The Peaberry Boutique Hotel

We are incredibly grateful to all the staff at The Peaberry for adding to our amazing experience in Chaing Mai. Nova was particularly helpful making recommendations for places to eat and visit, which we would may have not discovered otherwise. I left my reading glasses at the hotel, and when Jannicha found them, she WhatsApp’s me and posted them on the same day to our new hotel in Krabi. The rooms we exceptional clean, quiet and all the basics were done very well (additional toiletries, great shower, safe etc). There is also a laundry service in the hotel and the WiFi is excellent. The breakfast was also exceptional, and the coffee was superb. With discount for guests it represented real value for money. The hotel is centrally located to most spots around Chaing Mai centre which is ideal. We would recommend to anyone travelling as a couple, family or on their own.

Ms Sunisa is the gift to this hotel. Her warm and helpful welcome made us so comfortable. She was all willing to help us with our daily plans. Lovely room, nice bathroom, very clean hotel, lots of natural light and comfortable seating for work and relax. Wonderful cafe with delicious and affordable menu. Wish I stayed here all my 4 nights here.

A small, charming boutique hotel perfectly located right by the old city walls — ideal if you want to be close to everything yet enjoy peace and quiet. The rooms are spotless, the atmosphere calm, and the entire place is exceptionally well-maintained. The staff are truly wonderful — warm, attentive, and always ready to help. We had a lovely stay at the peaberry. Very attentive staff, full of suggestions for the best way to enjoy your stay in Chiang Mai. They also ran workshops and gathered a schedule to ensure you could enjoy the lantern festival. The cafe is full of delicious drinks and food. Would stay here again if we return to Chiang Mai

Very nice place to stay. Room is clean, food is good, common area relaxing, place is central. Sunisa is a great host, very friendly, has good recommendations and helps with booking/ organizing next travel plans. I am happy to come back to that nice hotel.

The hotel is very nice. The location is good and the rooms are large, beautiful, and clean. The staff is particularly friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My partner and I stayed here for 7 nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with fresh towels and tidying every morning. There’s a convenient hotel laundry service that was super helpful. The on-site café (open until 3 PM) serves tasty food and great coffee. It’s also a great spot for remote work — peaceful and comfortable. Most importantly, the staff were absolutely amazing — kind, helpful, and always ready with local tips and recommendations. We truly felt at home and will definitely be back!
