The Pavilions Bali

Our family enjoyed our stay at The Pavilions Bali immensely. The property is quiet and private, but the entrance is situated right on a busy street in Sanur, close by Icon Bali. It's a wonderful location for people wanting privacy but convenience. We stayed at the 1 bedroom villa which was beautifully furnished and in great condition - amenities include spacious living room, mini kitchenette, water cooler, outdoor shower, large bathtub. The property is child friendly - they were able to setup a second bed next to the main bed for our son. At the reception, you can borrow books and toys for entertainment. There's also a pool area for hotel guests and a spa. The spa prices were reasonable from our point of view and the staff were wonderful - very quiet and relaxing ambience. The gym is a bit small and unfortunately the treadmill was out of order, so if you have strong gym needs this might not suit you. Otherwise, we had a great time at The Pavilions and we thank the staff for their wonderful hospitality.

Our stay at Pavilions Bali in Sanur started being greeted at the airport by Erik. He quickly navigated us through the throngs of people at the airport to the comfort of a car with refresher towels and cold water. On the drive to the hotel, he took the initiative to talk us through the things you want to know like breakfast times, pool times, different options to consider during our stay. On arrival, rather than going to reception to check in, Erik took us straight to our room, checked us in, showed us around and brought in our luggage. Such a seamless way to start our stay!||Massages at Pavilions Bali in Sanur are superb. Both Tari and Redi are experienced therapists whose massages were so good we booked them every other day throughout our stay at the hotel. Thank you both for the warm welcome, easing us into holiday mode and keeping us so relaxed. The standard of massage from Tini on their day off was also terrific. ||We stayed in the pool villa, with a private pool, and it was simply beautiful. |The hotel is cleverly designed so that any (maybe all) villas without a private pool are located really close to the main pool, which is a good size, with a mix of sun and shade and good sun loungers. |The food at both Jahe Restaurant and the Pool Bar is terrific. Both food and cocktails are well priced and really tasty. The menu was so varied we had no need to dine outside the hotel during our stay. Notable mentions to our servers: Michelle, Tina, Putri, Wayan and Juli. |All of the reception team are attentive and follow through quickly on requests. Chandra was a highlight. The only issue we had during our stay was escalated and promptly resolved. |The Pavilions Bali in Sanur advertise themselves as a slice of heaven and it truly feels like that, as they think of all the finishing touches.

Lovely, spacious one bedroom pool villa with good sized pool in garden setting. Traditional balinese style. Quiet location, but very close to lots of warungs for economical & tasty meals. Excellent breakfast included. Beach 5 minutes walk away. Friendly and helpful staff.

The service received was outstanding. Location was excellent in close proximity to beach and new shopping Mall. Room was clean and wonderfully presented with a flower bath prepared on arrival. Breakfast in your villa was superb ordering what you wanted the evening before. All staff members contributed to our 1st stay in Bali and I cannot thank them enough. So so happy and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Villa plaque was named after us and above tour entrance you can even purchase one as a keepsake to take home.

Our stay at The Pavilions Bali had both beautiful and challenging moments. While the surroundings and villa architecture are undoubtedly charming, our original accommodation came with unexpected issues. The team responded by relocating us to another villa, and we later found a fair and respectful resolution with the hotel. The communication was courteous and professional throughout. It’s worth noting that the resort sits in a higher price range, and expectations should align accordingly. Some aspects may not fully reflect the rates charged, especially at this level of hospitality. Feedback during the stay seems essential, as it allows the staff to respond directly where needed.

Fantastic location - just down the road from the Bali Icon and only five minutes from the beach. The villas were beautiful, especially the bathrooms. The staff were lovely, and I can’t recommend the spa highly enough. The massages were so good we booked in again the very next day. A special thank you to Tini, Redi, and Tari.||Would definitely stay here again.

This place lived up to everything it stated to be. Beautiful villa comfortable, private and peaceful. The staff are so polite and professional and nothing is too much for them to make your stay a pleasant and enjoyable stay. We had the honeymoon suite and we couldn't of been happier. The morning breakfast was always on point and served with a smile and at a time that suites you. House keeping morning and night ensures you return with lights on beds made and a nightly gift on your bed which is a lovely touch. I am going to miss this place and the whole of the staff so warm ,friendly and welcoming and not forgetting the guys on security always welcoming and so friendly .

The Pavilions Bali is absolutely perfect.|Stunning private villas, very well maintained, very clean. We loved how peaceful and quiet it was. The food, the activities, the yoga and the massages were also a 10/10. The staff has always been so nice, courteous and professional. Excellent LFOs nearby the beach, icon mall and excellent restaurant. We stayed for 11 nights for our honeymoon, and we will come back again.
