The Pavilions Bali

The location of this hidden getaway is awesome- so close to Icon Bali where you can access the beach area and many restaurants (Byrd and Moreno were our favourites).||||Our villa was comfortable and we enjoyed the decent size pool and family size dining table for playing games. The two room villa was a good size and bathrooms were huge. ||||The gardens are pretty and lush. We had an issue with wildlife in the roof space keeping us awake at night but hope the hotel will address this. ||||Breakfast is a la carte - choices are limited but tasty. ||||The cultural dinner we went to was well attended and the food was good.||||The hot stone massage was lovely. ||||They were accommodating when we arrived early and let us access the room which was appreciated. ||||Coming from the UK, we had to adjust our expectations of 5* during our time in Bali. ||||Sanur was a much more peaceful spot than Ubud/ Canguu where we also stayed. It felt more set up for tourists with less rubbish than other areas.

We had a fantastic time here.. The private pool villa had everything we needed in an excellent location close to the beach and plenty of restaurants. The Icon mall was a very short walk. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was very private and the restaurant food was well presented and good value. We would 100 per cent recommend and stay again.

Our family enjoyed our stay at The Pavilions Bali immensely. The property is quiet and private, but the entrance is situated right on a busy street in Sanur, close by Icon Bali. It's a wonderful location for people wanting privacy but convenience. We stayed at the 1 bedroom villa which was beautifully furnished and in great condition - amenities include spacious living room, mini kitchenette, water cooler, outdoor shower, large bathtub. The property is child friendly - they were able to setup a second bed next to the main bed for our son. At the reception, you can borrow books and toys for entertainment. There's also a pool area for hotel guests and a spa. The spa prices were reasonable from our point of view and the staff were wonderful - very quiet and relaxing ambience. The gym is a bit small and unfortunately the treadmill was out of order, so if you have strong gym needs this might not suit you. Otherwise, we had a great time at The Pavilions and we thank the staff for their wonderful hospitality.

Our stay at The Pavilions Bali had both beautiful and challenging moments. While the surroundings and villa architecture are undoubtedly charming, our original accommodation came with unexpected issues. The team responded by relocating us to another villa, and we later found a fair and respectful resolution with the hotel. The communication was courteous and professional throughout. It’s worth noting that the resort sits in a higher price range, and expectations should align accordingly. Some aspects may not fully reflect the rates charged, especially at this level of hospitality. Feedback during the stay seems essential, as it allows the staff to respond directly where needed.

The staff was AMAZING!! Special thanks to our drivers Erick and Yande!! And everything was so clean! We had the massage at the hotel and that was amazing and professional! I booked the romantic setting for a special day for me and my partber and it did not disappoint, she really loved it! Our holiday in Bali was perfect thanks to all of the amazing staff! Thank you!

The pool villa was spacious, quiet and private. A pretty setting. The bed was comfortable though firm. The villa was serviced each day but we had to request this on the second day when the ‘butler’ made himself known, and we felt he was very much after recognition in a tip.||Breakfast was uninspiring given the opportunities in Bali for a variety of fruit, and it was plated, not a buffet. Toast was soggy as it wasn’t served freshly made. Butter was margarine, and jams lacked flavour. ||If you are after a good coffee and croissants go to the Bread Basket. The best evening meal was at The Three Monkeys.

This place lived up to everything it stated to be. Beautiful villa comfortable, private and peaceful. The staff are so polite and professional and nothing is too much for them to make your stay a pleasant and enjoyable stay. We had the honeymoon suite and we couldn't of been happier. The morning breakfast was always on point and served with a smile and at a time that suites you. House keeping morning and night ensures you return with lights on beds made and a nightly gift on your bed which is a lovely touch. I am going to miss this place and the whole of the staff so warm ,friendly and welcoming and not forgetting the guys on security always welcoming and so friendly .
