The Pavilions Phuket

On arrival at The Pavilions, we were warmly welcomed by Louise. She was generous with her time, and the personal touch was much appreciated. Unfortunately, our room was not ready despite it being the official check-in time. We were told we would need to wait half an hour, which ultimately turned into an hour. While we were offered a complimentary drink during the wait, we would have much preferred to have had the room available on time. The following morning, we requested a late check-out to compensate for the delayed check-in, but it was disappointing that this could not be accommodated. The setting of the 360° bar was stunning, and we thoroughly enjoyed sunset drinks there. The room itself was very spacious, clean, and well equipped, and the buggy service around the hotel grounds was efficient and convenient.

This resort is like a little slice of peace and paradise hidden away in Phuket. Our room was basically a 2 person flat with a fantastic bath, super cozy couch (perfect for a movie night) and tons of space. The only problems were that the air con was too cold, the light switches were a bit hard to navigate sometimes, and that we had two twin beds, but plenty of space for bigger beds which wouldve been more comfortable. That being said, the service was amazing. The breakfast buffet was a highlight for us, and the thai food was great too. Manny and Poonang were so helpful and kind, even booking us a taxi on their own phone to help us get to the old town. Would absolutely stay again.

We loved the place and the team so much, we had moved out to another property, but checked out and came back to Pavilions. ||Everyone was so happy to please - it makes it a true holiday experience. It was my birthday and they really went out of their way to make everything special. ||The pool area is never too busy, breakfast and food offers are great, and good location for beautiful beaches and town. ||We are already looking to book for this year. 10/10.||Thank you to all the team.

We stayed at The Pavilions Phuket as a couple for our honeymoon, and it was everything we hoped for — calm, private, and truly romantic.||The villas are beautifully designed with complete privacy, making it ideal for couples who want to disconnect and enjoy each other. The atmosphere is peaceful, surrounded by nature, and the views are stunning, especially during sunset.||The staff deserve special praise — extremely polite, attentive, and always smiling. They made us feel welcomed and taken care of from the first moment until checkout. Every request was handled quickly and with genuine kindness.||The resort is perfect if you’re looking for relaxation rather than crowds or nightlife. It feels exclusive and intimate, which made our honeymoon feel even more special.||We would absolutely recommend The Pavilions Phuket to couples, especially honeymooners, who want luxury, privacy, and a romantic escape. We’ll definitely remember this stay forever.

Our Stay with Pavilions was a memorable one! A beautiful resort with great amenities and helpful staff! The room was spacious and had a balcony and they also prepared a welcoming gift for our honeymoon. The restaurant and pool were the highlights but the gym was great too.

It’s was an excellent stay for our honeymoon! The staff, the service and our own private villa. Couldn’t say anything bad about the place. ||We would highly recommend anyone going whether you’re family or as a couple. We will definitely take our future kids here !

As a first visit to Thailand I expected great things from this hotel choice , it’s an amazing hotel , on arrival we were surprised to get a room upgrade to a suite with pool and extras including to which we were very grateful, pre booked new years gala meal during our 2 day stay with arrival 30th December, and also the 2 hr drinks package for new years ever in the 360 roof bar . Afternoon cocktails were included in our room stay so we decided to take advantage of this and stay out for the gala meal also , the Alto bar was great but sadly the drinks didn’t live up to the hotel standard to which we decided to cancel 2 of the drink packages and kept just one . We then decided to go to the gala meal which also again for what we paid I expected better it was average. Then we went up to the 360 bar from 10 to see the new year in which we were looking forward to the most , myself only participating in the free flow drinks after witnessing poor quality cocktails earlier, 3/4 of an hr to get my first drink and it wasn’t even busy and as we expected the same poor quality drinks , we sent the first ones back and took another 15 mins to get a replacement and again very poor drinks , ordered a totally different drink and it came just as poor , a dj started at 10 which was built up as the main act of the evening, played for nearly 3 hrs and not one person had danced , same beat and tempo all night with no consideration of different age groups , no countdown and no fireworks , only the ones in the next town which we could see , as an international dj myself it was so easy to pick fault , probably the worst dj performance I’ve witnessed, played on auto play all night, hence she was doing nothing , I asked her to change the music to get people dancing and advise , enjoyed the hotel and would return but as for drinks and special meals etc No , we had better standards of drinks in phi phi village with the locals
