options. A great place to relax and wind down before a flight.

We stayed at Patra Resort for two nights and were pleasantly surprised. Although it’s a state-owned property—technically a subsidiary of Pertamina—it’s very well-maintained. The design may feel a bit classic, but there’s a timeless charm to it that makes the experience memorable. Each room is essentially its own villa. The smaller villas are split into two levels—either you’re on the ground floor or the upper floor—and both feel spacious. The larger villas are single-storey and offer even more room to relax. The breakfast was decent—not a huge variety, but enough to start the day. The price point is reasonable, especially considering it’s a villa with good facilities. A unique touch: every morning, the staff plays Indonesia Raya, adding a nice sense of national pride to start the day. The best part? It has direct access to Kuta Beach and is just minutes from the airport. Overall, it’s definitely worth the price if you’re looking for a peaceful stay near the beach and airport.

Fabulous hotel, huge suites, beautiful wood detail in the rooms, super comfortable beds all for very reasonable prices and best of all, this hotel comes with a top team. I have stayed at Patra now 4 times and will stay this current trip for over a month. I travel the world and know the best hotels. my thanks to the management team to have such a extraordinary, kind, friendly and helpful team. Widiasih from the front desk is a superstar.She knows the hotel inside and out and i am most thankful to her. The best staff, The breakfast team, the resturant team, the housekeeping team and the amazing beach location makes this a perfect place to call home away from home. highly reccomend.

In may 2025 me and my wife, for the second time, spent three weeks at the Patra Bali Resort & Villas. Overall the experience was very good, so good that we already booked again.||The hotel is located perfectly. Close to the airport without being disturbed by it. Also central with respect to connections for excursions to all the other parts of Bali, like Sanur, Semyniak, Nusa Dua, Ubud and beyond. Kuta center is on walking distance (very nice along the beach walk or main road), but also easy and cheap reachable by cab, there is even a free shuttle service provided by the hotel.||Although it is a big hotel, it does not feel crowded at all, the premises are wide spread with a luscious and well maintained garden. There are three swimming pools, with the most beautiful one the huge lagune pool with a sunken pool-bar. There are enough beach chairs available and also the restaurants are near this pool. Big plus is the public beach two steps from the hotel, it gives en open feeling from the resort to the sea and especially in the late afternoon a lot of (local) activity. Service of the staff at the pool is very good. Also in the evening many special dinner- and show events are organised and almost every evening there is live music with the best musicians.||We stayed in a Deluxe Suite after being upgraded from a Deluxe Room. The accommodations are furnished in Balinese style, a little bit outdated but everything is being kept in good working condition and we had no complaints. The airconditioning system was working very good and silent. Also the room cleaning service is excellent and with special surprises like towel creations and extra pastry delights.||The service of the front desk (at the imposing main entrance) is also very good and the staff (checkin, transport, guards) is very friendly and helpful. Problems are being resolved in short time (we had a door lock battery problem, which was fixed in 5 minutes). ||The breakfast buffet was very extensive. Food from all sorts and regions are being offered. Ranging from western food to Indonesian, cold and warm dishes. A special egg-bar, Indonesian corner, salad and fruits-bar, bread and pastry, Indian, waffle/pancake, juices, health drinks and coffee-bar and more. Especially worth mentioning is the again friendliness, helpfulness and swift service of the staff.||For lunch or evening there are three restaurants of which we only used two, the Italian and general one, both located next to the pool and outdoor seating options. The food is very good, tasty and well presented and stay to their original origin.||Concluding I would like to say that we had a perfect stay at the Resort for a very good price. And although the resort location, facilities and services are very good, I would like to emphasise that a perfect vacation stay is for the most important part determined by the the staff working there!
