We stayed at The Pavilions Phuket as a couple for our honeymoon, and it was everything we hoped for — calm, private, and truly romantic.||The villas are beautifully designed with complete privacy, making it ideal for couples who want to disconnect and enjoy each other. The atmosphere is peaceful, surrounded by nature, and the views are stunning, especially during sunset.||The staff deserve special praise — extremely polite, attentive, and always smiling. They made us feel welcomed and taken care of from the first moment until checkout. Every request was handled quickly and with genuine kindness.||The resort is perfect if you’re looking for relaxation rather than crowds or nightlife. It feels exclusive and intimate, which made our honeymoon feel even more special.||We would absolutely recommend The Pavilions Phuket to couples, especially honeymooners, who want luxury, privacy, and a romantic escape. We’ll definitely remember this stay forever.

This resort is like a little slice of peace and paradise hidden away in Phuket. Our room was basically a 2 person flat with a fantastic bath, super cozy couch (perfect for a movie night) and tons of space. The only problems were that the air con was too cold, the light switches were a bit hard to navigate sometimes, and that we had two twin beds, but plenty of space for bigger beds which wouldve been more comfortable. That being said, the service was amazing. The breakfast buffet was a highlight for us, and the thai food was great too. Manny and Poonang were so helpful and kind, even booking us a taxi on their own phone to help us get to the old town. Would absolutely stay again.

We stayed at the Ocean view villa. Totally amazing place. Huge pool area with nice sea views and sun sets. Free espresso, water, tea and plenty of amenities. We booked directly with them so we had some nice perks included. Fantastic breakfast as well. So cozy and romantic setting. Everything was spectacular from start to finish. Thanks!

First of all, I would like to clarify that the staff were brilliant and could not have been more attentive and polite. Golf, Park, Nui, Saeb and Sam really looked after us. The staff were unbelievable, however, what really ruined the holiday for us was not being told that paying for an ocean view villa, you would be looking directly over several massive construction sites. This was not mentioned to us before we arrived and when we complained about having no warning for the monstrosity we had to stare and listen to all holiday, we were told to effectively deal with it and that they didn’t work on Sunday and finish at 1700. I have video evidence that they will work well until 1900 with flood lights, large cranes and drills working all throughout the day. It was incredibly loud and I did not anticipate having to shout for my partner to hear me on our relaxing romantic holiday at 0730 each morning. As previously mentioned, we paid extra for the room with an ocean view, a deciding factor for our first holiday together in two years. A real shame and this will affect anyone who is booking any of the villas 1 to 20. So double check!

We stayed nine nights in a Spa Pavilion Villa and honestly loved everything about it. The villa was spacious, spotless and even nicer than in the photos. I got engaged here and the team (especially Ben!) helped me organise a private dinner by the water that turned out absolutely perfect. Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to, and the whole place had such a calm, White Lotus kind of vibe. Great cocktails at 360 Bar too - we’ll definitely be back.

From the moment we arrived at the lobby the staff made us feel special and welcome. The staff are really helpful , you have to download an app and you can text the front desk and they reply within a couple of minutes. You can also arrange for buggies to come and pick you up and drop you off.||The pool area and firefly restaurant were lovely, the rooms were clean and spacious and also they smelt lovely. ||The restaurants have really nice interior and views, slightly pricey compared to where we have been in Thailand but cheap compared to what you’d spend in the UK for the same thing.||We didn’t do much outside the hotel due to how nice the hotel is. The location is quite out the way so if you’re looking to do a lot of sight seeing maybe this hotel isn’t for you. Bang Tao beach is nice, lots of water sports, beach clubs and restaurants. The market was ok, nothing special but did have some really nice food there. ||Overall probably the best hotel I’ve stayed at, would recommend to anyone except someone who definitely wants to sight-see.

Awesome resort that blends in beautifully with the lush surroundings. Spacious and well maintained rooms. Excellent, attentive, and timely service. I very much enjoyed every meal at all of their restaurants. Included breakfast buffet had a large variety of tasty offerings.
