Their pictures are EXTREMELY DECEIVING! The cup FOR $9.60 is half the height shown. The extra toppings on top are NON-EXISTENT! ITS 97% INSTANT BOXED PUDDING AND 3% VANILLA WAFER CRUMBS! Horrible absolutely horrible. In the picture is a regular disposable salt shaker and my hand is on the spoon. That is what you get for almost $10.

Google
1st and last time here. Never, ever again. Stopped here with another group, 4 of us in total. Took 30 minutes to get my order of ONE cinnamon roll and ONE shake. Workers are rude, no apology, no nothing. It smells like there is a dead animal in here and its dirty. No soap in bathroom, paper towels not put in dispenser. No toilet paper on dispenser, toilet paper was on sink half wet. Soap was watered down, trashes over full. Stay away from this. Ice cream is pre scooped and hard as a rock, can't even place it on your cobbler, shakes are pre-made. Do NOT spend a dime of your money here. I'm still in disbelief as to how horrible this is.

Google
Quiet place to sit and have a treat. I ordered the peach cobbler and it was delicious. It came with a topping of ice cream and many peaches baked inside. Lately they have been plentiful with the peach cobbler…get it while hot!! 8/10

Google
What in the world has happened to this place? And I say that with absolute shock and frustration since this is not the same Peach Cobbler when it first opened. Let me start by saying this is not an $8.00 worthy portion of banana pudding. Seems like Peach Cobbler is following the same BS as Chipotle with mediocre portions and increasing the prices to no means. After waiting in line for a well over 10 minutes … not the single working employees fault whatsoever. You learn that they are completely out of ALL cinnamon buns and brownies. Why advertise such variety if the dessert shop doesn’t have more than half in stock is still a mystery. And yes, as the others have commented this is absolutely Walmart banana pudding. Do yourself a favor and head over to your local shop and get the same flavor for half the price.

Google
The cinnamon pecan peach cobbler was all cobbler and very little peach. I counted 5 meager slices of peach, and the top cobbler was layer upon layer with an inch of cinnamon topping and maybe 10 chopped pecans. It was way too sweet and I couldn’t taste the fruit at all. It just tasted like a dougy cinnamon sponge. I wasn't impressed. I had such high hopes for this experience and it fell way short. The employee was nice though, and the interior is cute. However she didn't ask if I wanted my cobbler to dine in or to go, and packed my cobbler in one bowl and the ice cream in another which I think also made it less of the experience I had hoped for. No scoop of ice cream melting into the warm cobbler below.

We love The Peach Cobbler Factory. Ordered the original and mango peach cobbler. Both were delicious.

Google
My oh my. Let me start with the service. The gentleman who worked today( May 27, 2023 at around 3-4pm) was great! He was patient with my indecisiveness, professional, attentive and knowledgeable. He even snapped a pic of my husband and I for me. Now on to the food. We ordered the peach cobbler and a Cinnamon roll stuffed with praline peach cobbler. We were absolutely outdone with how homemade it tasted. As a cobbler aficionado, I appreciated how the peaches easily melted in my mouth, the ratio of crust to peaches and the sauce!! Whew! My mouth is watering writing this. I loved it so much, I bought another one to take home. Then, there was the Cinnamon roll. It was huge, flavorful and satisfying. Again, the ratio of peach cobbler to Cinnamon roll was perfect and allowed both to stand out alone yet pair symbiotically.

Google
Blackberry Cobbler was SO yummy, hubby had a Nutella cinnamon roll and said the same. The girl working was very friendly, service was quick, and her recommendations to help our indecision did not disappoint! Inside was cute, bathrooms were clean, corn hole was set up to play as well why we waited and was very fun. Will be back FOR SURE!

Yelp
Great customer service Chelsea was awesome! Very helpful , nice and patient.Quick to greet customers !

Yelp
The menu options are so delicious, couldn't pick! The service was amazing, Chelsea was so nice and helped explain the menu options. Scenery is so cute, especially the garden wall!

Yelp
I had ordered two cinnamon rolls. Two classic vanillas and one had added caramel and pecans. We didn't even finish the cinnamon rolls because there was a long plastic substance that's similar to a fishbone inside the rolls. Called the store twice and no one picked up between 9:28 p.m to 9:33 p.m on June 9th. I assume they're cleaning because no customer was in the store when we came. Hope someone reaches out to me regards to this matter.

Yelp
The Peach Cobbler Factory is dessert heaven! They have so many options! You have to of course try the peach cobbler - it's warm and yummy! I also recommend the apple cobbler and the blackberry cobbler! I was a little disappointed because they were out of ice cream the day we went, so we didn't get to try the cobblers with ice cream, but they were all delicious even without. The banana pudding is yummy, but it definitely does not have the southern homemade taste I was hoping for. I also tried the banana pudding topped with Butterfingers crumbles. It sounds like a strange combination, but it was very yummy! The cookies are a must! They are huge! I tried the Nutty Nutella, and it is delicious! I tried the vanilla cinnamon roll, which was good, but it would've been better warmed up a little. The cheesecake in a cup was a little underwhelming. It wasn't bad, but not something I would order again. The lady who took our order and made everything was helpful with recommendations! The dining area was clean, and they even have corn hole to play!

Michael B.

Yelp
If I could give less than a star I would. It's all microwaved crap. Don't bother. I've tried twice then found out that a fs daughter worked there where she told us they microwave everything

Yelp
Yummmm yummmm yummmmmo!!!! Had the blackberry cobbler and the bourbon pecan banana pudding and OMG. We also tried the honey bun this time, classic flavor. OMG. I'm trying to see how to get me a franchise in my hometown because I need this daily omg. It's soooo good. Cobbler is served warm, pudding is just cool enough, the ice cream is creamy and compliments the cobbler well. If you want to try several items you can get a flight of 4 small size desserts. If you're looking for a goood dessert. Come On down. Don't hesitate just come. Fuhgettabout the calories, just coke and indulge and enjoy!! The blues playing inside beautifully camouflaged my "this is so yummy happy body sway" as I enjoyed my food. Oh gosh. So good. If you're ever in ATL, try the one down the block from Dr Kings burial, if this spot here is a 10, it's a 25 tastewise!!!

Yelp
The banana pudding just tastes like jell-o, not good at all. This is not worth it. Would not recommend.

Alma D.

Yelp
Cobbler was tasty but nothing special. Wanted a shake but they were "out of shakes". As well as cookie containers (not that big of a deal) and napkins.

Esmeralda M.

Yelp
Food was good. The banana pudding needed banana slices but it wasn't terrible without it. Service was great even though it was just one employee. Ambiance was good too.

Yelp
I dream now about these cobblers! What a delicious way to make someone's day by bring them flavorful cobbler. I tried the original peach cobbler and it was not disappointing. It had the option to add ice cream but really this cobbler was so large I took it home and had multiple desserts from it. I loved the icing topping. Thank goodness my mom wanted to try out this place, as she still talks about it. This place shouldn't be a secret, the orders are large enough to share with friends and loved ones.

Yelp
The peach cobbler was great! Also I tried mango peach which was also the bomb! A little far from my home but well worth the trip!

Yelp
WOW is all I can say. I have tried this location 2 times while visiting the Louisville area and both times it does not disappoint. The peach cobbler is super yumm from the peaches to the thickened liquid of the cobbler is sweet but not overly. The crust that is mixed in is so good as well. The cobbler is served along side some really good vanilla ice cream with cinnamon added. I have also tried the apple and caramel cobbler, which was yummy, but my fave is the original peach. The last time I was in I asked for a sample of the banana pudding which was really good and tasted fresh. I will have to get a mini next time to try.

Yelp
It's hard to review when you can't get what you want. This was my 3rd attempt to visit and the 3rd time they said they don't have ice cream....... Peach cobbler without ice cream? I won't be back. I'll never know if this place is good or not.

Hector K.

Yelp
Place was awesome. Nothing like this in Los Angeles. Simple, and delicious will be back

Yelp
Beautiful Saturday here in Louisville & we decided on a little pick me up before our movie matinee. It all started with a way to pass some time and possibly get a beverage to walking into The Peach Cobbler Factory and singing "hallelujah!" If you haven't noticed sweets make this girl S-M-I-L-E and The Peach Cobbler Factory definitely made the cheeks hurt. The atmosphere is modern, colorful and fun. Bless the girl's heart that was working by herself, Girl.....you killed it and deserve a raise. We got their just in time because if became flooded with people who evidently loved smiling as well. So after I had to google what this place was all about I found out that it is a franchise started in Nashville Tennessee and that Kentucky is one of the 3 states (TN. LA & KY). We are lucky y'all. The PCF specializes in cobblers, cinnamon rolls and their famous banana pudding. Every order of cobbler automatically come with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream. There are over 15 flavors of cobbler. Peach, blackberry peach, apple walnut, cherry, cinnamon peach praline and many more. There are choices in cinnamon rolls and banana pudding. I enjoyed the cinnamon peach praline cobbler with ice cream. It was served warm and I tell you what I didn't even share a morsel of it. Is that so bad? It felt like home in my mouth. So amazing!!!! My love ordered the banana pudding and he did offer me a bite and I tell you it wasn't for me. I am a self proclaimed BPC a.k.a. Banana Puddin Connoisseur. It was my Dad's favorite. I like banana pudding made with vanilla pudding and all the banana flavor coming from an actual banana. This had the pudding that was artificial banana and I don't like it. I didn't even think of taking another bite. Hey it's what makes us different. I just don't care for that at all. Anyhoo, give this place a visit. You will leave with a smile I promise. Much love, Di

Yelp
New spot to Louisville! Peach Cobbler Factory offers quick, friendly service at the front counter with indoor and patio seating. We were excited to see their menu is more extensive than we thought. Lots of cobbler types, cinnamon rolls and various puddings. My husband and I both got peach cobbler with ice cream, him on the side and mine on top. (For reference, I'd only recommend on the side) He seemed to enjoy his and I was underwhelmed. I wanted warmer cobbler with more flavor and I couldn't find it in any bite. We will be back and my plan is to try other cobbler flavors plus the banana pudding.

Yelp
I happened across this new little place through a tweet I saw last night and was dying to go check it out. When I walked in, it was clean, bright, and friendly, and several people were sitting having desserts. I ordered two jumbo cinnamon rolls stuffed with peach and strawberry cobbler, a banana pudding infused with Nutella, and a blackberry peach cobbler. I ordered all of my food to go so I could take it home to share, but if you dine in, you can add a complimentary scoop of ice cream to any cobbler! The atmosphere is nice and open, lots of cute photo ops. There's a chalkboard wall that guests can write messages on, there are restrooms available, there's outside seating, and there is a small stock of beverages there; bottled waters, juices. I loved the orange theme and a huge Louisville mural on one wall. Everything was delicious!! The cinnamon rolls are huge, definitely enough to share, and the pudding and cobbler orders are large as well, definitely worth $7. Very well done; I'll be back!

Yelp
Heard through the grapevine about this wonderful place and since I'm watching what I eat, I fought temptations for a long time to not visit. But then I broke. Lol. We stopped into the store and we were immediately greeted by the nice gentleman at the counter. He was super anxious to tell us about all of the offerings and he answered our questions to the fullest and gave us plenty of time to decide. Great customer service! My daughters and wife got distracted by the cool wall where they wrote a message in chalk and took pictures. What a very cool environment. Even though it's small, it's really nice inside and very clean. As far as the desserts go...they are super delicious! We ordered the peach cobbler over the cinnamon roll, the sweet potato pecan cobbler and the peach mango cobbler. The peach cobbler is enough to make me absolutely cheat on my diet again and it's served with ice cream also! The only complaint that I had was that the cinnamon roll was pretty dry. Even with everything on top of it. Nevertheless we will return to this business. It's well run and very obvious they care about customer service based on who they put up front to greet customers. Thanks again and see you soon!

Yelp
Ummmm hmmm! They do not false advertise! Hate when you visit a place that can't cook what's in their name. Their menu has lots of great choices, but I wanted to know. Can you do a good peach cobbler and the answer is overwhelmingly yes! Great balance of cobbler, fruit, and crust! I did dust mine with cinnamon, because... it sounded good (shrug emoji) Also, I got it to go. When I got home I heated it up for :30. Then added the vanilla ice cream they provided. I put them in the same dish and let the ice cream melt alllllll over it! Couldn't put my finger on it, but I can tell you the ice cream was high quality! Like a cheap bun can ruin a hot dog. Cheap ice cream can ruin cobbler, not the case here! I'll be back to try one of the other cobbler varieties! You should too!
google avatar

Tarah H.

Yelp
Not what I was expecting. The cobbler crust is more like a pie. Super corn syrupy. We ordered the flights to try a couple different ones. However, I did love the banana pudding and would go back solely for that.
google avatar

Heather H.

Yelp
Kira was just recommending a yummy treat. The peach cobbler was warm right out of the oven and just amazing
google avatar

Yelp
This was Highly recommend. I got the caramel apple and wow!! Be back soon. Actually told 3 people about this place before I visited myself. Now that I've been, a lot more will here about it.

Yelp
I've had this place on my bookmarks for some time. I created a lot of hype in my mind. The space is open and cool. There could be more seating. We had to wait for a table. My mom ordered the OG banana pudding, I ordered the cinnamon praline peach cobbler. Cobbler comes with yummy ice cream. I didn't eat a whole lot, but it was good. It's easily shared. I wish that they had full cobblers to go. I thought that was would be ideal for a family event.
google avatar

Britany J.

Yelp
I've heard so many reviews about the Peach Cobbler Factory and I couldn't wait to give them a try. I was told that there is always a long line, but I went right after work and didn't have to stand in any line. I went for the strawberry banana pudding. Seeing all the options for the peach cobbler I have to go back and try some. The banana pudding was so good. It wasn't too sweet just right. It is kind of pricey for the amount that they give.
google avatar

Barbara C.

Yelp
My family and I enjoyed the atmosphere here and the delicious food! We had excellent service and the food was spectacular. Highly recommend the cobbler stuffed cinnamon roll with ice cream

Trinity M.

Yelp
Friday hours are listed on every site as 12PM-10PM I arrived a little after 1PM and they were closed. I checked all social medias and nothing about them being closed were on the sites. I was extremely disappointed because I drove almost 30 minutes

Yelp
First visit!! It's a go through the line kind of place. There was a choice of about six pudding's and bins that you could see.. The girl was dishing it out like ice cream. She greeted me and asked me if it was my first time there. That was nice of her. So I looked at the chalkboard menu and ask her several questions. The cobbler's are seven dollars each and come with ice cream. The pudding's are also seven dollars each. It's really enough to split between two people. We bought 2 of the strawberry pudding. I think it was flavored with strawberry, but also banana pudding. Wasn't really sure what I was ordering. Two of the bins were empty, and she said she could refill the strawberry bin if that's what we wanted. So out came a new, beautifully displayed container of the strawberry pudding. That's when I was surprised!! She took a spoon and scraped from the empty bin, about 2 to 3 tablespoons of leftover. I would've thought she would've placed that in the new bin. But instead that was going to be the beginning of our order. I suggested that the scraping not be part of my order. She told me she thinks the scrapings have more flavor than whatever is in the new bin. But she was nice enough to do what the new customer asked. She then rang me up. $14 plus tax. Handed me my card back and that was it. I asked if I would get a receipt, she said no. The pudding is very rich and delicious. I would have rather had the cobbler with ice cream, but we were headed home, with a stop on the way. I may go back sometime. Not sure what I bought exceeded my expectation, for the price.
google avatar

Gigi M.

Yelp
We had some delicious cherry cobbler and vanilla ice cream at this cute spot! Service was quick and friendly. Perfect dessert location.

Carolyn B.

Yelp
Food was good but too sweet for me. I tried the peach cobbler. I think many will like it and they have lots of options.
google avatar

Netra A.

Yelp
Very neat concept for business. The owner said the store started from a farmers market in TN. They are so now franchising and have 3 locations with this being 1 in Louisville. My friend and I decided to check it out. We ordered the banana pudding and cinnamon spice apple pie to go. I couldn't wait to get home and devour my banana pudding as there's not any around town I'm crazy about and I didn't feel like making any. I took the first bite and I thought the texture was good, taste seemed pretty good. On the second bite I'm starting to think something is missing, but flavor is good and there's the right amount of cookies in my opinion. Once I had my third bite I knew it was missing banana! How th you make banana pudding WITHOUT BANANA?! I'm so disappointed and stop eating it. Totally blew me. So my friend shares the cinnamon apple pie with me. It came with a scoop of vanilla ice cream that was covered in brown sugar and some pecans. The pie was amazing, it brightened my mood after the disappointment from bp. I did not care for all the brown sugar on the ice cream so I would not get that again. So I recommend the pie but hell no to the banana pudding. I deducted a star for them playing with my emotions around the banana pudding.

Yelp
Was excited to try this new place on Friday. I love peach cobbler, and while it was tempting to try one of the other varieties, I stuck with peach. It did not disappoint! The cobbler is served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream sprinkled with a little cinnamon. So delish! I paired it with their fresh made strawberry peach tea, which was very refreshing! I think they change the flavors daily. Great place to visit when you need a sweet treat!

Yelp
After we ate dinner at one of favorite restaurants, our nieces wanted to try The Peach Cobbler Factory... Being a fan of cobblers and since both of our nieces was wanting to go, we headed down to insure our place as the best aunt and uncle... The Peach Cobbler Factory is in an unassuming strip mall, which at least has amble parking... As soon as we opened the door, the smell of cobblers were almost over whelming... We entered and was greeted by a very enthusiastic employee who, discovering it was our first time, went over all our options... and there are quiet a few.... My Wife settled on the traditional Banana Pudding, our nieces ordered a peach cobbler and a Black Berry cobbler with the optional ice cream scope on top... Me, I was so full from dinner, I declined anything for me, but did pick up an extra spoon or two for tasting everyone else's treats.... All three were excellent... Great taste and the ice cream was a great addition... My wife wound up our evening at the Peach Cobbler Factory by buying 4 cinamon rolls for breakfast the next day... and yes they were as good as the Cobblers and Banana Pudding . I know we will be back as many times as our waste lines will allow.

Yelp
So we caught the news about The Peach Cobbler Factory being open in Louisville on the Buy Black Lou page. Extremely excited to be able to give the first review and it be an outstanding experience.... think the best cobbler came out of your grandma's kitchen? Think again! 12 options of cobbler, 3 cinnamon rolls, 4 banna pudding flavors. They were slammed on Saturday but worked through the line fairly well. Took about 15 minutes with a line of about 12. Tried out the cinnamon praline peach cobbler, oh my I needed to call my mother over so I could slap her (softly) but loved it. Perfect texture and sweetness, will be back to try one of the many options soon.
google avatar

Deidra B.

Yelp
This place is dangerous. I had no idea how many combinations of cobbler there could be, but this place brings it to life. I got the peach and blackberry and of course it was really good. Something about the taste made me give this 4 stars instead of 5, but I can't put my finger on it. I enjoyed the vanilla ice cream with a touch of spice, that was a welcome surprise. Can't have cobbler without the ice cream scoop! Staff was great, the gentleman at the counter helped me decide on what I wanted. They have more than 10 flavors of cobblers, but there are different types of banana pudding and such, too. Might as well try both when you're there, don't worry about your diet.
google avatar

Kristia W.

Yelp
So happy to have this place in Louisville! Got an early birthday treat tonight and the Peach Cobbler Factory was my #1 choice! Highly recommend this place (and to add ice cream to your order- you won't regret it, unless you are lactose LOL!)

Averi S.

Yelp
The open sign was on and door was locked 20 minutes before they closed and said they only take door dashes at this time. I understand maybe 5 or 10 minutes before close because people do like to come in right before and order a million things. The other location was really busy so I came here for nothing.
google avatar

Katie S.

Yelp
I went there last week with my coworker on a weekday around 3pm. It was busy then with a line! It went quick though. The guy working out front was super friendly and nice. They were out of two kinds when we placed our order. I got the peach and my friend got the blackberry. They came with a great portion of ice cream. I loved it and will definitely return. I hope to try the apple caramel and the praline! And a cinnamon roll:)

Alex W.

Yelp
Best cinnamon roll i've ever had. All my friends says the cobblers and puddings are also amazing.
google avatar

Jase C.

Yelp
My husband and I tried this place out a few nights ago. The concept is cute but we thought the flavor was lacking. I prefer a peach cobbler with a crisp topping and this one didn't meet my expectations. It wasn't awful, just common. Nothing much to it. There were multiple varieties of cobblers, cinnamon rolls and also some pudding options available. My husband had the blackberry cobbler ala mode and his description was similar to mine. I probably sound like I'm ripping them a bad review but just pointing out that is room for improvement. Needless to say, I will give it further opportunity but will be trying something else next time around.

Maria B.

Yelp
Best Peach cobbler I had ever tasted. Great friendly service. If you're in town visiting make sure to stop by.
google avatar

Lawrence J.

Yelp
Bought three different cobbler flavors and mixed them together with ice cream. We all loved it. It is by far the best dessert franchise I have ever tried. Michael Wade was Soo friendly and knowledgeable of all the offerings. Thanks for making my visit to the Peach Cobbler Factory Peachy.
google avatar

Shane R.

Yelp
The cobbler itself wasn't great. The crumb or biscuit or crust was chewy and not a great texture. The fruit tasted like it came from a can. Not great for $8 the ice cream was good I upped from one star for that. The service was ok, but got my wife's order wrong. Cherry instead of blackberry not that big of deal, but that wasn't great either. The ambiance was nice a little older jazz/r&b playing place was decently clean.
google avatar

Eric C.

Yelp
This place was recommended by Siri and she wasn't wrong. I had the blackberry and peach cobbler. It was so good. The service was also very fast and personable. I explained I had never been there before. The young lady was very helpful, she then explained to me that their desserts are very big and she wasn't wrong yet again. If I ever visit Louisville again, I am definitely gonna hit them up.

Susahnah B.

Yelp
Always very courteous staff. The inside is cute with a little place to take a selfie if you wish. The chocolate chocolate chip brownie is my very favorite!
google avatar

Jill N.

Yelp
It was my first time here and I'd received a gift card. The gentleman at the counter did such a great job of explaining the menu to me. I wasn't too hungry, so I got one of the dessert flight sized Nutella, banana pudding and let me say it is delicious. I can't wait to come back and try the desert. They are known for, their cobbler. The menu also includes many different flavors of banana, pudding, pudding, shakes, cookies, and cinnamon rolls
google avatar

Shanita B.

Yelp
Ok so i had to give this place a try i ordered abt 120.00 worth of stuff and i was disappointed the bannana pudding and oreo bannana pudding taste store bought like it was bannana pudding mix its not your grandma type of pudding where u stand over the store and double boil and make your pudding. Considering this is black owned im shock. The cobblers was just ok but hey im not a big fan of cobblers just the sauce and crust lol. BUT NOW THE CINNAMON ROLLS ARE GOOODDDDDDDDD MY GOD THT WAS THE WINNER!!! I HAD THE CARAMEL APPLE ONE AND SWEET POT. They was good so thts my go too if i go here.
google avatar

Jordan E.

Yelp
My sister and I came here because we had a craving for something sweet after going to the Smash Lab. It definitely hit the spot! The portions are great to share! We got the cinnamon peach praline cobbler and the Oreo banana pudding. Both were great, but we preferred the cobbler! I ended up taking most of the pudding to my dad because we were too full. We debated getting the cinnamon roll that was stuffed with peach cobbler, but thought it might be a bit too much. We honestly regretted it! Next time, we won't be shy.

Brian T.

Yelp
Was really excited to try this, as cobbler is a favorite, but very disappointed. It was ok...I guess...but tasted like it was commercially made elsewhere and nothing like homemade.
google avatar

Brent M.

Yelp
Disappointed. I was super excited to try this place out. We tried the cobbler and a couple different cinnamon rolls and were let down. The cinnamon rolls were 50% icing and the cobbler had a real artificial flavor to it. Would not recommend.
