The Pavilions Bali

The staff was extremely friendly. The location was perfect and the room was gorgeous. The breakfast that they served us was so nice and they were very accommodating for some of the special needs such as my partner being vegan and having to leave at 3 in the morning. They prepared a little snack back for us which was such a lovely touch. Would highly recommend. This place is absolutely amazing.

Everything you could wish for! The Pavilions is the best accommodation option in Sanur. Seamless pick up and check in experience, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff is absolutely top notch, they really do look after you, the Balinese are experts at friendly customer service but the Pavilions team are unsurpassed. Our two bedroom villa was gorgeous and everything including the private pool was spotlessly clean. There were a lot of small flourishes and thoughtful details that made the accommodation. truly comfortable and special. The in villa breakfasts were sumptuous and delicious and we enjoyed a lovely meal on arrival at the in house Jahe restaurant. I cannot recommend The Pavilions highly enough, we loved our stay!

A hidden luxury gem in the middle of hustling Sanur. I've visited Bali 7 times and stayed across 15 properties and this definitely rates near the top of that list! The villas are impeccably maintained and the pools are so well sized and refreshing. We came from a 5 star resort (Nusa Dua Beach Hotel and spa) this place feels like a step above - especially given the size of the villas. If you have kids - skip the hotels and come straight here as it's about 6 x the size of a hotel room for similar value. What I like about this place over Nusa dua is the there is so many things to walk too - Icon Bali ( biggest shopping mall), dozens of high quality coffee shops, high end massage, a large beach prominade all within 10 mins walk with restaurants. You feel genuinely relaxed and work is far from your mind when In this tropical property. As an ex travel agent I would highly recommend. ( travelling with a young child)

Amazing food and great service. Fans are perfect and tvs with sport to watch. We had salt and pepper squid and steak special. Best steak in bali, so tender. Would definitely come back. Manager walked around and said hello and asked about the meals. Very nice place. Recommend for dinner.

The Pavilions Bali stay was a highlight for our 6 night’s trip. The place is beautiful very green, very nature & quiet, even the drive into the villa was gorgeous with bamboo lining both sides; the villa is spacious, comfortable with a nice size fridge and utensils, kettle. All the staff is courteous and helpful with whatever we need or ask for. I would love to come back and stay here again, best of all the Balinese spa treatment was amazing. (I booked for 3 days and would love to have more if not for conflict with tour schedules). Special thanks to front desk for letting us late check out on our last day so we can book another massage and still have time for shower and finish packing.

We stayed for 5 nights at the end of a 2 month tour of Australia, and it was the perfect end to our trip. The Pavilions is a quiet oasis in a busy town full of lovely bars and restaurants giving the traveller the best of all worlds. We were looked after SO well by the staff at the Pavilions from the moment we got there. Super efficient reception who have what’s app and respond to all requests immediately. We were shown to the most stunning, spacious, private villa with pool with beautiful decor. Breakfast is ordered on the app delivered straight to the villa with a big variety to choose from. The spa was outstanding and as good as any I have been to all over the world. Try the signature massage! We had a private yoga lesson and also did the Balinese cookery class, great fun and very professional. All the staff are really friendly and work so hard to make sure the guests have a wonderful time which we did. If I could give the Pavilions 6 stars I would!

Wonderful experience! Staff was kind and attentive (reception, butler service and spa). We had a private villa with our own pool which was such a treat after a day of exploring. Breakfast in the rooms were delicious and a great way to start the day. The location is central but it's a quiet retreat when you walk into the property. If you want to treat yourself, this is the place.

Villas 18a and 18b 2 villas and a pool This hotel is Traditional with exceptional facilities & perfect for a family of 5. We loved everything Food Service and amenities. The staff went above and beyond expectations. Wayan made our 3 year old happy every morning with a star fruit surprise. I had a special Birthday and was spoilt with a cake a beautiful room surprise and gift The spa The spa massage by Tini was one of the best I’ve had. I was so sad to leave but I have memories forever of this beautiful sanctuary
