⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My partner and I stayed here for 7 nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with fresh towels and tidying every morning. There’s a convenient hotel laundry service that was super helpful. The on-site café (open until 3 PM) serves tasty food and great coffee. It’s also a great spot for remote work — peaceful and comfortable. Most importantly, the staff were absolutely amazing — kind, helpful, and always ready with local tips and recommendations. We truly felt at home and will definitely be back!

Peaberry Hotel is fantastic! Sunisa and Nicha were extremely helpful. The hotel room is very clean and they have a cafe on the ground floor. (Open 7am to 3pm) There is no other place I would want to stay in Chiang Mai. Read on for more details. Firstly, Sunisa helped me in many ways from booking taxis to/from the airport, providing recommendations for restaurants & day trips and she helped a lot when my luggage was lost on our flight, Sunisa and Nicha helped to make sure the luggage was delivered to the hotel. Both Sunisa and Nicha were always quick to respond to messages I sent them on Whatsapp and they went above and beyond to help me in any way. Even offering recommendations for our stay in Bangkok. The room (for 3 people) we had was great. Air-conditioned, many powerpoints, very clean, the toilet has a bidet hose and free wifi. The beds were fairly comfortable and the key card made it easy to enter and exit the hotel after hours. The hotel location is decent with a 7-Eleven & ATM about a 5 minute walk away. It’s also not too far from the Sunday night markets which are great to check out. The cafe is great too and as a hotel guest you’re allowed 1 complimentary drink per person! A small selection of food, but it was good and affordable. I could not say enough nice things about Peaberry. The place and especially the staff are amazing! 11/10 ⭐️

We had a wonderful stay at The Peaberry Hotel and would absolutely return again! The hotel is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean—there was always someone tidying or maintaining the space, which added to the overall comfort and charm. Our room was cozy and well-kept, and the onsite café had a great variety of drinks to choose from. The location was fantastic—just a short walk or quick Grab ride to Chiang Mai’s night markets, restaurants, and stunning temples. It was the perfect home base for exploring the city. A small note: there is no elevator, but we found this to be a minor issue compared to all the things we loved about the hotel. A heartfelt thank you to Nicha, Sunita, and Nova. You truly made our stay extra special with your warm hospitality and excellent recommendations on what to see and do. Because of you, Chiang Mai has become one of our favourite places in Thailand! And we can’t forget Luna the hotel cat—petting her each day added a sweet and homey touch to our stay. Thank you again, Peaberry team, for such a lovely and memorable experience. The hotel is very nice. The location is good and the rooms are large, beautiful, and clean. The staff is particularly friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

A Truly Wonderful Stay! The Peaberry Boutique Hotel was an absolutely fantastic place to stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, and I was impressed by how well-maintained everything was. What made the experience even more special was the incredibly friendly female staff member who helped me. She arranged sightseeing tours, gave me great recommendations on where to eat, and even suggested what souvenirs to buy. The hospitality here was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chiang Mai. The location is also perfect—very close to Starbucks and lots of great local restaurants. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

My review could be only one word: perfect 👌 ✅️Location was amazing, off the main road, 10/ 15 minutes from the airport by car, and very easy to navigate around the old city from there. ✅️Bedroom for 2 people on the first floor (number 22) very comfortable, clean, and spacious. Equipped with a kettle with coffee sticks, teabags, cups, etc., a tv with Netflix (thank you Claudia 😉), Amazon, etc., safe, umbrella, hair dryer and toiletries. Lots of storage if you are staying for a few nights. Good AC, and easy settings to use. Solid shower and bathroom. ⚠️Daily service of the room is optional, make sure to use the door knob display if you want it to be serviced. ⚠️Tough mattress, but we slept very well on the bed, so it is a personal preference. ⚠️Walls a bit thin, but it did not impact us at all (maybe we were the loud ones 😅) ✅️Public areas are super clean and comfortable they have a coffee place near the entrance. You get a free drink voucher per person to use there on your arrival day. There are board games and books available with multiple areas to use. Seated smoking area in front of the hotel. Very good free Wi-Fi available. ✅️Service and staff: absolutely fantastic. Sunisa, in particular, was super helpful when we checked in and out, and during our stay. The rest of the team was very nice also. Every day, there would be 2 complimentary large bottles of still water dropped on the table in front of the room and when I asked for 2 large towels these were in front of the room not even 5mins later. ⚠️No reception after a certain time, whatsapp contact available though. When we come back to Chiang Mai, we will 200% go back there. And we will recommend it highly to anyone organising a trip there. For 3 nights, we paid 137€ via Booking.com. I honestly think this hotel is worth more per night. We will be back! ขอบคุณมาก
